Further, the mounting structure 45 is arranged at the other end of the water inlet end 41, which is not provided with the water inlet interface, so as to fixedly support the three-way drainage structure 4 at one end of the outer cylinder 1 close to the wall,

In the above scheme, the first connecting plate 452 is arranged to provide a medium for connecting the water inlet end 41 and the mounting plate 451, and the other end of the water inlet end 41 can be blocked, so that water is prevented from overflowing from the connection position of the water outlet end 43 instead of flowing out from the connection position, and the integrally formed mounting structure 45 has a better blocking effect. The second connecting plate 453 is provided to provide a transitional space for the connection between the mounting plate 451 and the first connecting plate 452, so that the fastening member can be conveniently mounted, and the connection between the two is also achieved.
Further, the mounting structure 45 further includes a reinforcing portion disposed between the mounting plate 451 and the first connecting plate 452, connecting the mounting plate 451, the first connecting plate 452, and the second connecting plate 453,

In the above-described aspect, the reinforcement portion reinforces the connection between the mounting plate 451 and the first connecting plate 452 because the connection between the two is made slightly thinner by abutting against the second connecting plate 453 to form an n-shape, the connection is easily deformed, and the provision of the reinforcement portion solves the problem, reinforcing the connection. In the preferred embodiment, a reinforcing rib 454 is provided to connect the mounting plate 451, the first connecting plate 452 and the second connecting plate 453, so that the connection effect is enhanced, the space is not occupied, and the connection between the fastening member and the mounting through hole is affected.
Further, the mounting plate 451 is larger than the first connection plate 452, the mounting through-holes are formed at the edge of the mounting plate 451 protruding from the first connection plate 452,
preferably, the mounting plate 451 is provided with two mounting through-holes provided at both ends of an edge opposite to an edge to which the second connecting plate 453 is connected.
In the above scheme, the size of mounting panel 451 is greater than first connecting plate 452 to conveniently set up the installation through-hole on convex part, first connecting plate 452 leads to the inconvenience of installation when preventing the fastener from installing, causes the installation difficulty. In a preferred embodiment, the mounting plate 451 is provided with two mounting through holes, and the mounting plate 451 can be mounted by separately providing the two mounting through holes without the problems of dislocation, deflection and the like.
Further, the mounting structure 45 further includes a limiting portion for limiting the connection of the mounting plate 451,
preferably, the position-limiting part comprises a position-limiting insertion piece 455 arranged on the mounting plate 451,
more preferably, the limiting insertion piece 455 is integrally formed on the mounting plate 451 and protrudes from the second connecting plate 453.
In the above scheme, the installation of the installation plate 451 is limited by the limiting part, and the installation dislocation and the instable installation are prevented. In a preferred embodiment, a triangle is formed between the limiting insertion piece 455 and the two mounting through holes, so that the mounting is more stable. The limiting portion further comprises a limiting protrusion arranged on the second connecting plate 453, and the second connecting plate 453 is further limited to be installed.
Further, the other end of the water outlet end 43, which is not communicated with the water outlet pipe 3, is connected to the water inlet end 41, the other end of the overflow end 42, which is not communicated with the overflow pipe 51, is connected to the water outlet end 43,
preferably, the water outlet end 43 is connected to the other end of the water inlet end 41 which is not communicated with the drain valve assembly, and the overflow end 42 is connected to the other end of the water outlet end 43 which is not communicated with the drain pipe 3.
In the above scheme, the connection mode among the water outlet end 43, the overflow end 42 and the water inlet end 41 makes the three-way drain structure 4 compact and occupies a small space. And closer to the rear end of the outer tub 1, the drain pipe 3 is more easily hidden.
EXAMPLE III
As shown in fig. 1 to 10, the present embodiment discloses a wall-mounted washing machine including a tub 1, a drain device, an overflow pipe 51, the drain device including:
