Abstract

The present invention provides an ink cartridge, comprising: a housing; the control element is arranged in the shell and arranged at the bottom of the shell; the connecting element is arranged above the control element; and at least two ink bags arranged on the connecting element. The invention relates to the technical field of ink-jet printing, in particular to an ink box.
Background
Ink jet printing is a film forming technique that saves materials and reduces costs, and has attracted attention in recent years. In ink-jet printing of authentication materials, disposable ink cartridges are generally used. At present, one of the disposable ink cartridges on the market can only contain one type of ink.
In the ink verification work, some ink formulations are not mature, and the problem of nozzle blockage can occur when the printing verification of the ink is not finished.
In addition, in the case of high-concentration ink, the nozzle is easily clogged, and it is necessary to separately prepare an ink cartridge containing a cleaning agent for cleaning the nozzle, which is troublesome and inconvenient.
Disclosure of Invention
To solve the above problems, the present invention provides an ink cartridge comprising: a housing; the control element is arranged in the shell and arranged at the bottom of the shell; the connecting element is arranged above the control element; and at least two ink bags arranged on the connecting element.
The control element is further provided with a first through hole which selectively corresponds to one of the at least two ink bags.
The connecting element is further provided with at least two second through holes, and the at least two second through holes respectively correspond to the at least two ink bags.
The at least two ink bags are connected with the connecting element.
The at least two ink bags are further provided with threads, the at least two second through holes of the connecting element are further provided with internal threads, and the at least two ink bags and the connecting element are connected with the internal threads through the threads.
The control element may be positionally adjusted in a direction perpendicular to a direction in which the first via hole extends.
The control element is further provided with a third through hole, and the extending direction of the third through hole is different from that of the first through hole.
The extending direction of the third via hole and the extending direction of the first via hole are perpendicular to each other, the third via hole and the first via hole selectively correspond to one of the at least two ink bags, respectively, and the control element can be rotated clockwise or counterclockwise around a direction perpendicular to both the extending direction of the third via hole and the extending direction of the first via hole.
The at least two ink bags are independent of each other and the material inside each of the at least two ink bags is different.
The material inside each of the at least two ink bags includes an organic light emitting material or a cleaning agent.
Each of the at least two second vias is made in a different color.
The number of the at least two ink bags is the same as that of the at least two second through holes.
The beneficial effects are that: the invention provides an ink box, which can be loaded with a plurality of ink bags and can connect a nozzle of a printing device applying the ink box to the ink bag containing printing materials or the ink bag containing cleaning agents through a control element, so that if the nozzle is blocked in the ink verification work, a user can directly connect the nozzle with the ink bag containing the cleaning agents by using the control element to solve the blocking problem without replacing a new ink box to reload ink or taking out the original ink box and then loading the cleaning agents for cleaning. The ink box provided by the invention can effectively improve the convenience of printing verification and save the verification cost in the process of ink verification, and has a great application prospect.

The following description of the embodiments refers to the accompanying drawings for illustrating the specific embodiments in which the invention may be practiced. Directional phrases used in connection with the present invention, such as, for example, upper, lower, front, rear, left, right, inner, outer, lateral, clockwise, counterclockwise and the like, refer only to the orientation of the accompanying drawings. The names of the elements, such as the first, the second, etc., mentioned in the present invention are only used for distinguishing different elements and can be better expressed. In the drawings, elements having similar structures are denoted by the same reference numerals. The dimensions of regions, lengths and thicknesses of various elements in the drawings may be exaggerated for clarity.

