Here, it can be understood that, when the entire bezel body 21 is anodized, the entire bezel body 21 is dyed.
Alternatively, the dyeing process parameters may be PH: 6.0 plus or minus 0.5, the time is 10 minutes plus or minus 5 minutes, and the temperature is 40-50 ℃;
a5: the dyed part of the decorative ring body 21 is dipped in a sealing agent to perform sealing treatment to obtain the decorative ring 2. For example, the dyed decorative ring body 21 is placed in a sealant nickel acetate solution, and precipitates are generated through a chemical reaction so as to seal oxide film holes, thereby ensuring that the color of the product is stable and does not fade. Here, it can be understood that, when the entire bezel body 21 is subjected to the dyeing process, the entire bezel body 21 is subjected to the hole sealing process.
Optionally, the sealing process parameters are temperature: more than 95 ℃, the concentration of a sealant nickel acetate solution is 10-12g/l, and the time is as follows: for 60 minutes.
Referring to fig. 1 to 5, a mobile terminal 1000 according to an embodiment of the present application includes: a rear case 200, the decoration device 100 and a camera.

According to the mobile terminal 1000 of the embodiment of the application, by arranging the decoration assembly 100 and enabling the decoration ring 2 to be sleeved with the connecting plate 111, the structure is simple, and the double-layer arrangement structure of the decoration ring 2 and the connecting plate 111 is higher in strength and not prone to deformation; through making decoration body 11 be the working of plastics, decorate circle body 21 and be the aluminum alloy spare, not only be favorable to showing the weight that reduces decoration assembly 100, the cost is lower moreover.
In some alternative embodiments of the present application, the rear case 200 has the same color as the bezel 2, and the bezel 2 has a different color from the garnish 1. From this, through making the colour of decorating circle 2 and the colour of decoration 1 different, can form the colour separation effect, and will decorate the colour of circle 2 and set up to the same with backshell 200, be favorable to giving the effect of user's vision attenuate in the vision.

Claims (19)

