The grooving mechanism in the embodiment of the technical scheme does not adopt a traditional grooving cutter structure any more, the lower cutter does not adopt a traditional high-strength rubber mat structure any more, but directly adopts the high-strength cutter 26 to cut the grooving bottom cutter 7 and the corner cutting bottom cutter 6, the grooving mechanism has the advantages that the traditional grooving cutter and the high-strength rubber mat are eliminated, the high-strength cutter 26 is not tightly matched with the grooving bottom cutter 7 and the corner cutting bottom cutter 6 but is in an action state with gaps, zero abrasion is realized between the high-strength cutter 26 and the grooving bottom cutter 7, a large amount of consumable cost is saved for customers, in the process of processing the corrugated board by the high-strength cutter 26, the linear speed of the cut paperboard is always consistent with the advancing speed of the corrugated board, the phenomenon that the traditional cutter picks up the corner of the notch of the carton due to the linear speed difference is completely avoided, and the use cost is greatly reduced, but also ensures more exquisite molding.
