The invention utilizes the CAD typesetting technology and the drawing software technology to combine with intelligent equipment through a USB flash disk, a wired network and a wireless network. The operative employee only need will glue the cut-parts of scalding the fillet and put the template of doing on, start the full-automatic template fillet of intelligence and glue boiling hot machine, the machine can glue according to the position that sets up well automatically and scald, reduces the cost of labor by a wide margin and promotes product quality. The invention has the advantages of firm bonding and ironing, no damage of the fabric due to overhigh temperature in steam bonding and ironing, high accuracy of software-controlled bonding and ironing, difficult deformation and high stability of template fixed cut pieces, and the efficiency of automatic equipment operation manual work which only needs to swing the cut pieces is improved by more than 3 times.

the main bedplate (2) is further connected with a machine head (7), the side part of the machine head (7) is connected with a display terminal (8) and an embedded belt placing assembly (9), and the display terminal (8) is used for displaying patterns for adhering and ironing the fabric on the embedded belt template (6); the embedded belt placing assembly (9) comprises a placing frame (10), a placing barrel (11), a guiding assembly and an embedded belt pulling barrel (12), and the placing barrel (11), the guiding assembly and the embedded belt pulling barrel (12) are all connected with the placing frame (10); the contact position of the embedded belt placing component (9) and the embedded belt template (6) is provided with a shearing component (13) and a steam heating roller (14).

6. A method for sticking and ironing an embedded belt of a garment fabric is characterized by comprising the following steps:
1) drawing a cut-part template model, performing pattern configuration on the cut-part template model according to the position and the path of an embedded belt, and cutting a plate material according to the pattern configuration to form a cut-part template entity provided with a pattern empty slot;
2) the patterns are transmitted to a control host machine for sticking and ironing the embedded belt, the patterns are identified, and the embedded belt is grabbed and sent to the lower part of a steam heating roller (14);
3) the cutting piece template entity is driven to move to the position for adhering and ironing the embedded belt, and the steam heating roller (14) rolls in the flower-shaped hollow groove and adheres and irones the embedded belt according to the position and the path of the embedded belt;
4) after the sticking and ironing are finished, the embedded belt is cut off at the sticking and ironing stop point through the cutting assembly (13), and the cut embedded belt is returned to the initial position for standby.

The method as claimed in claim 6, wherein the patterns are numbered in advance, the cut-parts template entity with the pattern empty slot is adhered with an identity label according to the number, and the identity label is scanned by an infrared scanner to identify the patterns on the cut-parts template.

The method as claimed in claim 6, wherein the pattern configuration is imported to the control host computer through wireless, wired or USB flash disk to store the pattern, the sticking and scalding pattern is displayed synchronously through the display terminal (8) during the sticking and scalding process of the embedded belt, and the sticking and scalding data of the embedded belt is docked with the MES production management system to perform data statistics, management and analysis.
9. The method of claim 6, wherein the steam heating roller (14) is connected to a heat steam pipe or an electric steam generator (16); the cutting assembly (13) is an automatic thread cutting assembly on a flat-eye machine and sewing equipment.
10. The method for sticking and ironing the embedded belt of the garment fabric according to claim 6, wherein the cutting piece template entity is driven to move to the position where the embedded belt is stuck and ironed by a linear guide rail.
