Detailed Description
For the purpose of making the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present application more apparent, the technical solutions in the following examples are clearly and completely described, and the following examples are provided for illustrating the present application, but are not intended to limit the scope of the present application.
Example 1
As shown in fig. 1 to 10, a wall-mounted washing machine is disclosed in the present embodiment, which includes an outer tub 1, a drain device, and an overflow pipe 51, the drain device including:
a drain valve assembly which is communicated with the outer cylinder 1 and drains water in the outer cylinder 1;
a drain pipe 3 for discharging water discharged from the drain valve assembly to the outside of the washing machine;
the three-way structure 4 is communicated with the drain valve assembly, the overflow pipe 51 and the drain pipe 3.
In the above scheme, the wall-mounted washing machine is placed on a plane, unlike a general drum washing machine, and is hung on a wall for use. The wall-mounted washing machine comprises a drainage device, wherein the drainage device comprises a drainage valve assembly for forcedly draining water in the outer cylinder 1 from the inner side of the outer cylinder 1 to the outside in a corresponding washing stage, the forcedly drained water in the outer cylinder 1 is drained out of the washing machine through a drainage pipe 3, and the drainage pipe 3 is a hose which is used for draining water out of the washing machine generally, so that damages caused by vibration, collision and the like are easy to occur. The wall-mounted washing machine generally further comprises a ventilation device 5 for realizing ventilation between the inside and the outside of the outer tub 1, and preventing the outer tub 1 from being dangerous such as a frying tub due to incapacitation. The ventilation device 5 comprises an overflow pipe 51, so that foam and water overflowed from the inside of the outer cylinder 1 can be discharged out of the washing machine, and ventilation of the inside of the outer cylinder 1 can be realized. The drain hose of the common wall-mounted washing machine extends to the outside of the washing machine after penetrating through the rear panel, and plays a role in fixing through penetrating through the rear panel, but the hose is damaged due to sharp edges or rib structures possibly existing at the edges of holes on the rear panel when the hose vibrates, so that the damage rate of the hose is very high. In general, when the washing machine works abnormally, the overflow pipe 51 overflows water in the outer cylinder 1 from the overflow pipe 51 to the outside of the washing machine, but if the overflow pipe 51 is directly connected to the outside of the washing machine and the drain pipe 3 is also connected to the outside of the washing machine, a plurality of components are arranged, and the three-way structure 4 for draining is arranged to communicate the drain valve component, the overflow pipe 51 and the drain pipe 3. When the overflow pipe 51 is directly connected to the drain pipe 3, the drain pipe 3 is a hose, and thus there is a risk that leakage, sloshing, and the like are likely to occur. The application relates to a drainage device of a wall-mounted washing machine, which solves the problem, and also comprises a drainage tee structure 4 for fixing a drainage pipe 3 and an overflow pipe 51, and preventing the drainage pipe 3 and the overflow pipe 51 from being swayed and vibrated during drainage.
Further, the drainage tee structure 4 includes:

the water outlet 43 is connected to the water inlet 41 and the overflow 42 is connected to the water outlet 43.
In the above-mentioned scheme, the three-way drainage structure 4 includes the water inlet end 41 that communicates with the drainage valve assembly, the overflow end 42 that communicates with the overflow pipe 51, the water outlet end 43 that communicates with the drainage pipe 3, the water outlet end 43 is connected to the water inlet end 41, so that the water that is discharged in the drainage valve assembly can be discharged to the drainage pipe 3 and then discharged outside the washing machine through the water outlet end 43, the overflow end 42 is connected to the water outlet end 43, so that the water and/or foam that overflows from the overflow pipe 51 is directly discharged to the water outlet end 43 from the overflow end 42 and then enters the drainage pipe 3 and is discharged outside the washing machine, when avoiding the overflow end 42 to be connected to the water inlet end 41, the water inlet end 41 drains back to the overflow pipe 51, causing abnormal sound during drainage.
Further, the other end of the water outlet 43 which is not communicated with the water discharge pipe 3 is connected to the water inlet 41, and the other end of the overflow 42 which is not communicated with the overflow pipe 51 is connected to the water outlet 43.
Further, the water outlet end 43 is connected to the other end of the water inlet end 41 which is not in communication with the drain valve assembly, and the overflow end 42 is connected to the other end of the water outlet end 43 which is not in communication with the drain pipe 3.
