The preparation method can directly add the shea butter on the existing sanitary towel production line by utilizing a hot melt adhesive machine system, and adds a new functional technical point to the product. The shea butter is directly added into the product without an intermediate carrier, so that the loss in the intermediate processing process is reduced, and the economic benefit is increased.
The sanitary napkin produced by the preparation method of the present invention was tested:
and (3) verification of the finished product of the shea butter: the shea butter is a triglyceride composed of Oleic Acid and stearic Acid, so that the shea butter is broken into Oleic Acid and stearic Acid when heated and desorbed. Adopting a thermal cracking desorption gas chromatograph: the Py/TD-GC-MS detection of the fiber samples gave signals of oleic acid and stearic acid, indicating that the fibers contained shea butter.
The sanitary towel has the following specific implementation effects:

1. A preparation method of a disposable absorption article added with shea butter comprises the preparation steps of preparing a liquid-permeable surface layer, preparing an absorber and preparing a liquid-impermeable bottom layer, and combining the liquid-permeable surface layer, the absorber and the liquid-impermeable bottom layer into a whole, wherein the absorber is defined to have a longitudinal direction along a length direction and a transverse direction along a width direction, and the preparation method of the liquid-permeable surface layer is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
1) preparing a hydrophilic non-woven fabric, wherein the hydrophilic non-woven fabric is prepared by the following specific steps:
a. fiber slice spinning:
1, oiling the silk thread by using an oiling system in the spinning process, wherein the oiling system comprises a rack and an oil storage device arranged on the rack, the oil storage device is provided with an outlet, the outlet is connected with a metering pump through a conduit, a plurality of closed containing cavities distributed at intervals are arranged in the metering pump, oiling agents are filled in the containing cavities, the bottom of each containing cavity is provided with an outlet, each outlet is connected with an oiling nozzle, the silk thread passes through the lower part of each oiling nozzle, the oiling agent filled in the last containing cavity is shea butter along the conveying direction of the silk thread, and the weight of the shea butter accounts for 0.1-2% of the total oil dosage;
a2, feeding the silk thread obtained after the a1 treatment into a winding machine for winding treatment, stretching, curling, drying, cutting and packaging treatment;
b. fiber web formation after-finishing oiling:
b1, mixing and opening the tows obtained in the step a, and spraying shea butter onto loose fibers after mixing and opening;
b2, performing web forming treatment on the fibers after the b1 treatment;
b3, reinforcing and forming the web after the web formation;
b4, applying shea butter to the reinforced and formed fiber web by adopting a roll coating method, wherein the roll coating method comprises the following specific operations: taking a rubber roller as a transmission medium, and applying shea butter on the fiber web through the rubber roller;
c. b, preparing the product obtained by the treatment in the step b into a non-woven fabric by non-woven fabric forming equipment, and then carrying out hydrophilic treatment to obtain a hydrophilic non-woven fabric;
2) spraying or spraying on hydrophilic non-woven fabricScraping the shea butter in a liquid state, wherein the liquid loading amount of the shea butter is 0.125-0.3 g/m2

crushing: taking the kernel of the Shea butter tree as a raw material, crushing the raw material into 35-40 meshes;

③ squeezing: placing the cake on a partition plate for primary pressing treatment, wherein the pressure is controlled to be 40-50Mpa, the temperature is 60-70 ℃, the residual oil of the primary pressed cake is 18-23%, and the primary pressed cake is repeatedly pressed for 3-4 times, and the residual oil of the final pressed cake is 10-13%;