the drain valve component is communicated with the outer barrel 1 and discharges water in the outer barrel 1;
a drain pipe 3 for discharging the water discharged from the drain valve assembly to the outside of the washing machine;
a drain tee structure 4 communicating the drain valve assembly, the overflow pipe 51 and the drain pipe 3;
the mounting structure 45 is used for fixedly supporting the drainage tee joint structure 4 at one end of the outer barrel 1 close to the wall;
and a base for connecting the outer cylinder 1 to a wall, wherein the base is provided with a matching part 21 matched with the mounting structure 45.
In the above scheme, the wall-mounted washing machine is different from a common drum washing machine in that the wall-mounted washing machine is arranged on a plane, and the wall-mounted washing machine is used by being hung on a wall. The wall-mounted washing machine comprises a drainage device, wherein the drainage device comprises a drainage valve assembly which forcibly discharges water in an outer cylinder 1 from the inside of the outer cylinder 1 to the outside in a corresponding washing stage, the water which is forcibly discharged out of the outer cylinder 1 is discharged out of the washing machine through a drainage pipe 3, and the drainage pipe 3 is a hose which is generally used for finally discharging the water out of the washing machine, so that the damage caused by vibration, collision and the like is easy to occur. The wall-mounted washing machine generally further includes a ventilation device 5 for ventilating air between the inside and the outside of the tub 1 to prevent the tub 1 from being damaged due to the inability to ventilate. The ventilating device 5 includes an overflow pipe 51, which can discharge the foam and water overflowing from the inside of the outer tub 1 to the outside of the washing machine, and can ventilate the inside of the outer tub 1. The drainage hose of the common wall-mounted washing machine extends to the outside of the washing machine after penetrating through the rear panel, and plays a role in fixing by penetrating through the rear panel, but the hose is damaged due to the fact that sharp edges or rib structures possibly existing on the edge of a hole in the rear panel damage the hose when the hose vibrates, and the damage rate of the hose is high. Generally, the overflow pipe 51 overflows the water in the outer cylinder 1 from the overflow pipe 51 to the outside of the washing machine when the washing machine works abnormally, but if the overflow pipe 51 is directly connected to the outside of the washing machine and the drain pipe 3 is also connected to the outside of the washing machine, a plurality of components are arranged. In addition, when the overflow pipe 51 is directly connected to the drain pipe 3, the drain pipe 3 is a hose, which may cause leakage or shaking and detachment. The invention relates to a drainage device of a wall-mounted washing machine, which solves the problem and also comprises a drainage three-way structure 4 for fixing a drainage pipe 3 and an overflow pipe 51 and preventing the drainage pipe 3 and the overflow pipe 51 from shaking and vibrating during drainage. The invention is provided with the mounting structure 45 which is used for mounting and fixing the drain pipe 3 and the overflow pipe 51, fixedly supporting the drain pipe 3 and the overflow pipe 51 at one end of the outer cylinder 1 close to the wall, leading water out to the rear side of the outer cylinder 1 and smoothly discharging the water, and preventing the drain pipe 3 from being exposed and unattractive due to the fact that the drain pipe 3 is arranged at the front end of the outer cylinder 1 and preventing the drain pipe 3 from shaking and vibrating to cause damage to the drain pipe in the process of connecting the drain pipe and the floor drain due to incapability of fixing; the installation structure 45 prevents the drain pipe 3 and the overflow pipe 51 from being damaged by shaking or vibration during drainage. The outer cylinder 1 is connected to the wall through the base, and the outer cylinder 1 of the wall-mounted washing machine is hung. The base is provided with a matching part 21 matched with the mounting structure 45, and the mounting structure 45 is matched with the matching part 21 to fixedly support the drainage three-way structure 4 at one end of the outer barrel 1 close to the wall. Set up the base, still provide the medium of easy to assemble for mounting structure 45 with drainage tee bend structure 4 fixed stay in urceolus 1 one end near the wall when not occupying the space of urceolus 1 one end near the wall, because the cost and the operation degree of difficulty of direct mount on the wall are all very high, so set up the base.

