The industrial processing waste collecting and compressing device according to claim 1, wherein the cutting structure (5) comprises a second conveyor belt (51), a cutting table (52), a fixing plate (53), a cutting rod (54), a lifting spring (55), a second limit plate (56), a cutting motor (57), a cutting cam (58), a cutting frame (59) and a cutting knife (510), the cutting frame (59) is arranged at one end of the top side of the cutting table (52), the cutting rod (54) vertically penetrates through the middle position of a cross beam of the cutting frame (59), the cutting knife (510) is fixed at the bottom end of the cutting rod (54) by welding, the second limit plate (56) is fixedly connected at the end of the top end of the cutting rod (54), the lifting spring (55) is sleeved outside the top end of the cutting rod (54), the lifting spring (55) is arranged between the top side of the cutting frame (59) and the second limit plate (56), the cutting motor (57) is installed on the top side of the cutting frame (59) in a matched mode through bolts, the cutting cam (58) is installed at the output end portion of the cutting motor (57), the fixing plate (53) is fixedly connected to one side of the cutting frame (59), and the second conveying belt (51) is arranged on the bottom side of the fixing plate (53).

The industrial process scrap collecting and compressing apparatus in accordance with claim 4, wherein a plurality of rubber bumps are bonded to an outer side surface of said second conveyor belt (51) at equal intervals, and said second conveyor belt (51) is disposed directly above a top side of said cutting table (52).
6. The industrial waste collection and compression device of claim 4, wherein the cutting cam (58) is disposed on a top side of the second retainer plate (56), and a circumferential surface of the cutting cam (58) is tangential to the top side of the second retainer plate (56).

The industrial process waste collection compression device of claim 1, the washing structure (6) comprises a high-pressure spray head (61), a water guide pipe (62), a filter plate (63), a washing box (64) and a funnel (65), two filter plates (63) are arranged on two side walls corresponding to the inner cavity of the cleaning box (64) in a vertically staggered manner, two water guide pipes (62) are arranged on two side walls corresponding to the inner cavity of the cleaning box (64) in a vertically staggered manner, two funnels (65) are arranged on two side walls corresponding to the inner cavity of the cleaning box (64) in a vertically staggered manner, the two water guide pipes (62) are respectively arranged right above the two filter plates (63) in parallel, the funnels (65) are respectively arranged on the bottom sides of the two filter plates (63), five high-pressure spray heads (61) are arranged on the bottom side of the water guide pipe (62) at equal intervals.
8. The industrial waste collection and compression device of claim 7, wherein the bottom side wall of the cleaning tank (64) is provided with a discharge opening, and the discharge opening is engaged with the bottom end of the bottom side filter plate (63).

The industrial waste collection and compression device of claim 1, wherein the discharge opening of the pressing structure (4) is engaged with the feed opening of the cutting structure (5), and the discharge opening of the cutting structure (5) is engaged with the feed opening of the flushing structure (6).
