As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the housing 1 includes a first accommodating portion 11 having a first accommodating space and a second accommodating portion 12 having a second accommodating space. In some further embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5, the front sides of the left side cover 131 and the right side cover 132 are respectively provided with a left recessed portion 1311 and a right recessed portion 1321, and after the left side cover 131 and the right side cover 132 are assembled to the outer cover 13, the left recessed portion 1311, the right recessed portion 1321, and the outer cover 13 together define a second accommodating space, the front sides of the left side cover 131 and the right side cover 132 are respectively provided with an outer panel mounting post 1312, and the lower end of the outer air deflector 3 is pivotably connected to the outer panel mounting post 1312. Referring to fig. 4-7, the left side cover 131 and the right side cover 132 are fixed at the left and right ends of the outer cover 13, and the lower end of the outer wind guide plate 3 is connected with the outer plate mounting column 1312 and is pivotally fixed in the second accommodating space, so that the mounting space of the outer wind guide plate 3 is ensured, and the mounting is easy.
In some further embodiments of the present invention, the outer plate mounting pillar 1312 has a fixing hole, and at least one end of the outer wind guide plate 3 has a movable latch assembly 31, that is, one end of the outer wind guide plate 3 may be provided with the movable latch assembly 31, or both ends of the outer wind guide plate 3 may be provided with the movable latch assemblies 31. The movable latch assembly 31 is adapted to engage with the fixing hole and lock with the corresponding left side cover 131 and/or right side cover 132. As shown in fig. 9, the left end of the outer wind deflector 3 is provided with a movable latch assembly 31, when the outer wind deflector 3 is installed, the movable latch assembly 31 is used in cooperation with the outer plate mounting post 1312 of the left side cover 131, so as to effectively ensure the firmness of fixing the outer wind deflector 3 and facilitate the installation and removal of the outer wind deflector 3.
In some further embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, both left and right ends of the outer wind guide plate 3 vertically extend out of the side wall 32, as shown in fig. 10, the side wall 32 on the corresponding side has a first fixing hole 321 and a second fixing hole 322, a baffle 33 is further disposed adjacent to the side wall 32 of the outer wind guide plate 3, and the baffle 33 has a third fixing hole 331. Specifically, referring to fig. 9 and 10, the first fixing hole 321 and the second fixing hole 322 are provided in the left side wall 32 of the outer air guiding plate 3, the baffle plate 33 is located on the right side of the left side wall 32 of the outer air guiding plate 3, and the third fixing hole 331 is provided in the side of the baffle plate 33 away from the outer air guiding plate 3. As shown in fig. 9-11, the movable pin assembly 31 is located between the side wall 32 and the baffle 33, and includes a first fixing column 311, a second fixing column 312, a pin 313 and a spring 314, the first fixing column 311 is adapted to be inserted into the first fixing hole 321, the second fixing column 312 is parallel to the first fixing column 311 and connected to the first fixing column through the connecting column, the second fixing column 312 is adapted to pass through the second fixing hole 322 and rotatably engage with the fixing hole, the pin 313 is disposed on the upper portion of the connecting column and extends away from the first fixing column 311, the pin 313 is adapted to pass through the third fixing hole 331, and the spring 314 is sleeved on the pin 313. Therefore, the firmness of the fixation of the movable plug pin assembly 31 is effectively ensured, the spring 314 of the movable plug pin assembly 31 is limited by the third fixing hole 331 on the baffle 33, and the movable plug pin assembly 31 is ensured to stretch under the acting force of the spring 314.
When the external air deflector is installed, the movable latch assembly 31 is installed between the left side wall 32 of the external air deflector 3 and the baffle 33, and two ends of the spring 314 are abutted between the side wall 32 and the baffle 33, at this time, the free end of the latch post 313 passes through the third fixing hole 331, the spring 314 pushes the first fixing post 311 and the second fixing post 312 into the first fixing hole 321 and the second fixing hole 322 respectively, and the second fixing post 312 is suitable for being matched with the fixing hole of the external plate installation post 1312.
In some alternative embodiments, one side of the external air deflector 3 is provided with a movable bolt assembly 31, and the other side is provided with a third fixing column 34, and the third fixing column 34 is suitable for being matched with a fixing hole on the corresponding side. Referring to fig. 9, the movable latch assembly 31 is disposed on the left side of the outer air guiding plate 3, the third fixing column 34 is disposed on the right side, and the third fixing column 34 is matched with a fixing hole on the outer plate mounting column 1312 of the right side cover 132, so as to facilitate the mounting and dismounting of the outer air guiding plate 3.
