Through the second recommendation module, a client drainage measure is established, reasonable position drainage is carried out (namely drainage is carried out from the first preset area to the second preset area), room source information which is the most in accordance with requirements in the drainage area or the cold area is provided for a client, and client loss is avoided. In an optional embodiment, the first obtaining module is further configured to calculate the service capability information of each service individual according to information of at least one of the following of each service individual: historical contract number, office card punching records and customer evaluation information.
In an optional embodiment, the apparatus further comprises: a seventh obtaining module, configured to obtain historical access information of the client; and the second matching module is used for matching the specified service individuals for the client according to the historical access information. Therefore, the problem that a plurality of service individuals inquire the same customer for many times is avoided, the customer is excessively disturbed, and the communication efficiency of the two parties is improved.
The premises recommendation device in this embodiment is presented in the form of a functional unit, where the unit refers to an ASIC circuit, a processor and memory executing one or more software or fixed programs, and/or other devices that may provide the above-described functionality.
Further functional descriptions of the modules are the same as those of the corresponding embodiments, and are not repeated herein.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides a terminal, which has the room source recommendation processing apparatus shown in fig. 3.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of a terminal according to an alternative embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 4, the terminal may include: at least one processor 401, such as a CPU (Central Processing Unit), at least one communication interface 403, memory 404, and at least one communication bus 402. Wherein a communication bus 402 is used to enable connective communication between these components. The communication interface 403 may include a Display (Display) and a Keyboard (Keyboard), and the optional communication interface 403 may also include a standard wired interface and a standard wireless interface. The Memory 404 may be a high-speed RAM Memory (volatile Random Access Memory) or a non-volatile Memory (non-volatile Memory), such as at least one disk Memory. The memory 404 may optionally be at least one memory device located remotely from the processor 401. Wherein the processor 401 may be combined with the apparatus described in fig. 3, the memory 404 stores an application program, and the processor 401 calls the program code stored in the memory 404 for executing the steps of any of the above-mentioned methods for processing a house source recommendation.
The communication bus 402 may be a Peripheral Component Interconnect (PCI) bus or an Extended Industry Standard Architecture (EISA) bus. The communication bus 402 may be divided into an address bus, a data bus, a control bus, and the like. For ease of illustration, only one thick line is shown in FIG. 4, but this does not indicate only one bus or one type of bus.
The memory 404 may include a volatile memory (RAM), such as a random-access memory (RAM); the memory may also include a non-volatile memory (english: non-volatile memory), such as a flash memory (english: flash memory), a hard disk (english: hard disk drive, abbreviation: HDD), or a solid-state drive (english: SSD); the memory 404 may also comprise a combination of memories of the kind described above.
The processor 401 may be a Central Processing Unit (CPU), a Network Processor (NP), or a combination of a CPU and an NP.
The processor 401 may further include a hardware chip. The hardware chip may be an application-specific integrated circuit (ASIC), a Programmable Logic Device (PLD), or a combination thereof. The aforementioned PLD may be a Complex Programmable Logic Device (CPLD), a field-programmable gate array (FPGA), a General Array Logic (GAL), or any combination thereof.
Optionally, the memory 404 is also used to store program instructions. The processor 401 may call program instructions to implement the room source recommendation processing method as shown in the embodiments of fig. 1 and 2 of the present application.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a non-transitory computer storage medium, wherein the computer storage medium stores computer executable instructions, and the computer executable instructions can execute the room source recommendation processing method in any method embodiment. The storage medium may be a magnetic disk, an optical disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a Flash Memory (Flash Memory), a Hard disk (Hard disk Drive, abbreviated as HDD), a Solid State Drive (SSD), or the like; the storage medium may also comprise a combination of memories of the kind described above.
Although the embodiments of the present invention have been described in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, those skilled in the art may make various modifications and variations without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention, and such modifications and variations fall within the scope defined by the appended claims.

