The invention aims to provide a bullet train air outlet grille, wherein an air outlet blade rotates on a blade setting seat; the angle of each air outlet blade can be adjusted according to the requirement, the air outlet angle and the ventilation volume of the air outlet grille can be freely changed, and when the air outlet blades are rotated to the position parallel to the plane of the frame, the dust on the surfaces of the air outlet blades can be conveniently cleaned.
The embodiment of the invention provides a motor car air-out grille, which comprises:
a frame;
the blade setting seats are symmetrically arranged on the two side frames of the frame in pairs;
and two ends of the air outlet blades are respectively and rotatably connected with the blade setting seats.

the body is in a strip shape;
the two blade shafts are respectively and rotatably connected with the two ends of the body; the blade shaft is rotatably connected with the blade setting seat.

Preferably, the heights of the limiting bodies of the two correspondingly arranged blade arranging seats are the same; the height of the limiting body of the blade setting seat at the middle part of the same side of the frame is greater than that of the blade setting seat at the head part and the tail part.
Preferably, the bullet train air-out grid still includes: the first gear is fixedly arranged at one end of the air outlet blade, and the second gear is connected between two adjacent first gears in a transmission manner; the transmission motor is arranged in the frame, and a third gear is arranged at the output end of the transmission motor; the third gear is engaged with the first gear.
Preferably, a blade straightening device is arranged on one side frame of the frame; the blade aligning device is arranged between the blade arranging seat and the body and is positioned on one side of the air outlet blade, which is far away from the first gear; the blade aligning device is positioned below the blade shaft.

The preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, and it will be understood that they are described herein for the purpose of illustration and explanation and not limitation.
An embodiment of the present invention provides a motor car air outlet grille, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, including:
a frame 1;
the blade setting seats 2 are symmetrically arranged on two side frames of the frame 1 in pairs;
a plurality of air outlet blade 3, both ends are connected with blade setting seat 2 rotation respectively.
The working principle and the beneficial effects of the technical scheme are as follows:
two ends of the air outlet blade 3 are respectively connected to a blade setting seat 2, and the air outlet blade 3 can rotate on the blade setting seat 2; when the air outlet angle needs to be adjusted, each air outlet blade 3 is pulled; when the air outlet blade 3 is shifted to be parallel to the plane of the frame 1, the air outlet can be blocked; thereby the adjustment blocks the number of the air-out blade 3 of air-out and reaches the adjustment air volume size. In addition, when cleaning, adjust all air outlet blade 3 to the plane position that is on a parallel with frame 1, then adjust out the back of air outlet blade 3 again, only need twice adjustment can accomplish the cleaning work of air-out grid.
According to the bullet train air outlet grille, the air outlet blades 3 rotate on the blade setting seats 2; the angle of each air outlet blade 3 can be adjusted according to the demand, the air outlet angle and the ventilation volume size of the air outlet grille can be freely changed, and when the air outlet blades 3 are rotated to the position parallel to the plane of the frame 1, the dust on the surfaces of the air outlet blades 3 can be conveniently cleaned.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the wind outlet blade 3 includes:
the body 3-2 is in a strip shape;
the two blade shafts 3-1 are respectively and rotatably connected with the two ends of the body 3-2; the blade shaft 3-1 is rotatably connected with the blade setting seat 2.