When the outer air deflector 3 is installed, the third fixed column 34 on the right side of the outer air deflector 3 is aligned with the fixed hole on the outer plate installation column 1312 of the right side cover 132, the third fixed column 34 is inserted into the fixed hole, then the movable bolt assembly 31 on the left side of the outer air deflector 3 is fixed, the first fixed column 311 is pressed, the spring 314 is compressed, the second fixed column 312 and the bolt 313 move towards the right side of the outer air deflector 3, at this time, the second fixed column 312 is hidden in the second fixed hole 322 of the outer air deflector side wall 32, the outer air deflector 3 is aligned with the outer plate installation column 1312 of the left side cover 131, the first fixed column 311 is loosened, the second fixed column 312 and the bolt 313 move towards the left side of the outer air deflector 3 under the action of the spring force, the second fixed column 312 is exposed out of the second fixed hole 322, and is inserted into the installation column, and the outer plate 3 is installed.
As shown in fig. 12 and 13, according to some embodiments of the present invention, the air conditioning indoor unit 100 further includes two external driving devices 4, and the two external driving devices 4 are respectively disposed at left and right sides of the outer cover 13 to drive the outer air guide plate 3 to be rotatable between the second closed position and the second open position. In some specific examples, as shown in fig. 14 and 15, each of the external driving devices 4 includes a motor 41, a link 42, and a rotating arm 43, the motor 41 is installed at a side portion of the external cover 13, the link 42 is connected with the motor 41 and is driven to rotate by the motor 41, one end of the rotating arm 43 is pivotably connected to the link 42, and the other end is pivotably connected to the external air deflector 3.
In some further embodiments of the present invention, referring to fig. 13 in combination with fig. 16 to 19, the inner surface of the outer wind guide plate 3 has a sliding portion 35, and as shown in fig. 13, the sliding portion 35 is disposed at both left and right ends of the inner surface of the outer wind guide plate 3. The sliding part 35 is slidably provided with a sliding part 36, the sliding part 36 is provided with a sliding rod 361, the other end of the rotating arm 43 is provided with an insertion hole 431, and the sliding rod 361 is rotatably inserted into the insertion hole 431, so that the flexibility of the sliding rod 361 and the rotating arm 43 is effectively ensured, and the rotating arm 43 plays a supporting role when the outer air deflector 3 is opened.
In some specific embodiments, as shown in fig. 17-20, slide 36 is plate-shaped, but is not limited thereto. The sliding part 36 has a positioning groove 362 on a surface facing the outward air guiding plate 3, and the sliding part 35 has a positioning protrusion 351 thereon, referring to fig. 17, the sliding part 35 is provided with two positioning protrusions 351, the two positioning protrusions 351 are opposite to each other up and down, and the sliding of the sliding part 36 on the sliding part 35 is realized by the sliding of the positioning protrusions 351 in the positioning groove 362. Therefore, the sliding piece 36 drives the outer air deflector 3 to rotate, and the processing is simple.
As shown in fig. 19, a positioning portion 363 is provided on a side of the slider 36 away from the air deflector, that is, a positioning portion 363 is provided on a side of the slider 36 facing the inside of the indoor unit 100 of the air conditioner, an extending axis of the positioning portion 363 is parallel to the slider 36, and the positioning slot 362 is defined by the positioning portion 363 and the slider 36. Therefore, the firmness of the fixation of the sliding part 36 is effectively ensured, and meanwhile, the material is saved, and the cost is reduced.
Further, one side of the sliding member 36 away from the air guiding plate has two limiting bars 364, the two limiting bars 364 are perpendicular to the extending axis of the positioning portion 363, and the two limiting bars 364 are disposed at two ends of the positioning slot 362 to limit the position of the positioning protrusion 351 in the positioning slot 362.
In some alternative embodiments, as shown in fig. 19, the positioning portion 363 includes an extension column 3631 and two extension pieces 3632, a cross section of the extension column 3631 is substantially circular, one end of the extension column 3631 is flush with the slider 36, that is, a left end of the extension column 3631 is flush with a left end of the slider 36, the slider 36 is coaxially connected to one end of the extension column 3631, the two extension pieces 3632 are disposed in parallel on two sides of the extension column 3631 and extend from the slider 36 in a direction away from the air deflector, that is, the two extension pieces 3632 extend in a direction toward an inside of the air conditioning indoor unit 100, and a distance between the two extension pieces 3632 is smaller than a diameter of the extension column 3631, so as to prevent the extension column 3631 from falling off, and ensure the firmness of fixing of the extension column 3631, and the positioning groove 362 is defined between the extension pieces 3632 and the slider.
