Abstract
The invention discloses a medical glove quick-binding adhesive tape and a preparation method thereof, wherein the medical glove quick-binding adhesive tape consists of a main adhesive tape and an auxiliary adhesive tape, and the main adhesive tape sequentially comprises a pressure-sensitive adhesive, a bottom coating agent, a PP film and a release agent from top to bottom; the adhesive tape sequentially comprises a pressure-sensitive adhesive, a primer, an OPP film and a release agent from top to bottom. The primer consists of the following components: 12-18 parts of polyester resin, 0.5-1.5 parts of isocyanate and 82-90 parts of solvent. The preparation method of the primer comprises the following steps: dissolving polyester resin in an organic solvent, and uniformly mixing to obtain a polyester resin solution; and mixing the polyester resin solution with the isocyanate crosslinking agent, and uniformly stirring to obtain the primer. The preparation method of the main (auxiliary) adhesive tape of the medical glove quick-binding adhesive tape comprises the following steps: coating a layer of release agent on a PP (OPP) film; coating a layer of primer on the other side of the PP (OPP) film; and (3) coating a pressure-sensitive adhesive on the primer to obtain the main (auxiliary) adhesive tape of the quick-binding adhesive tape for the medical gloves.

Technical Field

Background
The lining mouth binding of the medical rubber gloves sold in the market is usually a non-adhesive tape product, is not easy to operate in the application process and has slow binding speed; the release of the plasticizer in the rubber gloves influences the permeation of the pressure-sensitive adhesive, so that the adhesive tape product has short sticking time, automatically falls off and has a degumming phenomenon.

In order to solve the defects of the prior art, one of the purposes of the invention is to provide the medical glove quick-binding adhesive tape which has a protective effect on the permeation of the plasticizer, enhances the adhesive force of the medical glove quick-binding adhesive tape on the base material, and ensures that the medical glove quick-binding adhesive tape is stuck for a long time without falling off or falling off; the invention also aims to provide a preparation method of the medical glove quick-binding adhesive tape.

Further, the polyester resin is a crystalline polymer with a higher melting point, and has excellent mechanical properties, wear resistance, stability and moldability.
Furthermore, the polyester resin has the performances of organic solvent resistance, oil resistance, strong acid resistance, alkali resistance and high temperature resistance after being crosslinked with isocyanate. Meanwhile, the pressure-sensitive adhesive is a polar material, and the surface energy of the material can be effectively improved and the adhesive force of the pressure-sensitive adhesive to a base material can be enhanced when the pressure-sensitive adhesive is coated on the surface of PP.

1) coating a layer of release agent on the PP film by adopting a steel wire scraper direct coating method; the coating temperature is 90-105 ℃, and the coating speed is 38-40 m/min;
2) coating a layer of primer on the other surface of the PP film by adopting a steel wire scraper direct coating method; the coating temperature is 90-105 ℃, and the coating speed is 38-40 m/min;
3) and (3) coating a pressure-sensitive adhesive on the primer by adopting a transfer method to obtain the main adhesive tape of the medical glove quick-binding adhesive tape, wherein the coating temperature is 90-105 ℃, and the coating speed is 36-38 m/min.
A preparation method of a medical glove quick-binding adhesive tape attaching adhesive tape comprises the following steps:
1) coating a layer of release agent on the OPP film by adopting a steel wire scraper direct coating method; the coating temperature is 90-105 ℃, and the coating speed is 38-40 m/min;
2) coating a layer of primer on the other surface of the OPP film by adopting a steel wire scraper direct coating method; the coating temperature is 90-105 ℃, and the coating speed is 38-40M/min;
3) and (3) coating a pressure-sensitive adhesive on the primer by adopting a transfer method to obtain the medical glove quick-binding adhesive tape attaching adhesive tape, wherein the coating temperature is 90-105 ℃, and the coating speed is 36-38 m/min.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) the polyester resin used in the invention is a crystalline polymer with a higher melting point, and has excellent mechanical properties, wear resistance, stability and formability. After being crosslinked with isocyanate, the modified polyurethane has the performances of organic solvent resistance, oil resistance, strong acid resistance, alkali resistance and high temperature resistance. Meanwhile, the pressure-sensitive adhesive is a polar material, and the surface energy of the material can be effectively improved and the adhesive force of the pressure-sensitive adhesive to a base material can be enhanced when the pressure-sensitive adhesive is coated on the surface of PP.
(2) The primer plays a role in protecting the permeation of the plasticizer, enhances the adhesive force of the primer to the base material, and ensures that the adhesive tape does not fall off or degum after being stuck on the glove for a long time.

