The solar energy resources are efficiently collected by utilizing the change advantage of the dynamic surface skin, and the indoor photo-thermal comfort level of the building is effectively improved by utilizing the characteristic of radiation absorption of the photovoltaic module. The electrical energy generated by the photovoltaic module can be directly used for buildings. Meanwhile, when the dynamic unit is integrated in a curtain wall or a window of a building, as the dynamic unit can move longitudinally and change in multiple postures, enough light can be allowed to enter a room through a multi-objective optimization strategy, and enough natural lighting can be provided for the building.
