Background
In the domestic heavy truck industry, when a whole vehicle is matched with a manual transmission, different types of clutches, namely pull clutches or push clutches, are often selected according to torque and cost. The two clutches have different characteristics, the push-type clutch has simple structure, lower manufacturing cost and installation cost and relatively limited torque transmission capacity; under the same separating force, the load born by the separating bearing of the pull type clutch separating device is smaller than that of the push type clutch, so the torque transferring capacity is stronger, the larger torque transferring requirement can be met, the lift is good, the separation is thorough, and the cost is relatively higher.
However, with the development of science and technology, the whole vehicle has a greater demand for power performance and power assembly space, the existing pull type clutch separating device can meet the matching requirement of large torque, but occupies a larger space, while the push type clutch has an arrangement form that the space meets the requirement, but the torque and the strength cannot meet the requirement, so the existing clutch separating device cannot meet the requirements of load and space arrangement at the same time.

Aiming at the problems in the prior art, the pull-type clutch separating device provided by the invention is smaller in size, can save part of installation space for the whole vehicle, is used for arranging other parts, and can also effectively improve the trafficability of the whole vehicle.

the clutch device is characterized in that the separation shifting fork bracket comprises an upper bracket and a lower bracket, the upper bracket is positioned above the clutch shell, the lower bracket is arranged higher than the input shaft bearing cover, the lower bracket is arranged deep into the clutch shell, the lower bracket comprises two clamping arms which are arranged at intervals and in parallel, the upper end of the separation shifting fork is arranged in the upper bracket of the separation shifting fork bracket, the lower end of the separation shifting fork is a clamping piece, the middle part of the separation shifting fork is arranged in the clamping arms of the separation shifting fork bracket, and the separation shifting fork shaft penetrates through the clutch shell, the clamping arms of the separation shifting fork bracket and the middle part of the separation shifting fork;
the clamping piece at the lower end of the separation shifting fork is clamped on the separation bearing, and the upper end of the separation shifting fork is used for being connected with a clutch boosting wheel cylinder push rod.
Preferably, the clutch further comprises a joint bearing, and the joint bearing is arranged between the middle parts of the release fork shaft and the release fork.

The present invention will now be described in further detail with reference to specific examples, which are intended to be illustrative, but not limiting, of the invention.
The invention relates to a pull-type clutch separating device which is applied to an eight-gear gearbox, is assembled between a transmission and a clutch and can be matched with an eight-gear pull-type clutch of 1050-1300 Nm and above, and comprises a clutch shell 1, a separation fork bracket 2, a separation fork 3, a separation fork shaft 4, a joint bearing 5, a separation bearing 6, an input shaft bearing cover 7 and a handhole cover 8 as shown in figure 1;
the pull-type clutch release device connects the clutch housing 1 to the transmission body by a bolt. The separating shifting fork 3 is assembled on the separating shifting fork support 2 through a separating shifting fork shaft 4 and a joint bearing 5, the separating shifting fork shaft 4 is installed on the separating shifting fork support 1, the separating shifting fork 3 is installed on the separating shifting fork shaft 4, the joint bearing 5 is arranged between the separating shifting fork 3 and the separating shifting fork shaft 4, and the separating shifting fork 3 can axially swing in the input shaft bearing cover 7. The handhole cover 8 facilitates clutch installation and adjustment of the clutch for after-market maintenance.

the clamping piece at the lower end of the separation shifting fork 3 is clamped on the separation bearing 6, and the upper end of the separation shifting fork 3 is used for being connected with a clutch boosting wheel cylinder push rod.

the clamping piece at the lower end of the separation shifting fork (3) is clamped on the separation bearing (6), and the upper end of the separation shifting fork (3) is used for being connected with a clutch boosting wheel cylinder push rod.

3. The pull-type clutch release device according to claim 1, further comprising a hand hole cover (8) provided outside the clutch housing (1), wherein the hand hole cover (8) is located below the input shaft bearing cover (7).
4. The pull type clutch release device according to claim 1, wherein a partition plate is provided at a joint of an upper bracket and a lower bracket of the release fork bracket (2), and the partition plate is fixed to a housing of the clutch housing (1) by bolts.
5. The pull-type clutch release apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the release bearing (6) is slidably provided on an outer wall of the input shaft bearing cover (7).
6. The pull-type clutch release apparatus according to claim 1, wherein one end of the input shaft bearing cap (7) penetrating into the clutch housing (1) is fixedly provided to the transmission body (9) by a bolt.
