Description

Film-coated cloth for manufacturing overground water pool, preparation method of film-coated cloth and overground water pool
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of above-ground pools, in particular to a piece of drench film cloth for manufacturing an above-ground pool. Background
An above-ground pool is a recreational product used outdoors on open air, such as can be mounted in a household garden, or other open air for a plurality of adults and children to play with. The above-ground pool is convenient to install, good in using effect and widely popular with people.
The above-ground water pool mainly comprises a support water pool and an inflatable water pool. In the prior art, the pool body and/or the aeration layer of the above-ground pools are generally made of net-sandwiched materials formed by polyester fiber cloth and PVC films. However, the net material is heavy and the transportation cost of raw materials is high. And the net clamping material is easy to scratch after being rubbed by sharp objects.
Taking the support pool as an example, the pool body of the support pool comprises a pool bottom and an annular pool wall surrounding the pool bottom. For example, in the preparation process of the pool body, since the pool body is formed by splicing net clamping materials made of polyester fiber cloth and PVC films, the PVC materials can be melted due to the overhigh temperature in the welding process used in the splicing process, and thus the mechanical properties of the pool body can be adversely affected.
Furthermore, the relatively poor weather resistance of pool bodies made of PVC materials tends to cause the pool body to degrade over time and require replacement, given the long term exposure of the pool body to water and air. And the water tank body is directly contacted with water, and the product of the aged PVC material migrates into the water, thereby causing health hidden troubles to human bodies in the water tank.

Example one
As shown in fig. 3, a laminated layer B is sprayed on both sides of the textile layer a. Wherein the material of the textile layer A is a first polyolefin with the brand number of 3015 of Taiwan die group, and the melt index is about 2g/10 min. Textile layer A has a grammage of about 200g/m 2. The material of the lamination layer B is second polyolefin with the trademark of Tai-Plastic group being 4084, and the melt index is about 10g/10 min. The gram weight of the PE-coated layer B was about 400g/m 2.
The gram weight of the drench cloth is about 600g/m2, and the thickness is about 0.60 mm.
The preparation method of the laminating cloth comprises the following steps:
(a) drawing the material of the textile layer A in drawing equipment at 180 ℃, and weaving the material into fiber cloth in a fiber weaving machine;
(b) melting the material of the laminating layer B at 180 ℃;
(c) spraying the material of the leaching layer B melted in the step (B) on the fiber cloth obtained in the step (a) to obtain a leaching cloth base material;
(d) flattening the laminated cloth substrate obtained in the step (c) by using a pressing wheel;
(e) cooling the laminated cloth substrate obtained in the step (d);
(f) cutting the laminated cloth substrate obtained in the step (e);
(g) printing the cut laminated cloth substrate obtained in the step (f) to print required characters and patterns on the surface of the laminated cloth substrate;
(h) and (3) splicing the base material of the drench film cloth obtained in the step (g) into a shape required for manufacturing a water pool body (in the bracket water pool, the water pool body comprises components such as a pool bottom 41, a pool wall 42, a reinforcing strip 5, a fixing strip 6 and a fixing device 7) through melting by using a hot melting machine.
Example two
As shown in fig. 3, a laminated layer B is sprayed on both sides of the textile layer a.
The material of textile layer A comprises a first polyolefin and glass fibers, wherein the first polyolefin has a brand of Taiwan group 3015 and a melt index of about 2g/10 min.
The length of the glass fiber is 3-5 mm.
The content of the first polyolefin was 90 wt% and the content of the glass fiber was 10 wt%, based on the total weight of textile layer a.
Textile layer A has a grammage of about 200g/m2
The material of the lamination layer B is second polyolefin with the trademark of Tai-Plastic group being 4084, and the melt index is about 10g/10 min. The gram weight of the lamination layer B is about 400g/m2
The gram weight of the drench membrane cloth is about 600g/m2And a thickness of about 0.60 mm.
The preparation method of the laminating cloth is the same as that of the first embodiment.
While the technical content and the technical features of the invention have been disclosed, it is understood that various changes and modifications of the disclosed concept can be made by those skilled in the art within the spirit of the invention, and the invention is not limited thereto.
The above description of embodiments is intended to be illustrative, and not restrictive, and the scope of the invention is defined by the appended claims.