The working principle and the beneficial effects of the technical scheme are as follows:
the body 3-2 of the air outlet blade 3 is strip-shaped, so that the blade can block the air outlet area of the air outlet grille when the air outlet grille is not used. The blade shaft 3-1 is used for arranging the blade on the blade arranging seat 2; the blade shaft 3-1 and the body 3-2 are rotatably arranged, so that on one hand, the angle of the body 3-2 is conveniently adjusted, and the air outlet angle of the air outlet grille is adjusted; on the other hand, when the air outlet blade 3 is damaged, only the body 3-2 needs to be replaced; the replacement efficiency is improved, and the replacement cost is reduced.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, insertion holes 3-4 for accommodating the blade shaft 3-1 are formed at both ends of the body 3-2; a plurality of limiting devices 3-3 are uniformly arranged on the side wall of the plug hole 3-4; stop device 3-3 includes: 3-31 parts of limiting grooves, 3-33 parts of spheres and 3-32 parts of limiting springs;
the limiting grooves 3-31 are arranged on the side walls of the inserting holes 3-4;
the ball 3-33 is arranged in the limiting groove 3-31; grooves 3-11 are formed in the side face of the blade shaft 3-1 at positions corresponding to the limiting grooves 3-31, and the adjacent two grooves 3-11 are communicated through channels 3-12;
the limiting springs 3-32 are arranged between the spheres 3-33 and the bottoms of the limiting grooves 3-31; one end of the limiting spring 3-32 is fixedly connected with the bottom of the limiting groove 3-31, and the other end is contacted with the ball 3-33.
The working principle and the beneficial effects of the technical scheme are as follows:
when the blade shaft 3-1 and the body 3-2 rotate, the ball 3-33 moves towards the limiting groove 3-31 under the pushing of the blade shaft 3-1, and when the position of the next groove 3-11 is reached, the ball 3-33 pushes against the groove 3-11 under the restoring force of the limiting spring 3-32. The channels 3-12 between the grooves 3-11 are to facilitate the passage of the balls 3-33 from one groove 3-11 to the other groove 3-11 and to ensure that the blade shaft 3-1 and the body 3-2 do not slip during rotation. The body 3-2 is prevented from being driven by wind power to rotate on the blade shaft 3-1 through the plurality of limiting devices 3-3 between the blade shaft 3-1 and the body 3-2.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the blade mount 2 includes:
the bottom end of the base 2-1 is fixedly connected with the frame 1;
the middle part of the connector 2-3 is provided with a blade setting hole 2-4; the blade setting holes 2-4 are used for being rotatably connected with the air outlet blade 3;
the limiting body 2-5 is U-shaped, and two ends of the limiting body 2-5 are respectively fixedly connected with the base 2-1 after penetrating through the connecting body 2-3; the connecting body 2-3 can slide up and down between the limiting body 2-5 and the base 2-1; a connecting spring 2-2 is respectively arranged between the connecting body 2-3 and the base 2-1 and at two sides of the limiting body 2-5; one end of the connecting spring 2-2 is fixedly connected with the connecting body 2-3; the other end is fixedly connected with the base 2-1; two ends of the limiting body 2-5 are positioned at two sides of the blade arranging hole 2-4.
The working principle and the beneficial effects of the technical scheme are as follows:
the blade setting seat 2 sets the air outlet blade 3 on the air outlet area of the air outlet grille, and the air outlet angle is adjusted by adjusting the angle of the air outlet blade 3. When the wind power is too large, the wind outlet blade 3 is easy to deform under stress due to the blocking of the wind outlet blade 3, the wind outlet blade 3 is buffered by the sliding of the connecting body 2-3 and the limiting body 2-5, the wind power blows the lower wind outlet blade 3 to be staggered with other blades, and the wind flows out from gaps between the wind outlet blade 3 and other blades, so that the effect of removing part of the wind power is achieved. When wind power recovers, the connecting spring 2-2 pulls the connecting body 2-3 to realize the reset of the air outlet blade 3. The air outlet blade 3 can adopt a cambered surface blade.
In one embodiment, the heights of the limiting bodies 2-5 of the two corresponding blade arrangement seats 2 are the same; the height of the limiting bodies 2-5 of the blade arranging seat 2 in the middle part of the same side of the frame 1 is greater than the height of the limiting bodies 2-5 of the blade arranging seat 2 in the head and tail parts.