Claims (12)

1. A house source recommendation processing method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring service capability information of each service individual of a house intermediary organization;
acquiring service area information of each service individual;
acquiring the working time information of each service individual; wherein the working time information comprises time for planning introduction of the house source;
acquiring reserved house-viewing time and target house position of a client;
and matching the client with the specified service individuals for recommending house sources according to the reserved house-viewing time and the target house position of the client, the service capacity information of each service individual, the service area information of each service individual and the working time information of each service individual.
2. The house source recommendation processing method according to claim 1, wherein after matching the client with the designated service individual for recommending house sources, the method further comprises:
acquiring the house source demand information of the client according to the historical click and/or search and/or house source collection information of the client;
acquiring house source information of a first predetermined area; wherein the first predetermined area house source information comprises information of at least one of: house position information, house self characteristic information, community facility information, peripheral POI information and traffic information;
and screening the house sources in the house source information of the first predetermined area according to the house source demand information of the client, and determining a first specified house source recommended for the client.
3. The house source recommendation processing method according to claim 2, wherein after matching the specified service individual for recommending house sources for the client, the method further comprises:
if the house source demand information of the client is not in the range of the house source information of the first predetermined area, screening the house source in the house source information of the second predetermined area according to the house source demand information of the client, and determining a second specified house source recommended for the client; wherein the second predetermined area room source information includes information of at least one of: house position information, house self characteristic information, cell facility information, peripheral POI information, and traffic information.
4. The house source recommendation processing method of claim 1, wherein the obtaining of the service capability information of each service individual of the house intermediary comprises:
calculating the service capability information of each service individual according to at least one of the following information of each service individual:
historical contract number, office card punching records and customer evaluation information.
5. The house source recommendation processing method according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein matching the client with a specific service individual for recommending house sources further comprises:
acquiring historical access information of the client;
and matching the client with a specified service individual according to the historical access information.
6. A house source recommendation processing apparatus, comprising:
the first acquisition module is used for acquiring the service capability information of each service individual of the house intermediary organization;
the second acquisition module is used for acquiring the service area information of each service individual;
the third acquisition module is used for acquiring the working time information of each service individual; wherein the working time information comprises time for planning introduction of the house source;
the fourth acquisition module is used for acquiring the reserved house-viewing time and the target house position of the client;
and the first matching module is used for matching the client with the specified service individuals for recommending the house source according to the reserved house-viewing time and the target house position of the client, the service capacity information of each service individual, the service area information of each service individual and the working time information of each service individual.
7. The house source recommendation processing device of claim 6, further comprising:
the fifth acquisition module is used for acquiring the house source demand information of the client according to the historical click and/or search and/or house source collection information of the client;
the sixth acquisition module is used for acquiring the house source information of the first predetermined area; wherein the first predetermined area house source information comprises information of at least one of: house position information, house self characteristic information, community facility information, peripheral POI information and traffic information;
and the first recommending module is used for screening the house resources in the house resource information of the first predetermined area according to the house resource demand information of the client and determining the first specified house resource recommended by the client.
8. The house source recommendation processing device of claim 7, further comprising:
the second recommending module is used for screening the house resources in the house resource information of a second predetermined area according to the house resource demand information of the client if the house resource demand information of the client is not in the house resource information range of the first predetermined area, and determining a second specified house resource recommended by the client; wherein the second predetermined area room source information includes information of at least one of: house position information, house self characteristic information, cell facility information, peripheral POI information, and traffic information.
9. The house source recommendation processing device according to claim 6, wherein the first obtaining module is further configured to calculate the service capability information of each service individual according to at least one of the following information of each service individual:
historical contract number, office card punching records and customer evaluation information.
10. The house source recommendation processing device according to any one of claims 6 to 9, further comprising:
a seventh obtaining module, configured to obtain historical access information of the client;
and the second matching module is used for matching the client with the specified service individual according to the historical access information.
11. A terminal, comprising: at least one processor; and a memory communicatively coupled to the at least one processor; wherein the memory stores instructions executable by the at least one processor to cause the at least one processor to perform the method of any of claims 1-5.
12. A computer-readable storage medium having stored thereon computer instructions, wherein the instructions, when executed by a processor, implement the method of any of the preceding claims 1-5.
