The guide shaft is a cylinder, the diameter of the outer circle of the guide shaft is matched with the size of the inner hole of the bearing to be processed, and the length of the guide shaft is matched with the thickness of the bearing to be processed. 4) manually adjusting the feeding of a radial drilling machine, continuously applying pressure to the drilling machine through a tool handle, and enabling a guide shaft to penetrate through the inner ring of the bearing until the surface of the guide shaft is completely attached to the upper surface of the circular frame seat; meanwhile, the bolt rod is contacted with the periphery of the V-shaped groove of the bearing until the flanging position of the bolt rod is completely attached to the chamfer angle of the part;
5) and performing the same operation on the other side of the bearing by turning the part over, and performing die change operation.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:

Example 1
A roller type bearing spinning closing device is shown in figures 1-3 and comprises a tool handle 1, a spinning head 2, an embedded bolt 3, a bolt rod 4, a circular frame base 5 and a guide shaft 7, wherein the tool handle 1 is vertically fixed in the middle position above the spinning head 2, three bolt holes are formed in the side face of the spinning head 2, the bolt holes and the horizontal plane form an angle of 25 degrees, the bolt holes penetrate through the spinning head 2, and the bolt holes are distributed at equal angles by taking the central shaft of the spinning head 2 as the axis; a guide shaft 7 is arranged below the spinning head 2, the guide shaft 7 and the spinning head 2 are arranged in a shrinkage fit manner, and are in interference fit, and the joint is sealed by glue; a circular frame seat 5 is arranged below the spinning head 2.
The guide shaft 7 is a cylinder, the diameter of the outer circle of the guide shaft 7 is matched with the size of the inner hole of the bearing to be processed, and the length of the guide shaft 7 is matched with the thickness of the bearing to be processed.
The material of the mouth closing device is high-hardness and high-wear-resistance hard alloy steel, the hardness is more than 60HRC, and the hardness is guaranteed to be higher than that of a base material of a part to be processed.
According to the different sizes of the V-shaped grooves of the bearing, bolt holes with different sizes and guide shafts 7 with different diameters and heights are manufactured on the spinning head 2.
A use method of a roller type bearing spinning closing device comprises the following steps:
1) the bearings should be free of damage, corrosion, swarf and other contaminants before and after installation. Unless there is a preload, the inner race can stick or jam during rotation resulting in rejection of the bearing.
Placing the bearing 6 on the circular frame seat 5, and checking the rotation condition of the bearing;

6) checking whether the surface of the bearing outer ring and the part of the bearing seat are enough and correct, and checking whether the bearing inner ring rotates freely without clamping.
7) The excess installed lubricating coating was carefully wiped off to ensure adhesion of the lubricating coating.
8) The same operation is performed by turning the part over on the other side of the bearing 6, performing a die change operation.
The roller type bearing spinning closing device and the using method can effectively reduce the time of manual machining or other rolling closing devices. The necking device has the advantages of simple structure, low manufacturing difficulty and reduction of manufacturing difficulty and cost.