In the above scheme, the connection mode among the water outlet end 43, the overflow end 42 and the water inlet end 41 makes the three-way drainage structure 4 compact and occupies small space.
Further, the other end of the water inlet end 41, which is not communicated with the drain valve assembly, extends toward the wall and is connected to the end of the outer tub 1 near the wall. The water outlet end 43 and the overflow end 42 of the water outlet three-way structure 4 are closer to the rear end of the washing machine, so that the water outlet pipe 3 connected with the water outlet end 43 is convenient to hide, and the overflow pipe 51 is convenient to install.
Further, the water inlet end 41 has a hard tubular structure, and the water outlet pipe 3 communicating with the water outlet end 43 and the overflow pipe 51 communicating with the overflow end 42 are fixedly supported at one end of the outer cylinder 1 close to the wall. The water can be smoothly discharged after being led out to the rear side of the outer barrel 1, so that the drain pipe 3 which is arranged at the front end of the outer barrel 1 is prevented from being exposed and unattractive, and the damage to the drain hose caused by shaking and vibration due to incapability of fixing in the process of connecting the drain hose with a floor drain is prevented; in addition, the water inlet end 41 has a hard tubular structure, so that the fixed support of the drain pipe 3 and the overflow pipe 51 can be realized, and the damage caused by shaking and vibration of the drain pipe 3 and the overflow pipe 51 during drainage is prevented.
Further, the other end of the water inlet end 41 is extended downward toward the wall. So that the water in the water inlet end 41 does not flow back to the drain valve assembly or is accumulated in the water inlet end 41 and cannot be discharged cleanly.
Further, the water outlet 43 is connected to the lowest part of the water inlet 41 and extends vertically downward.
In the above scheme, the water in the water inlet end 41 is completely discharged without residue, and the water outlet end 43 extending vertically downwards is more suitable for discharging water, so that the water can be completely discharged under the action of gravity without external force, and resources are saved.
Further, the overflow end 42 is inclined downward toward the water outlet end 43, and the connection between the overflow end 42 and the water outlet end 43 is the lowest position of the overflow end 42. So that the water in the overflow end 42 will not flow back to the overflow pipe 51, or the water accumulated in the overflow end 42 will not be discharged cleanly, and will not remain,
further, the water outlet 43 and the water inlet 41, and the water inlet 41 and the overflow 42 are provided with reinforcing ribs 44 for increasing the connection strength.
In a further preferred embodiment, the rear wall of the outer cylinder 1 is provided with an exhaust hole 53 communicated with the interior of the outer cylinder 1, the overflow pipe 51 is arranged at the rear part of the outer cylinder 1, one end of the overflow pipe is communicated with the interior of the outer cylinder 1 through the exhaust hole 53, the other end of the overflow pipe is communicated with the water discharge three-way structure 4,
Preferably, one end of the overflow pipe 51 is communicated with the highest water level in the outer cylinder 1 through the exhaust hole 53, and the other end is communicated with the water outlet end 43 of the water discharge three-way structure 4.
The overflow pipe 51 is arranged at the rear part of the outer cylinder 1, compared with the side part of the outer cylinder 1, the side space of the outer cylinder 1 is saved, the volume of the wall-mounted washing machine is reduced, and the overflow pipe 51 can be arranged between rib structures of the rear wall of the outer cylinder 1 and occupies less space of the rear wall of the outer cylinder 1. The rear wall of the outer barrel 1 comprises an exhaust hole 53 communicated with the inside of the outer barrel 1, and the exhaust hole 53 is arranged on the rear wall of the outer barrel 1, so that the overflow pipe 51 is conveniently connected to the rear wall of the outer barrel 1. The overflow pipe 51 has one end connected to an exhaust hole 53 provided above the rear wall of the outer tub 1 and the other end connected to a drain device, and discharges foam and water overflowed from above the outer tub 1 to the outside of the washing machine through the drain device. In a preferred embodiment, the overflow pipe 51 is communicated with the highest water level in the outer cylinder 1 through the air vent 53, so that the problems of uncleanness in washing and the like caused by unexpected overflow of foam and water when the air vent 53 is arranged at a lower position are avoided.
