本发明公开了一种直线切割器,涉及机械设备领域,该直线切割器在使用时可以将底座摆放在平台上的板材上,使用者可手握手柄在螺纹管中旋转螺纹杆,从而调整好固定套管的位置,并且让固定套管与板材垂直。将切割刀穿过固定套管,使用者一只手用切割刀的刀尖刺入板材内部。使用者另一只手握住套筒在轨道板上滑动,便可带动切割刀在板材上切割出直线。该直线切割器设计比较简单,操作十分方便,可以快速准确地在一张板材上切割出相互平行的直线,而无需借助直板状的辅助工具,加工精度高。

背景技术
在机械加工过程中,常常需要在材料不硬的板材上用刀具进行切割,将板材切割成尺寸合适的条状。而一块板材往往可以切割成多根宽度不同的条状零件,加工起来适合手动操作。现有的用于切割直线的手动切割装置设计太过传统,大多只是简单的裁剪刀具,操作起来不够稳固,而且很多都需要借助直尺或者直板状的辅助工具方能切割出直线效果,而如此操作很难保证切割出直线是否相互平行,影响加工出来板材的尺寸准确度。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种直线切割器,设计比较简单,操作十分方便,可以快速准确地在一张板材上切割出相互平行的直线,而无需借助直板状的辅助工具,加工精度高。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供以下的技术方案:
该直线切割器包括矩形平板状的底座,底座顶部垂直设有截面呈Π形的板状轨道板,轨道板上套有两端开口的套筒,套筒与轨道板过渡配合,套筒顶部固定有圆管形的螺纹管,螺纹管与底座平行,螺纹管内配有相互螺纹配合的螺纹杆,螺纹杆一端垂直设有杆状的手柄,螺纹杆另一端垂直设有圆管形的固定套管,固定套管内设有圆柱形的切割刀,切割刀与固定套管过渡配合,切割刀一端设有尖头。
优选的,所述底座和轨道板均由不锈钢制造,底座和轨道板通过焊接连接。
优选的,所述套筒和螺纹管均由不锈钢制造,套筒和螺纹管通过焊接连接。
优选的,所述固定套管、螺纹杆、手柄均由不锈钢制造,螺纹杆通过焊接与固定套管连接,螺纹杆通过螺钉与手柄连接。
优选的,所述切割刀由合金工具钢制造,切割刀的长度大于螺纹管与底座的距离。

2.根据权利要求1所述的直线切割器,其特征在于:所述底座(2)和轨道板(3)均由不锈钢制造,底座(2)和轨道板(3)通过焊接连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的直线切割器,其特征在于:所述套筒(4)和螺纹管(7)均由不锈钢制造,套筒(4)和螺纹管(7)通过焊接连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的直线切割器,其特征在于:所述固定套管(5)、螺纹杆(6)、手柄(8)均由不锈钢制造,螺纹杆(6)通过焊接与固定套管(5)连接,螺纹杆(6)通过螺钉与手柄(8)连接。
5.根据权利要求1所述的直线切割器,其特征在于:所述切割刀(1)由合金工具钢制造,切割刀(1)的长度大于螺纹管(7)与底座(2)的距离。
