At present, the domestic arch ring is constructed by adopting a traditional method of an integral support and a bottom die, and the construction progress is slow.

The invention mainly aims to provide an arch ring supporting template and a setting method thereof, and aims to solve the technical problems that the assembly process of the traditional construction method is concentrated on a construction site, the process is complicated and time-consuming, the occupied area is large, and the engineering project requirements of large topographic condition limitation and tight construction period cannot be met.

In order to make construction safer, more reliable, more convenient, more practical, more economic and more efficient, the traditional method of 'integral support and bottom die' is not adopted for construction in the construction of the arch ring, and the integral design and construction technology of the support and the bottom die of the arch ring are innovatively adopted.
As shown in fig. 1, the present invention relates to an arch ring supporting formwork device, which includes a supporting column 1, an arch ring support 2 and a bottom membrane 3, wherein the arch ring support 2 bears the bottom membrane 3 and is arranged on the supporting column 1, and a steel supporting plate is arranged at a supporting point of the arch ring support 2 and/or the supporting column 1. The arch ring support 2 and the basement membrane 3 are designed into an integrated structure. In other embodiments of the present application, the supporting columns 1, the arch ring supports 2 and the bottom film 3 are designed as an integrated structure. In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the arch support formwork includes at least 4 support columns and 2 arch supports 2, a plurality of the base membranes 3 are disposed between the arch supports 2, and the 4 support columns 1 respectively support the lower end edges of the arch supports 2, and in the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the arch support formwork includes at least 6 support columns 1, wherein the 2 support columns 1 are disposed at the center of the lower structure of the arch supports 2. In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the supporting column 1 is provided with a supporting plate 5 near the movable roller 4, as shown in fig. 1, the supporting plate 5 is used for fixing the position of the arch ring supporting formwork through the supporting plate 5 when the arch ring supporting formwork moves to the position to be constructed, so as to prevent the position of the arch ring supporting formwork from being twisted during the construction process, which affects the supporting effect. In the preferred embodiment of the present application, the supporting plate 5 is a detachable and/or foldable structure, as shown in fig. 1, the supporting plate 5 is a foldable structure, and the supporting plate 5 is folded downward to contact the ground when in use. The supporting plate 5 can be connected with the supporting upright post 1 through a hinge or a hinge; in a further preferred embodiment of the present application, a supporting foot 6 capable of adjusting height is disposed at an end of the supporting plate 5, and the supporting foot 6 is disposed to facilitate height adjustment of the arch ring supporting formwork in accordance with a situation of a construction site, thereby avoiding a situation of setting dislocation of the arch ring supporting formwork due to a ground problem of a construction site. Meanwhile, when the arch ring supporting template is dismantled, the height of the supporting foot 6 is adjusted to be small, so that the arch ring supporting template moves downwards under the driving of the gravity of the arch ring supporting template, and automatically breaks away from an arch ring structure, and the dismantling operation of the template is finished.
In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the cross braces 7 for reinforcing the overall structure are disposed between the support columns 1, and the arch support 2 is a truss structure, and in the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the truss structure and the support columns 1 are disposed in the same direction, and the truss structure and the cross braces 7 are disposed on the same stressed surface, so that the arch support formwork is convenient for force transmission, and the structural stability of the arch support formwork is further improved.
In the preferred embodiment of the invention, the bottom die is made of a 5mm steel plate and 80mm × 8mm back ribs (the longitudinal distance is 386mm and the circumferential distance is 365mm), the arch ring support is made of [12 steel channels, and a 300mm × 300mm × 16mm steel supporting plate is arranged at the supporting point; the supporting upright posts are made of 14# double-spliced I-shaped steel, 3 pieces of I-shaped steel are uniformly distributed along the span direction, the distance between the supporting upright posts is 1.2M along the culvert length direction, the upright posts are transversely connected by phi 60 multiplied by 4mm steel pipes (connected by M16 bolts), the tops and the bottoms of the upright posts are provided with steel plates of 300 multiplied by 300mm multiplied by 16mm, and the bottoms of the upright posts are provided with pulleys; the bottom die and the arch ring support are welded into a whole, the supporting upright posts and the pulleys are integrated, and the arch ring support and the supporting upright posts are connected by M16 bolts.
In specific engineering application, an arch ring supporting template is processed and manufactured in a factory, a bottom die and an arch ring support are welded into a whole according to design, supporting upright columns and a movable roller are processed into a whole, the supporting upright columns and the movable roller are moved to an operation site after all the supporting upright columns are processed, the upright columns are connected through phi 60 multiplied by 4mm steel pipes and M16 bolts according to design requirements, and then the arch ring support and the supporting upright columns are connected into a whole through M16 bolts by using a truck crane to form the complete arch ring push-pull type walking template. The plates with other specifications and the connection mode between the realizable components belong to the same or similar technical scheme of the technical scheme.
According to the actual construction requirement, the span of the arch ring support takes 4 meters and 6 meters as common specifications, can be applied to different projects, and has good adaptability; the arch ring supporting template in the embodiment of the invention has the advantages of safety, reliability, simple operation, high construction efficiency, wide application prospect, repeated use of the template and the bracket after disassembly, and remarkable economic and social benefits. In other embodiments of the present application, the span of the arch support is prefabricated according to a specific construction project.

The specific height adjustment of the arch ring supporting template is that a 25t mechanical screw jack is arranged below each supporting upright post, a handle of the jack is manually shaken, and the arch ring supporting template is installed by utilizing the jack.
In a further preferred embodiment of the present application, after the jack pushes the arch ring supporting formwork to a designated position, the supporting plate and the supporting foot are adjusted to realize secondary support of the arch ring supporting formwork, so as to further improve the structural stability of the arch ring supporting formwork in operation.