A quick-binding adhesive tape for medical gloves is composed of a main adhesive tape and an auxiliary adhesive tape, wherein the main adhesive tape sequentially comprises a pressure-sensitive adhesive, a bottom coating agent, a PP film and a release agent from top to bottom; the adhesive tape sequentially comprises a pressure-sensitive adhesive, a primer, an OPP film and a release agent from top to bottom.
Further, the primer consists of the following components:

The primer is prepared by the following method:
(1) putting polyester resin and an organic solvent into a stainless steel barrel, stirring by a stirrer, and uniformly mixing to obtain a polyester resin solution; the mixing speed is 50 r/min; the mixing time was 6 hours;

3) and (3) coating a pressure-sensitive adhesive on the primer by adopting a transfer method to obtain the main adhesive tape of the medical glove quick-binding adhesive tape, wherein the coating temperature is 90 ℃, and the coating speed is 38 m/min.
A preparation method of a medical glove quick-binding adhesive tape attaching adhesive tape comprises the following steps:

A quick-binding adhesive tape for medical gloves is composed of a main adhesive tape and an auxiliary adhesive tape, wherein the main adhesive tape sequentially comprises a pressure-sensitive adhesive, a bottom coating agent, a PP film and a release agent from top to bottom; the adhesive tape sequentially comprises a pressure-sensitive adhesive, a primer, an OPP film and a release agent from top to bottom.
Further, the primer consists of the following components:
the pressure-sensitive adhesive is acrylic acid pressure-sensitive adhesive.
The primer is prepared by the following method:
(1) putting polyester resin and an organic solvent into a stainless steel barrel, stirring by a stirrer, and uniformly mixing to obtain a polyester resin solution; the mixing speed is 60 r/min; the mixing time was 7 hours;
(2) and mixing the polyester resin solution with the isocyanate crosslinking agent, and uniformly stirring to obtain the primer.
The addition amount of the isocyanate crosslinking agent in the step (2) is 3%.
A preparation method of a main adhesive tape of a quick-binding adhesive tape for medical gloves comprises the following steps:
1) a steel wire scraper direct coating method is adopted, a layer of release agent is coated on the PP film, and the adhesive force of the base material is enhanced; the coating temperature is 101 ℃, and the coating speed is 39 m/min;
2) a steel wire scraper direct coating method is adopted to coat a layer of primer on the PP film, so that the adhesive force of the base material is enhanced; the coating temperature is 101 ℃, and the coating speed is 39 m/min;
3) and (3) coating a pressure-sensitive adhesive on the primer by adopting a transfer method to obtain the main adhesive tape of the medical glove quick-binding adhesive tape, wherein the coating temperature is 101 ℃, and the coating speed is 38 m/min.
A preparation method of a medical glove quick-binding adhesive tape attaching adhesive tape comprises the following steps:
1) a steel wire scraper direct coating method is adopted to coat a layer of release agent on the OPP film, so that the adhesive force of the base material is enhanced; the coating temperature is 101 ℃, and the coating speed is 39 m/min;
2) a steel wire scraper direct coating method is adopted, and a layer of primer is coated on the other surface of the OPP film, so that the adhesive force of the base material is enhanced; the coating temperature is 101 ℃, and the coating speed is 39 m/min;
3) and (3) coating a pressure-sensitive adhesive on the primer by adopting a transfer method to obtain the medical glove quick-binding adhesive tape attaching adhesive tape, wherein the coating temperature is 101 ℃, and the coating speed is 38 m/min.
Example 4
A quick-binding adhesive tape for medical gloves is composed of a main adhesive tape and an auxiliary adhesive tape, wherein the main adhesive tape sequentially comprises a pressure-sensitive adhesive, a bottom coating agent, a PP film and a release agent from top to bottom; the adhesive tape sequentially comprises a pressure-sensitive adhesive, a primer, an OPP film and a release agent from top to bottom.
Further, the primer consists of the following components:
the pressure-sensitive adhesive is acrylic acid pressure-sensitive adhesive.
The primer is prepared by the following method:

