Description

Preparation method of disposable pants-type sanitary product
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of sanitary products, in particular to a preparation method of a disposable pants-type sanitary product.
Background
The preparation method of the disposable pants-type sanitary product generally comprises the preparation of an outer clothing layer and the preparation of an absorber, wherein the outer clothing layer generally comprises a front clothing layer and a rear clothing layer, one end of the absorber is fixedly connected with the front clothing layer, the other end of the absorber is fixedly connected with the rear clothing layer, and the two transverse sides of the front and rear clothing layers are fixedly welded to form a closed structure with a waist opening and a leg opening. The common two kinds of structures that have on front and back clothing layer, one kind is a slice formula structure, another kind is two slice formula structures, the clothing layer of these two kinds of structures all comprises two-layer non-woven fabrics composite rubber band usually, this type clothing layer, only there is the regional elasticity of distribution rubber band, rather than whole clothing layer all has elasticity, whole elastic distribution is not enough even, and adopt the structure of a large amount of distribution rubber bands, the user can produce the sensation of "lei", the holistic compliance in clothing layer is also comparatively not good.
Chinese patent No. 201721925567.5 discloses a pull-up pants, comprising a diaper body having a front waistline portion corresponding to the front waist of the human body, a rear waistline portion corresponding to the rear waist of the human body, a front crotch portion corresponding to the front crotch of the human body, and a rear crotch portion corresponding to the rear crotch of the human body, and elastic waistlines respectively provided between the front waistline portion and the rear waistline portion, characterized in that: the rigid coupling has the middle part linkage segment of preventing the piece of tightening in back waistline portion, prevent that the piece of tightening in contains the linkage segment at middle part and locates the buffer segment at linkage segment both ends, the buffer segment covers in elastic waistline top, just the length of buffer segment is more than 3/2 of elastic waistline length, the width of buffer segment is greater than elastic waistline's width, and this product is through increasing the piece of tightening in the setting, and the buffer segment of preventing the piece of tightening in the middle part just locates between elastic waistline and the tender skin of baby to the area is greater than elastic waistline. In the wearing process, after the tightening-preventing piece is manually smoothed by an adult, the elastic waistline is directly pressed on the buffer section of the tightening-preventing piece, so that a good buffer effect is achieved, and obvious red tightening marks are prevented from appearing on the delicate skin of a baby. The product needs the special smoothing of adult's anti-lux piece when wearing, if carelessly do not smooth anti-lux piece, the baby can appear the foreign matter sense in the waistline region when using, uses more uncomfortable. And the preparation process is complex, and the anti-tying sheet needs to be additionally added, so that the cost is high.
Disclosure of Invention
Therefore, aiming at the above, the invention provides a preparation method of a disposable pants-type sanitary product, which solves the problems of more complex preparation process and higher cost of the pants-type sanitary product in the prior art, and also solves the problems of poor flexibility, uneven elastic distribution and strange feeling in use of an outer garment layer of the pants-type sanitary product obtained by the preparation method in the prior art.