more preferably, four corners of the cylinder wall of the outer cylinder 1 are respectively provided with a hanging lug 2, the matching part 21 is arranged on one hanging lug 2 at the lower side of the outer cylinder 1,
it is also preferable that the fitting portion 21 is provided on one of the lugs 2 on the lower side of the outer tub 1 adjacent to the drain valve assembly.
In the scheme, the outer barrel 1 is hung on the wall through the hanging lugs 2, and components such as a damper and the like are not required for supporting, so that the number of components on the washing machine is reduced, the production cost and the assembly difficulty of the washing machine are further reduced, the size and the weight of the whole washing machine are reduced, the appearance of the washing machine is optimized, and the wall hanging reliability of the washing machine is improved. The matching part 21 is arranged on the hanging lug 2, the drainage three-way structure 4 is fixedly supported on the hanging lug 2 through the mounting structure 45, the drainage pipe 3 and the overflow pipe 51 are arranged on the rear side of the outer barrel 1 and are also fixed on the hanging lug 2, the problem that the drainage pipe 3 cannot be fixed due to the fact that a rear panel is not arranged in the drainage three-way structure is solved, and the problems that the drainage pipe 3 cannot be fixedly connected and accordingly shakes, vibrates, is damaged, splashes water and the like are solved. And also to facilitate operations such as installation, maintenance, inspection, replacement, etc. of the drain pipe 3. Four corners of the cylinder wall of the outer cylinder 1 are respectively provided with a hanging lug 2, and in a preferred embodiment, the hanging lugs 2 are arranged on two height surfaces. Furthermore, be equipped with the support piece that extends to outer section of thick bamboo 1 direction on the wall, support piece passes hangers 2 and supports with hangers 2 counterbalance. The specific assembly steps of the outer barrel 1 of the invention are that the support member is firstly installed on the wall, then the hanging lug 2 is hung on the support member to realize the preliminary fixing of the outer barrel 1, and finally the nut is screwed on the support member passing through the hanging lug 2 to ensure that the hanging lug 2 is clamped and fixed on the support member between the wall and the nut, thereby realizing the assembly of the outer barrel 1. In the preferred embodiment, a damping gasket is respectively clamped and fixed between the wall and the hanging lug 2, and between the hanging lug 2 and the nut, so that the noise generated in the working process of the washing machine is reduced. And the hanging lug 2 can be fixedly connected with the wall through a bolt, so that the hanging lug 2 is clamped and fixed on a screw rod between a bolt nut and the wall. In the preferred embodiment, damping gaskets are clamped and fixed between the wall and the hanging lug 2, and between the hanging lug 2 and the bolt and the nut, so that the noise generated in the working process of the washing machine is reduced. The matching part 21 is arranged on one hanging lug 2 at the lower side of the outer cylinder 1, not only arranged at the rear side of the outer cylinder 1, but also arranged at the lower side of the outer cylinder 1, so that water can be more conveniently discharged without residue under the action of gravity, the appearance is ensured, and the drain pipe 3 and the overflow pipe 51 are fixedly arranged. In the preferred embodiment, the engagement portion 21 is provided on one of the lugs 2 on the underside of the outer cartridge 1 adjacent the drain valve assembly, simplifying the apparatus, and simplifying the method and structure of the mounting structure 45 for providing the drain pipe 3.
Further, the fitting portion 21 is a groove recessed toward the wall on the hanging lug 2, and the bottom of the groove is at least partially shaped to match the mounting structure 45.
In the above-mentioned scheme, cooperation portion 21 provides very big facility for the installation of mounting panel 451, and recess formula cooperation portion 21 in this application especially is equivalent to for the installation of mounting panel 451 provides spacingly, has prevented that the drainage that other pipeline misconnection scheduling problem that the mistake installation of mounting panel 451 leads to is incomplete or drainage refluence scheduling problem, still saves space, makes drainage tee bend structure 4 more be close to the wall. The bottom of the groove is at least partially shaped to match the mounting structure 45 to prevent the mounting plate 451 from wobbling after installation.
Further, the mounting structure 45 is arranged at the other end of the water inlet end 41, which is not provided with the water inlet interface, so as to fixedly support the three-way drainage structure 4 at one end of the outer cylinder 1 close to the wall,
preferably, the mounting structure 45 is integrally formed at the other end of the water inlet end 41. The structure is simple and convenient to form, and the installation and the disassembly are easy.
Further, the mounting structure 45 comprises a mounting plate 451, a mounting through hole is formed on the mounting plate 451, a fastener penetrates through the mounting through hole to fixedly support the three-way drain structure 4 at one end of the outer cylinder 1 close to the wall,