1) a steel wire scraper direct coating method is adopted, a layer of release agent is coated on the PP film, and the adhesive force of the base material is enhanced; the coating temperature is 105 ℃, and the coating speed is 40 m/min;
2) a steel wire scraper direct coating method is adopted, and a layer of primer is coated on the other surface of the PP film, so that the adhesive force of the base material is enhanced; the coating temperature is 105 ℃, and the coating speed is 40 m/min;
3) and (3) coating a pressure-sensitive adhesive on the primer by adopting a transfer method to obtain the main adhesive tape of the medical glove quick-binding adhesive tape, wherein the coating temperature is 105 ℃, and the coating speed is 38 m/min.
A preparation method of a medical glove quick-binding adhesive tape attaching adhesive tape comprises the following steps:
1) a steel wire scraper direct coating method is adopted to coat a layer of release agent on the OPP film, so that the adhesive force of the base material is enhanced; the coating temperature is 105 ℃, and the coating speed is 40 m/min;
2) a steel wire scraper direct coating method is adopted, and a layer of primer is coated on the other surface of the OPP film, so that the adhesive force of the base material is enhanced; the coating temperature is 105 ℃, and the coating speed is 40 m/min;
3) and (3) coating a pressure-sensitive adhesive on the primer by adopting a transfer method to obtain the medical glove quick-binding adhesive tape attaching adhesive tape, wherein the coating temperature is 105 ℃, and the coating speed is 38 m/min.
Comparative example 1
The preparation method of the common medical glove quick-binding adhesive tape on the market comprises the following steps: the pressure sensitive adhesive is coated directly on the base film.
The test results of the examples and comparative example 1 are shown in Table 1, comparing the situation of tearing the tape after 12h of glove application:

As can be seen from Table 1, the examples with the primer do not have the phenomena of falling off and degumming, which shows that the primer has good protective effect on the permeation of the plasticizer, enhances the adhesive force of the primer on the base material, and effectively ensures that the glove adhered with the adhesive tape for a long time does not have the phenomena of falling off and degumming.

Claims (10)
1. A quick-binding adhesive tape for medical gloves is composed of a main adhesive tape and a sub adhesive tape, wherein the main adhesive tape sequentially comprises a first pressure-sensitive adhesive, a first bottom coating, a PP film and a first release agent layer from top to bottom; the adhesive tape sequentially comprises a second pressure-sensitive adhesive, a second bottom coating, an OPP film and a second release agent layer from top to bottom.
2. The medical glove quick-binding tape according to claim 1, wherein one end of the main adhesive tape is connected with the auxiliary adhesive tape in a form of adding an additional film or folding; the other end is longer than the adhesive tape and is provided with an adhesive-free area.
3. The medical glove quick-binding tape according to claim 2, wherein the adhesive-free area is a main adhesive tape coated with another layer of PP film.
4. The medical glove quick-binding tape according to claim 2, wherein the length of the main tape is 60-65mm, the length of the sub tape is 30-35mm, and the length of the non-adhesive region is 3-6 mm.
5. The medical glove quick-binding tape according to claim 1, wherein the primer is composed of the following components:
12-18 parts of polyester resin,
0.5 to 1.5 portions of isocyanate,
82-90 parts of a solvent.
6. The medical glove quick-binding adhesive tape according to claim 5, wherein the solvent in the components of the primer is a mixed liquid of butanone and toluene, and the mixing ratio of butanone to toluene is 1: 3-6.
7. The medical glove quick-binding tape according to claim 1, which is prepared by the steps of:
(1) dissolving polyester resin in an organic solvent, and uniformly mixing to obtain a polyester resin solution;
(2) and mixing the polyester resin solution with the isocyanate crosslinking agent, and uniformly stirring to obtain the primer.
8. The medical glove quick-binding tape according to claim 1, wherein the release agent is a vinyl silicone oil.
9. A method of preparing the medical glove quick-attach tape main attachment tape according to claim 1, comprising the steps of:
1) coating a layer of release agent on the PP film by adopting a steel wire scraper direct coating method;
2) coating a layer of primer on the other surface of the PP film by adopting a steel wire scraper direct coating method; the coating temperature is 90-105 ℃, and the coating speed is 38-40 m/min;
3) and (3) coating a pressure-sensitive adhesive on the primer by adopting a transfer method to obtain the main adhesive tape of the medical glove quick-binding adhesive tape, wherein the coating temperature is 90-105 ℃, and the coating speed is 36-38 m/min.
10. A method of preparing the medical glove quick-attach tape main attachment tape according to claim 1, comprising the steps of:
1) coating a layer of release agent on the OPP film by adopting a steel wire scraper direct coating method; the coating temperature is 90-105 ℃, and the coating speed is 38-40 m/min;
2) coating a layer of primer on the other surface of the OPP film by adopting a steel wire scraper direct coating method; the coating temperature is 90-105 ℃, and the coating speed is 38-40 m/min;
3) and (3) coating a pressure-sensitive adhesive on the primer by adopting a transfer method to obtain the medical glove quick-binding adhesive tape attaching adhesive tape, wherein the coating temperature is 90-105 ℃, and the coating speed is 36-38 m/min.