Referring to fig. 17 and 19, when the outer wind deflector 3 and the outer driving device 4 are installed, the sliding member 36 moves toward the center of the outer wind deflector 3, and when the sliding rod 361 is aligned with the hole on the side plate of the outer wind deflector 3, the sliding member 36 is pushed toward the connecting rod 42, so that the connecting rod 42 is hinged to the outer wind deflector 3. During disassembly, the slider 36 is moved by force in a direction away from the link 42. Specifically, as shown in fig. 19, a positioning portion 363 is disposed on the back surface of the slider 36, a positioning groove 362 is formed on one side surface of the positioning portion 363 and the slider 36, a limiting bar 364 is disposed on the left and right of the positioning groove 362, and a positioning protrusion 351 is disposed on the upper and lower edges of the sliding portion 35 on the rear side plate of the outer air guiding plate 3, when the outer air guiding plate is installed, the positioning protrusion is located in the positioning groove 362, and the rotating arm 43 is connected to the outer air guiding plate 3 by the left and right sliding of the slider 36 in the sliding portion.
In some alternative embodiments, the sliding rod 361 and the extension column 3631 are metal pieces, the sliding plate 3632 is plastic pieces, and the sliding rod 361, the extension column 3631, the sliding plate 3632 are integrally injection molded. Therefore, the strength of the sliding rod 361 and the extending column 3631 is ensured, the installation is easy, and the processing is simple.
In some alternative embodiments, the external driving device 4 further includes a transmission assembly 45, the transmission assembly 45 is disposed between the motor 41 and the connecting rod 42, and the transmission assembly 45 includes a plurality of gears engaged with each other to adjust the driving force output from the motor 41 to the connecting rod 42.
For example, as shown in fig. 12-15, each external driving device 4 further includes a link housing 44, the motor 41 is connected to a transmission assembly 45, the transmission assembly 45 is connected to the link 42, the link 42 is rotatably connected to the rotating arm 43, the link 42 and the rotating arm 43 are disposed in the link housing 44, and the other end of the rotating arm 43 extends out of the link housing 44 and is pivotally connected to the external air deflector 3. The motor 41 can also be directly connected with the connecting rod 42, but larger motor driving force is needed, and the motor driving force can be amplified by connecting the transmission assembly 45 with the connecting rod 42 through the connection of the motor 41 and the transmission assembly 45, so that the cost of the motor 41 is reduced.
In some alternative embodiments, referring to fig. 15, the transmission assembly 45 includes a first gear 451 and a second gear 452, the first gear 451 is disposed on the motor shaft of the motor 41, the second gear 452 is connected to the rotation shaft of the link 42 to rotate the link 42, a third gear 453 and a fourth gear 454 are engaged with each other, the third gear 453 is engaged with the first gear 451, and the fourth gear 454 is engaged with the second gear 452, which effectively ensures the transmission efficiency of the transmission assembly 45. Further optionally, the outer diameters D1, D2, D3, D4 of the first gear 451, the second gear 452, the third gear 453, and the fourth gear 454 are sized to satisfy: d4 < D1 < D2 < D3. With such an arrangement, the driving force of the external driving device 4 can be easily amplified, and the cost of the motor 41 can be reduced. Of course, the present invention is not limited thereto. Conventional assemblies 45 may also be designed to determine the number of gears and the ratio of outer diameters used.
In some alternative embodiments, at least one of the inner panel rear panel 22 and the inner panel front panel 21 is provided with a plurality of parallel inner panel patterns 23 extending in the left-right direction. The outer panel rear panel 38 is provided with a plurality of parallel outer panel patterns 39 extending in the left-right direction, and in the example shown in fig. 3 and 8, the rear surface of the inner panel rear panel 22 is provided with the inner panel patterns 23, and the front surface of the inner panel front panel 21 is provided with the inner panel patterns 23, so that the air flow guiding function is facilitated, the weight of the inner air guide plate 2 and the outer panel rear panel 38 is reduced, and the parts are lightened. Of course, the inner panel pattern 23 may be provided only on the inner panel rear panel 22 or the inner panel front panel 21.
According to the air conditioning indoor unit 100 of the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, after the air conditioning indoor unit 100 is installed, the distance from the upper end of the installation part of the outer air deflector 3 to the wall is greater than the distance from the lower end of the installation part of the outer air deflector 3 to the wall, so that when the air conditioning indoor unit 100 works, the air at the air outlet 111 is blown away from the wall, and the gap between the installation part of the outer air deflector 3 and the outer cover 13 is reduced, so that the condensation at the front side surface of the outer air deflector 3 is reduced.
