Abstract
提供了一种视频编/解码器和相应的方法。该方法包括:根据带宽使用消耗调整待读入视频编/解码器的高速缓存器的数据量;基于所述数据量将参考帧的至少部分图像块读入所述高速缓存器;基于所述高速缓存器中的图像数据来对当前图像中的目标图像块执行搜索匹配;基于所述搜索匹配的结果对所述目标图像块进行帧间编/解码。从而,能够根据视频编/解码器的带宽需求来调整视频编/解码器对片上***的带宽的消耗,保证视频编/解码器的能源消耗在可控范围内。
