Background

In addition, most heating elements of the heating non-combustible smoking set are hidden in the tubular shell, and cannot be directly cleaned by the conventional ultrasonic cleaning machine, so that short circuit is easily caused.

The invention aims to solve the problems in the prior art and provides an ultrasonic cleaning tool which has a good cleaning effect and is simple to operate and used for cleaning a heating element of a heating non-combustible smoking set.

Detailed Description
An ultrasonic cleaning tool for cleaning a heating element of a heating non-combustible smoking set is composed of an ultrasonic cleaning box and a control box which are connected with each other in a plug-in manner as shown in figures 1, 2 and 3.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the ultrasonic cleaning box comprises a cleaning shell 5, an ultrasonic vibrator 4 arranged in an inner cavity of the cleaning shell, a variable-amplitude ultrasonic tank 7 with a cylindrical ultrasonic tank 71 and arranged at the top of the ultrasonic vibrator, a counter-bore type screw cap 1 screwed into the cylindrical ultrasonic tank 71 from the top of the cleaning shell and sleeved on the cylindrical ultrasonic tank 71, a sealing ring 2 arranged on a joint surface of the tubular ultrasonic tank and the counter-bore type screw cap, and an aviation plug male seat 6 inserted into one side of the cleaning shell, wherein the ultrasonic vibrator 4 is connected with the aviation plug male seat 6 through a lead.
As shown in fig. 2 and 5, the cleaning shell is internally provided with a sinking platform for installing a variable-amplitude ultrasonic pool 7. The amplitude-variable ultrasonic pool 7 is an integrated component, the bottom of the amplitude-variable ultrasonic pool is a circular truncated cone amplitude-variable rod 73 which is gradually contracted upwards, the top of the circular truncated cone amplitude-variable rod 73 is a tubular ultrasonic pool 71, a circular disc 72 is arranged on the periphery of the top of the circular truncated cone amplitude-variable rod, O-shaped rubber rings 3 are respectively arranged on the top surface and the bottom surface of the circular disc, the O-shaped rubber rings on the bottom surface are placed on a sinking table, and the bottom of the screw cap 1 is pressed on the O-shaped rubber rings on. A detachable side cover 15 is arranged on one side of the control shell 8 so as to be convenient for disassembly and assembly. According to the invention, the inner side of the top of the cleaning shell 5 is provided with the sunken groove 16, the inner side of the top of the control shell 8 is correspondingly provided with the inserting sheet 17 capable of being inserted into the sunken groove 16, and the ultrasonic cleaning box and the control box are stably inserted and connected through the inserting connection of the inserting sheet 17 and the sunken groove 16 and the inserting connection of the aviation plug male seat 6 and the aviation plug female seat 13. The ultrasonic vibrator 4 of the present invention is a conventional component with a piezoelectric sheet, and is directly commercially available. The control panel 9 adopts a PCBA circuit board, and can also be directly purchased in the market. The display screen 10 is an LED display screen, which is also commercially available. The plug 12 employs a DC12 plug.
As shown in figure 5, when the tool of the invention is used for cleaning the heating element 19 which heats the non-combustion smoking set 18, a power socket and a plug 12 are connected by a socket wire, a cleaning machine or clean water is filled in the tubular ultrasonic pool 7 of the ultrasonic cleaning box, then the heating element which heats the non-combustion smoking set is reversely inserted into the tubular ultrasonic pool 71, the button 11 is pressed to start the machine, the cleaning time is set, and the ultrasonic vibrator 4 starts to vibrate and generates ultrasonic waves to clean carbon deposits on the heating element. The invention adopts the mode that the heating element which heats the non-combustion smoking set is inserted into the ultrasonic pool for cleaning, the tubular ultrasonic pool 71 can be inserted into the shell 20 of the non-combustion smoking set, the problem that the heating element hidden in the tubular shell is difficult to clean is effectively solved, the operation is simple, the heating non-combustion smoking set is not required to be disassembled, the ultrasonic cleaning effect is good, and the cleaning efficiency is high.