According to the air conditioning indoor unit 100 of the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 22, when the air conditioning indoor unit 100 performs cooling, the inner air guide plate 2 swings to the uppermost side, and the outer air guide plate 3 swings to supply air. As shown in fig. 23, when the air conditioning indoor unit 100 heats, the outer air guide plate 3 swings to the uppermost side, and the inner air guide plate 2 swings to blow air. Therefore, the user can experience shower type air blowing regardless of refrigeration or heating of the air conditioner indoor unit 100, and comfort of the user is improved.

Claims (10)

1. An indoor unit of an air conditioner, comprising:
a housing including a first accommodating portion having a first accommodating space and a second accommodating portion having a second accommodating space, the first accommodating portion having an air outlet;
the inner air deflector can rotate between a first closed position and a first open position, wherein the first closed position is accommodated in the first accommodating space, and the first open position is used for opening the air outlet;
the outer air deflector can rotate between a second closed position where the outer air deflector is accommodated in the second accommodating space and a second open position where the second accommodating space is opened, and when the inner air deflector is located at the first closed position and the outer air deflector is located at the second closed position, the inner air deflector is located at the rear side of the outer air deflector and is shielded by the outer air deflector.
2. An indoor unit of an air conditioner according to claim 1, wherein the outer air guide plate is hollow and includes an outer plate rear panel and an outer plate front panel connected to each other, the outer plate rear panel has an arc portion depressed toward the outer plate front panel,
the inner air guide plate is hollow inside and comprises an inner plate rear panel and an inner plate front panel which are connected with each other, and the inner plate front panel is configured into an arc-shaped panel which protrudes backwards.
3. An indoor unit of an air conditioner according to claim 1, wherein the casing includes:
the first accommodating part is arranged on the outer cover;
the second accommodating part is formed by the outer cover, the left side cover and the right side cover together.
4. An indoor unit of an air conditioner according to claim 3, wherein the front sides of the left and right side covers have left and right concave portions, respectively, and the left and right concave portions and the outer cover define the second accommodation space together when the left and right side covers are assembled to the outer cover;
and the front sides of the left side cover and the right side cover are respectively provided with an outer plate mounting column, and the lower end of the outer air deflector is connected with the outer plate mounting column in a pivoting manner.
5. An indoor unit of an air conditioner according to claim 4, wherein the outer panel mounting post has a fixing hole, and at least one end of the outer air guide plate has a movable latch member adapted to be engaged with the fixing hole and locked with the corresponding left side cover and/or right side cover.
6. An indoor unit of an air conditioner as claimed in claim 5, wherein the left and right ends of the outer air guiding plate extend vertically to form side walls, the side wall on the corresponding side is provided with a first fixing hole and a second fixing hole, a baffle plate is further provided adjacent to the side wall of the outer air guiding plate, and the baffle plate is provided with a third fixing hole;
the movable latch assembly is located between the sidewall and the baffle, and includes:
the first fixing column is suitable for being inserted into the first fixing hole;
the second fixing column is parallel to the first fixing column and is connected with the first fixing column through a connecting column, and the second fixing column is suitable for penetrating through the second fixing hole to be rotatably matched with the fixing hole;
the bolt column is arranged at the upper part of the connecting column and extends away from the first fixing column, and the bolt column is suitable for penetrating through the third fixing hole;
and the spring is sleeved on the pin column.
7. An indoor unit of an air conditioner as claimed in claim 6, wherein one side of the outer air guide plate is provided with the movable latch assembly, and the other side is provided with a third fixing column, and the third fixing column is adapted to be matched with the fixing hole of the corresponding side.
8. An indoor unit of an air conditioner according to claim 3, further comprising two outer driving units provided at left and right sides of the outer cover, respectively, to drive the outer air guide plate to be rotatable between the second closed position and the second open position, each of the outer driving units comprising:
a motor installed at a side of the housing;
the connecting rod is connected with the motor and is driven by the motor to rotate;
and one end of the rotating arm is pivotally connected to the connecting rod, and the other end of the rotating arm is pivotally connected to the outer air deflector.
9. An indoor unit of an air conditioner according to claim 8, wherein the inner surface of the outer air guide plate has a sliding portion formed in a plate shape, a sliding member having a sliding rod is slidably provided on the sliding portion, the other end of the rotating arm has an insertion hole, and the sliding rod is rotatably inserted into the insertion hole;
the sliding part is provided with a positioning groove on one side surface facing the outer air deflector, the sliding part is provided with a positioning bulge, and the sliding of the sliding part on the sliding part is realized through the sliding of the positioning bulge in the positioning groove.
10. An indoor unit of an air conditioner according to claim 9, wherein the slider has a positioning portion on a side thereof remote from the air deflector, an extending axis of the positioning portion is parallel to the slider, and the positioning groove is defined by the positioning portion and the slider.