In the above scheme, the installation of the installation plate 451 is limited by the limiting part, and the installation dislocation and the instable installation are prevented. The limiting portion further comprises a limiting protrusion arranged on the second connecting plate 453, and the second connecting plate 453 is further limited to be installed.
Furthermore, the shape of part of the bottom of the groove is matched with that of the mounting plate 451, the bottom of the groove is also provided with a mounting hole matched with the size and the position of the mounting through hole, and the fastener penetrates through the mounting through hole to be connected with the mounting hole.
In the scheme, the shape of the part of the bottom of the groove is matched with that of the mounting plate 451, so that the mounting of the mounting plate 451 is prevented from being misplaced. The mounting hole is matched with the mounting through hole, so that the mounting plate 451 can be conveniently and fixedly mounted by a fastener.
Furthermore, the side wall of the groove is provided with a limit slot 211, the limit inserting sheet 455 is inserted into the limit slot 211 to limit the connection of the mounting plate 451,

Example four
As shown in fig. 1 to 10, in addition to the first, second and third embodiments, in this embodiment, the wall-mounted washing machine further includes a ventilator 5 disposed at the rear of the tub 1 to circulate air between the inside of the tub 1 and the outside of the tub 1, where the ventilator 5 includes: an exhaust hole 53 formed in the rear wall of the outer tub 1 and communicating with the inside of the outer tub 1; an overflow pipe 51 having one end connected to the exhaust hole 53 and the other end discharging the foam and water overflowing from the inside of the outer tub 1 to the outside of the washing machine; the air-permeable pipe 52 has one end connected to the overflow pipe 51 and the other end extending to a position higher than the air outlet 53, and is provided with a defoaming structure 521 for breaking the foam overflowing to the position into liquid and guiding the liquid to the overflow pipe 51.
The rear wall of the outer cylinder 1 is provided with an exhaust hole 53 communicated with the inside of the outer cylinder 1, the overflow pipe 51 is arranged at the rear part of the outer cylinder 1, one end of the overflow pipe is communicated with the inside of the outer cylinder 1 through the exhaust hole 53, and the other end of the overflow pipe is communicated with a drainage device.
Further, one end of the overflow pipe 51 is connected to the exhaust hole 53, the other end extends downwards along the circumferential direction of the rear wall of the outer cylinder 1 and is connected to the drainage tee structure 4,
preferably, the other end of the overflow pipe 51 extends downward along the circumferential direction of the rear wall of the outer cylinder 1, then tilts to the front of the outer cylinder 1 to extend to the same horizontal plane with the three-way drain structure 4, and then extends to the overflow end 42 along the horizontal direction and is connected with the overflow end 42.
Further, the exhaust hole 53 is provided at the highest water level inside the outer tube 1, and preferably, the exhaust hole 53 is provided on a diameter vertically passing through the axis of the rear wall of the outer tube 1 to communicate with the highest water level inside the outer tube 1.
In the above scheme, the vent hole 53 is arranged at the highest water level inside the outer cylinder 1, so that the problems that foam and water accidentally overflow when the vent hole 53 is arranged at a lower position, and further washing is not clean and the like are avoided. In a preferred embodiment, the vent holes 53 are arranged on a diameter vertically penetrating through the axis of the rear wall of the outer cylinder 1, so that the highest water level is easier to find and determine, and compared with the vent holes 53 arranged at other positions, the vent holes 53 increase the difficulty of foam overflow and can also realize the function of overflowing foam and water when the foam and water are too much.
Further, the overflow pipe 51 extends downward along the circumferential direction near the axis of the rear wall of the outer cylinder 1, and more preferably, one end of the overflow pipe 51 extends downward from the exhaust hole 53 along the vertical direction for a certain distance and then extends downward along the circumferential direction near the axis of the rear wall of the outer cylinder 1.
In the above scheme, the other end of the overflow pipe 51 extends downwards along the circumferential direction of the rear wall of the outer barrel 1, so that excessive disturbance on the arrangement of the ribs on the rear wall of the outer barrel 1 is avoided, and the arrangement does not occupy space between the ribs and does not break the distribution of the ribs. In a preferred embodiment, the overflow pipe 51 extends downwards along the circumferential direction close to the axis of the rear wall of the outer cylinder 1, the length of the overflow pipe 51 is reduced, foam and water can be discharged more quickly, foam overflow caused by foam accumulation is avoided, and the foam is more easily broken and flows out when the overflow pipe is subjected to larger vibration closer to the axis. In a more preferred embodiment, one end of the overflow pipe 51 extends downwards from the exhaust hole 53 for a certain distance along a vertical direction and then extends downwards along an axial direction close to the axis of the rear wall of the outer cylinder 1, and the overflow pipe 51 extending downwards along the vertical direction facilitates the flow of foam and water to the drainage device.
Further, one end of the vent pipe 52 is communicated to the overflow pipe 51, and the other end extends upwards to a position higher than the exhaust hole 53 along the rear wall of the outer cylinder 1, preferably, the vent pipe 52 is close to the overflow pipe 51, and the other end of the vent pipe 52 extends upwards along the circumferential direction of the rear wall of the outer cylinder 1, and more preferably, the other end of the vent pipe 52 extends upwards to a position higher than the exhaust hole 53 along the vertical direction after extending along the circumferential direction of the rear wall of the outer cylinder 1.

