With the rapid development of the artificial board industry, the yield and variety of products are increasing, and the application range is gradually expanded, so that the requirements on various physical mechanical properties, especially the waterproof property of the artificial board are higher and higher. As is known, artificial boards made of plant fibers still have porous joints, which deform, expand and weaken after absorbing moisture and water, thereby affecting the application range and service life of the artificial boards. In order to reduce the moisture absorption and water absorption of the artificial board and improve the waterproof effect, hydrophobic substances such as paraffin, waterproof adhesives, mixed waterproof agents and the like must be added in the production process of the artificial board, which is a so-called waterproof treatment technology.

The invention mainly overcomes the defect of pure paraffin as the waterproof agent for the artificial board, prepares a novel waterproof agent for the artificial board, and is matched with a special application process.

The invention discloses a waterproof agent for artificial boards, which comprises the following components: the waterproof agent comprises one or more of lithium silicate solution, organosilicon waterproof agent, paraffin microcapsule waterproof agent, anionic polyacrylamide, cationic starch solution, dispersed rosin size and sodium polystyrene sulfonate, wherein the lithium silicate and the organosilicon waterproof agent can react with the surface of fiber and wood chip for artificial boards to form a film, the formed film can play a waterproof role on one hand and can play a bonding role on the other hand, and the waterproof agent belongs to a reactive waterproof agent. The paraffin microcapsule waterproof agent has good fluidity, fine particles, good diffusivity and uniformity, and can form a certain mechanical strength at a wax-water interface, so that the strength of an interface film is enhanced, the waterproof effect can be improved, and the physical and mechanical properties of the board are not influenced. The retention rate of other waterproof agents can be improved by adding a certain proportion of anionic polyacrylamide emulsion and cationic starch solution, so that the waterproof effect can be improved. The dispersed rosin size with a certain proportion is added, and the synergistic effect can be generated with the organic silicon waterproof agent, so that the waterproof effect of the plate is improved to the maximum extent. The sodium polystyrene sulfonate is added in a certain proportion, so that a plurality of water-proofing agents can be promoted to form a dispersion liquid with better dispersion effect under the stirring or high-speed stirring condition. The special process of applying is cooperated, and 3 mixing processes are adopted to realize continuous production, the stirring speed is gradually increased, so that the particle size of different mixed waterproofing agents is smaller, the dispersion effect is better, and the spraying on the surface of the fiber is more uniform.
