The grey cloth bleaching and dyeing device comprises a bottom box (1) and a bleaching and dyeing pond (3), wherein the bleaching and dyeing pond (3) is welded at the top end of the bottom box (1), and is characterized in that fixing frames (9) are welded at two sides of the top end of the bleaching and dyeing pond (3), a connecting plate (11) is fixed in the fixing frames (9) through a lifting assembly, and a plurality of guide rollers are rotationally connected to the side wall of the connecting plate (11); the two sides of the top end of the bleaching and dyeing pool (3) are welded with side tables, the top end of one side table is provided with a first cloth guide frame (7), a protection roller (10) and a ball removing frame (8), and the other side table is provided with a second cloth guide frame (15) and a bracket (14);
the inner wall of the bottom box (1) is welded with a partition plate (2), a mixing frame (17) is arranged in the partition plate (2), the mixing frame (17) comprises a rotary table (24) and a plurality of air ducts (25), a rotary sleeve (29) is welded at the bottom end of the rotary table (24), the air ducts (25) are welded at the top end of the rotary table (24), a communicating pipe (26) is welded at the top end of the rotary table (24), a top frame (27) is welded at the top end of the communicating pipe (26), an auxiliary ventilation pipe (28) inclining downwards is welded at the outer wall of the top frame (27), and a plurality of air holes are formed in the outer wall of the air ducts (25);
the ball removing frame (8) comprises two shock absorbing frames and two ball removing mechanisms, the shock absorbing frames comprise two side frames (34) and springs (35), the springs (35) are welded on the outer walls of the two side frames (34), the ball removing mechanisms comprise two net covers (33), the same inner plate (31) is welded between the two net covers (33), a plurality of rotating rods (30) are rotatably connected to the inner wall of the inner plate (31), rotating cutters (32) are arranged at the top end and the bottom end of each rotating rod (30), motors are embedded in the inner plates (31), and the motors are in transmission fit with the rotating rods (30) through gears.

The grey cloth bleaching and dyeing device according to claim 1, wherein the inner wall of the bottom end of the bottom box (1) is fixedly provided with a second motor (23) through a screw, an output shaft of the second motor (23) is in transmission fit with a rotating sleeve (29) through a gear, the inner wall of the bottom end of the bottom box (1) is fixedly provided with a first air blower (19) through a screw, an air outlet end of the first air blower (19) is communicated with a rotary table (24) through an air guide pipe, the air guide pipe is rotationally connected to the bottom end of the rotating sleeve (29), and the rotary table (24) is rotationally connected to the top end of the partition plate (2).

The grey cloth bleaching and dyeing device according to claim 5, wherein a supporting seat (4) is welded at the bottom end of the side table, a second air blower (22) is fixed at the top end of the supporting seat (4) through screws, a soot blowing frame (6) is connected to the air outlet end of the second air blower (22) through an air guide pipe, and the soot blowing frame (6) is welded at the top end of the side table.