Claims (10)

1. A wall-mounted washing machine comprises an outer barrel, a drainage device and an overflow pipe, and is characterized in that the drainage device comprises:
a water discharge valve assembly communicated with the outer cylinder and discharging water in the outer cylinder;
a drain pipe for draining the water drained from the drain valve assembly out of the washing machine;
the drainage three-way structure is communicated with the drainage valve component, the overflow pipe and the drainage pipe;
the mounting structure is used for fixedly supporting the drainage tee joint structure at one end of the outer barrel, which is close to the wall;
the base connects the outer cylinder to the wall, and the base is provided with a matching part matched with the mounting structure.
2. The wall-mounted washing machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the drain tee structure comprises:
one end of the water inlet end is communicated with the drain valve assembly;
one end of the overflow end is communicated with the overflow pipe;
one end of the water outlet end is communicated with a water drainage pipe;
the water outlet end is connected to the water inlet end, and the overflow end is connected to the water outlet end.

more preferably, four corners of the wall of the outer cylinder are respectively provided with a hanging lug, the matching part is arranged on one hanging lug at the lower side of the outer cylinder,
it is also preferred that the engagement portion is provided on a lug on the underside of the outer cartridge adjacent the drain valve assembly.
4. The wall-mounted washing machine as claimed in claim 3, wherein the engaging portion is a recess recessed from the hanging lug in a direction of a wall, and a bottom of the recess is at least partially shaped to match the mounting structure.
5. The wall-mounted washing machine as claimed in claim 2, wherein the mounting structure is provided at the other end of the water inlet end where the water inlet port is not provided,
preferably, the mounting structure is integrally formed at the other end of the water inlet end.

The wall-mounted washing machine as claimed in claim 5, wherein the mounting structure comprises a mounting plate having mounting through-holes, and a fastening member is inserted through the mounting through-holes to fixedly support the drain tee structure at an end of the tub adjacent to the wall,
preferably, the corners of the mounting plate are rounded.
7. The wall-mounted washing machine as claimed in claim 6, wherein the mounting structure further comprises a connection part connecting the water inlet terminal and the mounting plate,
preferably, the connection portion includes:
the first connecting plate is arranged at the other end, which is not provided with the water inlet interface, of the water inlet end, and more preferably, the first connecting plate is arranged perpendicular to the axial direction of the water inlet end and blocks the other end of the water inlet end;

A wall mounted washing machine as claimed in any one of claims 4 to 8 wherein the recess has a portion shaped to fit the mounting plate, the recess having mounting holes sized and positioned to fit the mounting through holes, and fasteners passing through the mounting holes to engage the mounting holes.
10. The wall-mounted washing machine as claimed in claim 9, wherein a limit slot is formed on a sidewall of the groove, the limit insert is inserted into the limit slot to connect with the limit mounting plate,
preferably, the side wall provided with the limiting slot is a side wall matched with the second connecting plate,
more preferably, the side wall provided with the limiting slot is the side wall at the topmost end in the vertical direction of the groove.