The working principle and the beneficial effects of the technical scheme are as follows:
the height of the limiting bodies 2-5 of the two correspondingly arranged blade arrangement seats 2 is the same, so that the air outlet blades 3 are ensured to be arranged on a plane horizontal to the frame 1. The height components of the limiting bodies 2-5 on the same side are reduced from the middle to two sides, when wind blows all the air outlet blades 3 to the highest positions of the limiting bodies 2-5, all the air outlet blades 3 are enabled to form a cambered surface, the size of an air outlet surface is increased, on one hand, the air outlet blades 3 are protected, and on the other hand, the smoothness of air outlet is guaranteed.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 5, the car outlet grille further includes: the first gear 7 and the second gear 6 are arranged in the frame 1, the first gear 7 is fixedly arranged at one end of the air outlet blade 3, and the second gear 6 is connected between two adjacent first gears 7 in a transmission manner; the transmission motor 9 is arranged in the frame 1, and the output end of the transmission motor is provided with a third gear 8; the third gear 8 meshes with the first gear 7 at the head end or the tail end.
The working principle and the beneficial effects of the technical scheme are as follows:
through the transmission connection of first gear 7, second gear 6 and third gear 8 in the above-mentioned scheme, realize that driving motor 9 drives air outlet blade 3 and rotates to the adjustment air-out angle.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 6, a blade straightening device 5 is arranged on one side frame of the frame 1; the blade straightening device 5 is arranged between the blade setting seat 2 and the body 3-2 and is positioned on one side of the air outlet blade 3, which is far away from the first gear 7; the blade straightening device 5 is positioned below the blade shaft 3-1.
The blade straightening device 5 includes:
the correcting body 5-2 is arranged between the blade setting seat 2 and the body 3-2 and is positioned on one side, far away from the first gear 7, of the air outlet blade 3; the correcting body 5-2 is positioned below the blade shaft 3-1; a plurality of correcting columns 5-1 are arranged on one side of the correcting body 5-2 close to the body 3-2, and the correcting columns 5-1 correspond to the body 3-2 one by one;
two reset mechanisms are arranged at two ends of the correcting body 5-2 and used for resetting the correcting body 5-2.
The reset mechanism includes: an iron core 5-3, a coil 5-5 and a return spring 5-4;
one end of the iron core 5-3 is fixedly connected with the correcting body 5-2, and the other end is sleeved in the coil 5-5; the reset spring 5-4 is sleeved outside the iron core 5-3 and is positioned between the coil 5-5 and the correcting body 5-2.
The motor car air-out grid still includes: and the controller 4 is arranged in the frame 1, is electrically connected with the transmission motor 9 and the coils 5-5, and is used for controlling the on-off of the current in the coils 5-5 and the work of the transmission motor 9.
The working principle and the beneficial effects of the technical scheme are as follows:
because the body 3-2 of the air outlet blade 3 is rotatably connected with the blade shaft 3-1, the air outlet angle of each air outlet blade 3 can be manually and independently set, and the air outlet angle is guaranteed to be set according to requirements. When the wind sweeping mode is needed, the wind sweeping effect is poor due to different wind outlet angles of the wind outlet blades 3; the angle between the body 3-2 and the blade shaft 3-1 needs to be corrected; when the air conditioner is dialed, the coil 5-5 is electrified, the coil 5-5 generates magnetism, the iron core 5-3 is attracted to move towards the coil 5-5, so that the dialing body 5-2 is driven to move towards the body 3-2, the dialing column 5-1 is positioned below the body 3-2 to block the body 3-2, the transmission motor 9 drives the air outlet blade 3 to rotate, the body 3-2 of the air outlet blade 3 stays at the contact position of the dialing column 5-1 due to the blocking of the dialing column 5-1, then the coil 5-5 is powered off, the dialing body 5-2 resets under the action of the reset spring 5-4, and the dialing column 5-1 is removed from the lower part of the body 3-2; when the transmission motor 9 drives the air outlet blade 3 to rotate, the angle of the body 3-2 of each blade is consistent, so that a wind sweeping mode is used. Wherein, the controller 4 controls the on-off of the current in the coils 5-5 and the work of the transmission motor 9; the controller 4 comprises a single chip microcomputer.
