3. The counterweight device of claim 2 further comprising:
the two second positioning devices comprise L-shaped brackets and positioning components;
two eighth mounting holes are formed in the lower portion of the first vertical plate, the diameter of each eighth mounting hole is matched with that of the positioning bolt, and the two second positioning devices are arranged on the back face of the first vertical plate through the positioning bolts;
the L-shaped bracket comprises a third transverse plate and a third vertical plate, and the third vertical plate is fixed on the first vertical plate; a ninth mounting hole is formed in the third transverse plate, and after the two L-shaped supports are fixed to the first vertical plate, the circle center of the ninth mounting hole and the circle center of the eighth mounting hole are on the same horizontal line;
the two bearings are respectively installed in sixth positioning holes at two ends of the positioning wheel, the positioning bolt penetrates through the ninth mounting hole, the blocking sleeve, the positioning wheel with the bearings installed, the blocking sleeve and the eighth mounting hole, and the positioning bolt is screwed down by nuts.
4. The counterweight device of claim 1 further comprising a wire stop disposed on the first riser, the wire stop being an arc disposed concentrically with the counterweight wheel.
5. The counterweight device of claim 4 wherein said circular arc plate has a radius of +1cm of the diameter of said counterweight wheel.
6. The counterweight device of claim 4 wherein said circular arc plate is welded to said first riser by a first weld.
7. The counterweight device of claim 1 wherein said first recess is triangular in cross-section.
8. The counterweight device of claim 2 wherein said third recess is triangular in cross-section.
9. The counterweight device of claim 1 wherein said second mounting hole is disposed on a perpendicular bisector of said first riser.
10. The counterweight device of claim 1 wherein said fourth mounting hole is elongated.
11. The counterweight device of claim 1 wherein said first means for securing is a circlip.
12. The counterweight device of claim 1 wherein said second securement means is a locating pin.
13. The counterweight device of claim 1 wherein said fixed bracket further comprises two webs disposed in a right angle between said first cross plate and said first vertical plate.
14. The counterweight device of claim 1 wherein said first cross plate and said first riser are welded together by a second weld.
15. The counterweight of claim 3 wherein said third riser is secured to said first riser by welding.
16. The counterweight device of claim 3 wherein said third cross plate and said third riser are secured together by welding.
17. The counterweight device of claim 1 wherein said L-shaped bracket is a one-piece structure.
18. The counterweight device of claim 1 wherein said U-shaped support is a one-piece structure.
19. The counterweight device of claim 2 wherein said second cross plate and said second riser are secured together by welding.
20. The counterweight device of claim 6 or 15 wherein said first welding means and said second welding means are both full welds.
21. The counterweight device of claim 1 wherein said pin is of unitary construction.
22. The counterweight device of claim 1 wherein said inner sleeve is of one-piece construction.
23. The counterweight device of claim 1 wherein said counterweight wheel is of unitary construction.
24. The counterweight device of claim 1 wherein said pin is formed of tungsten steel.
25. The counterweight device of claim 1 wherein said inner sleeve is formed of tungsten steel.
