Fig. 1 is a flow chart schematically illustrating a method for controlling water replenishment of a dishwasher according to an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 1, a method for controlling water replenishment of a dishwasher provided in an embodiment of the present invention specifically includes the following steps:
and S11, monitoring the action type of a water level pressure switch in the dishwasher.
In this embodiment, the dish washer main part includes dish washer inner bag, bowl basket frame, water catch bowl, set up in washing water route system between bowl basket frame and the water catch bowl, with drain line and the inlet channel that the water catch bowl is connected and be used for detecting the water level pressure switch of the interior water level change of water catch bowl, washing water route system includes washing pump and spray arm, be provided with the water intaking valve on the inlet channel.
Specifically, the water level pressure switch is used for detecting the water level change in the water collecting tank of the dishwasher. The action types of the water level pressure switch include a reset value action and an action value action. Specifically, the reset value action is an action of triggering a water replenishing signal when the water level is lower than a certain scale in the washing process; the action value action refers to the action of feeding back and stopping a water supplementing signal after the water supplementing is started and the water supplementing of the water collecting tank is consistent with the set water quantity.
And S12, when the action of the reset value of the water level pressure switch is monitored, reducing the rotating speed of the washing pump in the dishwasher to a first rotating speed, wherein the first rotating speed is less than the standard rotating speed of the washing pump.
And S13, judging whether the action value action of the water level pressure switch is monitored after the rotation speed is adjusted.
And S14, if the action value action of the water level pressure switch is not monitored after the rotation speed is adjusted, controlling the dishwasher to execute water replenishing operation.
In the embodiment of the invention, the fluctuation of the liquid level of the water cup is possibly large at the moment of starting the washing process, and the water supplement is possibly triggered by mistake, so that in the running process of the washing program, if the change of the liquid level and the water level triggers the reset value of the water level pressure switch, the rotating speed needs to be adjusted to be the first rotating speed R1 for running so as to detect whether real water supplement is needed, if the action value of the water level pressure switch can act after the rotating speed is adjusted, the false triggering is indicated, and if the action value does not act, the water supplement is indicated, the dish washing machine is controlled to execute.
According to the water replenishing control method for the dish washing machine, provided by the embodiment of the invention, the water level change in the working process of the dish washing machine is detected by utilizing the reset value and the action value of the water level pressure switch, the condition that the dish washing machine lacks water due to water containing after tableware is placed or water leakage of the dish washing machine is avoided, and meanwhile, the water replenishing operation is automatically executed when the water shortage is detected, so that the dish washing machine can normally work, the condition that a washing pump idles or burns dry due to the water shortage of the dish washing machine is avoided, the machine is prevented from being damaged.

And S13, judging whether the action value action of the water level pressure switch is monitored after the rotation speed is adjusted.
If the action value of the water level pressure switch is not monitored after the rotation speed is adjusted, executing step S14, and if the action value of the water level pressure switch is monitored after the rotation speed is adjusted, executing step S17;
and S14, controlling the dishwasher to execute water replenishing operation. Specifically, the method for controlling the dishwasher to execute the water replenishing operation specifically comprises the following implementation modes: increasing a speed of a wash pump within the dishwasher to a second speed; and opening a water inlet valve of the dishwasher to replenish water for the dishwasher.
The second rotation speed R2 is the rotation speed at which the water level pressure switch can be operated just corresponding to the set water amount after the water replenishing process is triggered and the washing pump is operated. Specifically, the first rotation speed < the second rotation speed < the standard rotation speed.
S15, judging whether the action value action of the water level pressure switch is monitored in the water replenishing operation executing process;
if the action value of the water level pressure switch is monitored to act in the water replenishing operation executing process, executing the step S16, otherwise, returning to the step S14 to continue executing the water replenishing operation;
s16, stopping the water replenishing operation and executing the step S17.
And S17, restoring the rotating speed of the washing pump in the dishwasher to the standard rotating speed R.
Further, after the rotating speed of the washing pump is increased to the standard rotating speed R, the corresponding components are started to work until the program operation is finished.
In the embodiment of the invention, in the operation process of a washing program, if the change of the liquid level and the water level triggers the reset value of the water level pressure switch, the rotation speed of the washing pump is reduced to a first rotation speed R1, if the action value of the water level pressure switch can act after the rotation speed is adjusted, the action value indicates false triggering, if the action value does not act, the action value indicates that water needs to be supplemented, the dish-washing machine is controlled to execute water supplementing operation, namely, the water inlet valve is opened, the heating disc is closed, the rotation speed of the washing pump is adjusted to a second rotation speed R2 at the moment, the water supplementing is stopped until the action value of the water level pressure switch acts, the rotation speed of the washing pump in the.
In the embodiment of the present invention, preferably, the preferred value range of the first rotation speed R1 is 1600-.
Preferably, the water level pressure switch reset value is 63mm, and the water level pressure switch actuation value is 83 mm.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, the washing pump of the dishwasher may be a multi-speed ac or dc washing pump, such as a two-speed pump and a three-speed pump, which is not limited in this respect.