1. A decoration assembly of a mobile terminal, comprising:
the decoration comprises a decoration body, the decoration body comprises an annular connecting plate and a supporting plate, a functional hole is formed in the supporting plate, the outer peripheral wall of the supporting plate is connected with the inner peripheral wall of the connecting plate, and the decoration body is a plastic piece;
decorate the circle, decorate the circle overcoat the connecting plate, decorate the circle including decorating the circle body, it is aluminum alloy spare to decorate the circle body.
2. The decorative component of a mobile terminal according to claim 1, wherein the decorative member includes a coating layer covering at least the entire surface of a portion of the connection plate of the decorative member body that protrudes from an outer end of the decorative ring.
3. The decorative component of a mobile terminal according to claim 2, wherein the coating layer is a silver layer, and the coating layer has a thickness of 10-15 um.
4. The decorative component of a mobile terminal of claim 2, wherein the decorative piece comprises a first color layer, the first color layer covering the coating layer.
5. The decoration assembly of claim 4, wherein a pretreatment layer is further disposed between the first color layer and the coating layer.
6. The trim component of a mobile terminal of claim 4, wherein the trim piece comprises a transparent protective layer covering the first color layer.
7. The decoration assembly of claim 4, wherein the decoration ring includes a second color layer covering at least the entire surface of a portion of the decoration ring body that is protruded from the outer end surface of the mounting through-hole of the rear case of the mobile terminal.
8. The decoration assembly of claim 1, wherein the decoration body comprises a first annular flange and a protruding ring, the first flange is arranged at the axial inner end of the connecting plate and extends towards the direction far away from the central axis of the connecting plate, the protruding ring is arranged at the free end of the first flange and extends outwards along the axial direction of the first flange, the protruding ring, the first flange and the peripheral wall of the connecting plate define a positioning groove, the axial inner end of the decoration ring is located in the positioning groove, and the free end of the protruding ring is suitable for being connected with the inner surface of the rear shell of the mobile terminal.
9. The decoration assembly of claim 8, wherein the decoration ring body comprises: the connecting plate is sleeved outside the peripheral wall plate, the second flanging is arranged at the inner end of the peripheral wall plate and extends towards the direction far away from the central axis of the connecting plate, the inner end of the peripheral wall plate and the second flanging are located in the positioning groove, and the outer surface of the second flanging is suitable for being connected with the inner surface of the rear shell of the mobile terminal.
10. The decoration assembly of claim 1, wherein the decoration ring and the decoration are adhered by an adhesive layer.
11. A method of manufacturing a decoration device for a mobile terminal, the decoration device comprising: the decorative ring comprises a decorative ring body, the decorative ring body comprises an annular connecting plate and a supporting plate, a functional hole is formed in the supporting plate, the outer peripheral wall of the supporting plate is connected with the inner peripheral wall of the connecting plate, the decorative ring body is a plastic piece, the connecting plate is sleeved outside the decorative ring, the decorative ring comprises a decorative ring body, and the decorative ring body is an aluminum alloy piece;
the manufacturing method of the decoration component comprises the following steps:
respectively processing the decoration ring and the decoration, wherein the decoration body is obtained through an injection molding process:
after obtaining the decorative ring and the decorative piece, attaching the decorative ring to the decorative piece.
12. The method of manufacturing a decoration device of a mobile terminal according to claim 11 wherein the decoration processing method comprises:
s1: processing a decorating part blank by an injection molding process;
s2: and punching the water gap material and the runner material on the decorating piece blank to obtain the decorating piece body.
13. The method of manufacturing a decoration device of a mobile terminal according to claim 12 wherein the method of processing the decoration further comprises:
s3: and plating a film coating layer on the surface of the part, which exceeds the outer end of the decorative ring, of the connecting plate of the decorative part body by a water plating process.
14. The method of manufacturing a decoration device of a mobile terminal according to claim 13 wherein the method of processing the decoration further comprises:
s4: spraying a pretreatment agent on the surface of the coating layer to form a pretreatment layer;
s5: spraying a color paint on the surface of the pretreatment layer to form a first color layer;
s6: and spraying finish paint on the surface of the first color layer to form a protective layer and obtain the decorative piece.
15. The method for manufacturing a decoration device of a mobile terminal according to claim 11 wherein the method for processing the decoration ring comprises:
a1: CNC processing is carried out on the aluminum alloy substrate to obtain the decorative ring body.
16. The method for manufacturing a decoration device of a mobile terminal according to claim 15 wherein the method for processing the decoration ring comprises:
a2: performing chemical polishing treatment on at least the whole surface of the part of the decorative ring body, which exceeds the outer end face of the mounting through hole of the rear shell of the mobile terminal;
a3: carrying out anodic oxidation treatment on the part of the decorative ring body after chemical polishing treatment;
a4: immersing the anodized part of the decorative ring body in a coloring agent for dyeing treatment to obtain a second color layer;
a5: and soaking the dyed part of the decorative ring body in a sealant for hole sealing treatment to obtain the decorative ring.
17. The method for manufacturing a decoration device of a mobile terminal according to any of claims 11-16 wherein, after obtaining the decoration ring and the decoration piece, an adhesive layer is formed between the decoration ring and the decoration piece by a dispensing process to connect the decoration ring and the decoration piece.
18. A mobile terminal, comprising:
a rear housing having a mounting through-hole;
a decoration device of a mobile terminal according to any one of claims 1 to 10 or manufactured by the method of manufacturing a decoration device of a mobile terminal according to any one of claims 11 to 17, the decoration device being located at the mounting through hole and an axially outer end of the decoration ring respectively exceeding an axially outer end face of the mounting through hole;
the camera, the decoration encircles the camera setting just the camera is located the inboard of backup pad.
19. The mobile terminal of claim 18, wherein the rear housing is the same color as the bezel and is a different color than the trim piece.