Referring to fig. 1, the present embodiment provides an ink cartridge 1, including: a housing 10; a control element 11 disposed in the housing 10 and disposed at the bottom of the housing 10; a connection element 12 disposed above the control element 11; and a first ink bag 13 and a second ink bag 14 provided above the connecting member 12.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the connecting element 12 is further provided with two second through holes 121 for connecting the first ink bag 13 and the second ink bag 14, and the two second through holes 121 respectively correspond to the first ink bag 13 and the second ink bag 14. Specifically, in the present embodiment, the portions of the first ink bag 13 and the second ink bag 14 connected to the connecting element 12 are provided with threads, and the two second through holes 121 of the connecting element 12 are provided with internal threads and are made in different colors so that a user can more quickly identify the corresponding relationship between the two second through holes 121 and the first ink bag 13 and the second ink bag 14 during the installation process, for example, if the material inside the first ink bag 13 is blue, the second through holes 121 corresponding to the first ink bag 13 are made in a blue appearance. The first ink bag 13 and the second ink bag 14 are independent of each other and are connected to the connecting member 12 through the screw thread and the internal screw thread. The material filled in the first ink bag 13 is an organic light emitting material, and the material filled in the second ink bag 14 is a cleaning agent, but the present invention is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, the material inside the first ink bag 13 may be the cleaning agent, and the material inside the second ink bag 14 may be the organic light emitting material. In this embodiment, the number of the through holes on the connecting element 12 and the number of the ink bags are both two, but not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, the number of the through holes on the connecting element 12 and the number of the ink bags may be other numbers on the premise that the numbers are the same.
Referring to fig. 3, the control element 11 is further provided with a first through hole 111, the first through hole 111 can selectively correspond to the first ink bag 13 or the second ink bag 14, specifically, in this embodiment, the control element 11 is a T-shaped control valve whose position can be adjusted along a direction perpendicular to an extending direction of the first through hole 111, and the first through hole 111 is selectively corresponding to the first ink bag 13 or the second ink bag 14 by adjusting the position of the control element 11, so that, if a nozzle of a printing apparatus using the ink cartridge 1 is blocked during an ink verification operation, the control element 11 can connect the nozzle and the second ink bag 14 containing a cleaning agent through the first through hole 111 to solve the blocking problem without replacing a new ink cartridge to refill ink or taking out the original ink cartridge to fill the cleaning agent for cleaning, the convenience of printing verification is effectively improved, and the verification cost is saved.
Referring to fig. 4 to 6, in another embodiment, when the number of the vias on the connecting element 12 and the number of the ink bags are two, the control element 11 may be a T-shaped control valve provided with a third via 112, the third via 112 and the first via 111 may extend in different directions, specifically, the third via 112 and the first via 111 extend in mutually perpendicular directions, the control element 11 may be rotated clockwise or counterclockwise around a direction perpendicular to the direction in which the first via 111 extends and the direction in which the third via 112 extends, and the control element 11 is rotated to make the first via 111 and the third via 112 selectively correspond to the first ink bag 13 and the second ink bag 14, respectively, so that, if a nozzle of a printing apparatus to which the ink cartridge 1 is applied is blocked during an ink verification operation, the user can rotate the control element 11 to connect the nozzle with the second ink bag 14 filled with the cleaning agent through the third through hole 112 to solve the problem of blockage, and the user does not need to replace a new ink box to reload ink or take out the original ink box and then fill the cleaning agent for cleaning, thereby effectively improving the convenience of printing verification and saving the verification cost. .

at least three ink bags disposed above the connecting member;
the control element is further provided with a first through hole, the first through hole selectively corresponds to one of the at least three ink bags, and the projection shape of the control element is T-shaped;
the connecting element is further provided with at least three second through holes, each of the at least three second through holes is made into different colors, and the at least three second through holes respectively correspond to the at least three ink bags.
2. The ink cartridge of claim 1, wherein the at least three ink bags are connected with the connecting member.

The ink cartridge according to claim 2, wherein the at least three ink bags are further provided with a screw thread, the at least three second via holes of the connecting member are further provided with an internal screw thread, and the at least three ink bags and the connecting member are connected through the screw thread and the internal screw thread.
4. The ink cartridge according to claim 1, wherein the control member is positionally adjustable in a direction perpendicular to an extending direction of the first via hole.
5. The ink cartridge according to claim 1, wherein the control member is further provided with a third via, the third via extending in a direction different from the first via.

The ink cartridge according to claim 5, wherein a direction in which the third via hole extends and a direction in which the first via hole extends are perpendicular to each other, the third via hole and the first via hole selectively correspond to one of the at least three ink bags, respectively, and the control member is rotatable clockwise or counterclockwise around a direction perpendicular to both the direction in which the third via hole extends and the direction in which the first via hole extends.

8. The ink cartridge of claim 7, wherein the material inside each of the at least three ink bags comprises an organic light emitting material or a cleaning agent.
9. The ink cartridge of claim 1, wherein the number of the at least three ink bags is the same as the number of the at least three second vias.
