The scheme provided by the embodiment adopts the following steps: receiving a starting request of a management terminal for activities; generating a sign-in identifier based on the starting request, and displaying the sign-in identifier in a first area of the display terminal; receiving sign-in information of a user terminal, wherein the sign-in information is generated based on a sign-in identifier, the sign-in information carries user information of the user terminal, and the user terminal is distributed in a plurality of activity places; and displaying the check-in conditions of the plurality of event places in a second area of the display terminal based on the check-in information. Compared with the prior art, the sign-in information generated by the user terminal based on the sign-in mark is analyzed and processed, the sign-in conditions of a plurality of activity fields can be displayed on the display terminal, the technical problem that in the prior art, the sign-in two-dimensional codes are printed on paper to be signed in by people participating in activities, so that resource waste is caused is solved, and the purpose of intuitively and conveniently mastering the sign-in conditions of each activity field is achieved. It is easy to notice that the above scheme can display the sign-in conditions of different groups on each activity site, the display mode of the sign-in conditions can also be flexibly configured, and the participant list can also be modified in real time, so that the flexibility of activity sign-in management is increased; after the activity formally starts, closing the channel of the check-in information, simultaneously displaying the shared sub-picture in the display area to the maximum extent, and sending the check-in condition to the management terminal, thereby improving the working efficiency of the activity management personnel. Meanwhile, the electronic sign-in mark is energy-saving and environment-friendly, is simple to operate, and improves the usability and usability of the movable sign-in system.

In accordance with an embodiment of the present invention, there is provided an embodiment of an active check-in method, it being noted that the steps illustrated in the flowchart of the figure may be performed in a computer system such as a set of computer-executable instructions and that, although a logical order is illustrated in the flowchart, in some cases the steps illustrated or described may be performed in an order different than that presented herein.
Fig. 5 is a check-in method for an event according to an embodiment of the present invention, applied to a user terminal, where the user terminal is distributed in a plurality of event sites, as shown in fig. 5, the method includes the following steps:
step S502, identifying the sign-in mark displayed in the first area of the display terminal.
In one alternative, the activity may be a video conference, or may be an online lecture, or the like; the activity site may be a plurality of meeting places, a plurality of classrooms, and the like, and is not limited herein.
The user terminal can be an intelligent terminal such as a mobile phone, a tablet computer and a notebook computer. The user terminal is provided with a camera and can identify the sign-in mark, such as scanning a two-dimensional sign-in code. The user terminal has wireless communication capability and can send check-in information through wireless connection.
The wireless connection provides a data exchange path between the LED system and the participant terminal, and may be a direct wireless connection without relay, such as Wifi or bluetooth, or a wireless connection for signal relay through a wireless base station, such as a wireless connection through a 3G, 4G, or 5G base station.
The display terminal can be an interactive LED system, an electronic whiteboard, an interactive projector and the like.
Taking an interactive LED system as an example, fig. 2 shows a schematic structural diagram of an alternative display terminal. As shown in fig. 2, the LED system includes an application software and background module, a user control and interaction module, an LED driving and display module, a data collection module, and a wireless communication module. The application software and the background module are responsible for managing and running the built-in application, including installing, uninstalling, sequencing, setting and other operations of the application, and managing the whole LED system, and the LED system can run on an android system. The LED driving and displaying module is responsible for driving and controlling the LED display screen, and comprises image display, brightness adjustment and other control operations. The wireless communication module is responsible for the external communication task of the whole LED system. As for the other modules, they will be described separately below. The modules are uniformly arranged in the outer frame of the LED display terminal. The outer frame, also called box or housing, as the border and package of the whole LED system, gathers the internal modules together, and then realizes interactive and intelligent display. The data collection module is responsible for collecting, storing and calling the sign-in information generated by the activities. It should be noted that the data collection module can also collect and record data generated during the diagnosis and operation of the application software and the background module. The user control and interaction module is responsible for sending the sign-in condition and the conference state information to the management terminal, receiving the conference information, the personnel list and the control instruction sent by the management terminal, and simultaneously responsible for the external interaction operation of the LED system, including options and control operations such as signal source selection, wireless/wired connection mode selection and the like.
The check-in mark can appear in the form of graphic codes such as two-dimensional codes, bar codes and the like, and can also appear in the form of preset character strings and the like; the first area may be a center position of a display interface of the display terminal, or may be a corner position.
For example, before the activity starts, the check-in mark can be displayed at the center of the display interface, and as the activity starting time approaches, the check-in mark can be gradually moved to the corner of the display interface.
It should be noted that the sign-in identifier can be recognized by the user terminal. Meanwhile, parameters such as the position, the size, the display/hiding and the like of the sign-in mark can be selected and adjusted through the management terminal.
Step S504, generating sign-in information based on the sign-in identifier, and sending the sign-in information to the display terminal, wherein the sign-in information carries user information of the user terminal, and after receiving the sign-in information, the display terminal displays sign-in conditions of a plurality of activity places in a second area of the display terminal based on the sign-in information.
In an alternative, the user information may be a name, a code number, and the like of a user terminal; the second region may be a different location from the first region; the check-in situation may include the number of people to be attendance and the number of people actually attendance at each event venue.
Optionally, step S504 generates check-in information based on the check-in identifier, including:

Example 3
In accordance with an embodiment of the present invention, there is provided an embodiment of an active check-in method, it being noted that the steps illustrated in the flowchart of the figure may be performed in a computer system such as a set of computer-executable instructions and that, although a logical order is illustrated in the flowchart, in some cases the steps illustrated or described may be performed in an order different than that presented herein.
Fig. 7 is a check-in method of an activity according to an embodiment of the present invention, applied to a management terminal, as shown in fig. 7, the method includes the following steps:
step S702, sending a start request for the activity to a display terminal, wherein the display terminal generates a sign-in identifier based on the start request after receiving the start request, displays the sign-in identifier in a first area of the display terminal, receives sign-in information of the user terminal, displays sign-in conditions of a plurality of activity sites in a second area of the display terminal based on the sign-in information, the sign-in information is generated based on the sign-in identifier, the sign-in information carries user information of the user terminal, and the user terminal is distributed in the plurality of activity sites.
Step S704, sending an acquisition instruction to the display terminal, wherein the acquisition instruction is used for acquiring the check-in condition.
Step S706, receiving the sign-in situation from the display terminal.

Example 4
According to the embodiment of the present invention, an active check-in apparatus is provided, and it should be noted that the active check-in apparatus according to the embodiment of the present application may be used to execute the active check-in method according to embodiment 1 of the present application. The following describes an active check-in device provided by an embodiment of the present invention.
FIG. 8 is a schematic diagram of an active check-in device according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 8, the apparatus 800 is applied to a display terminal and includes a first receiving module 802, a first display module 804, a second receiving module 806, and a second display module 808.
The first receiving module 802 is configured to receive a request for starting an activity from a management terminal; a first display module 804, configured to generate a check-in identifier based on the start request, and display the check-in identifier in a first area of the display terminal; a second receiving module 806, configured to receive check-in information of the user terminal, where the check-in information is generated based on a check-in identifier, the check-in information carries user information of the user terminal, and the user terminal is distributed in multiple activity sites; and the second display module 808 is configured to display check-in conditions of the plurality of event venues in a second area of the display terminal based on the check-in information.
Optionally, each activity site comprises at least one community, the second display module comprises: and the second display submodule is used for displaying the check-in condition of at least one group on each activity site by taking the activity site as a unit based on the check-in information.
Optionally, the display mode of the check-in situation may be set by the management terminal, where the display mode includes at least one of the following: transparency, size, position, style, list of candidates, list of volunteers.
Optionally, the apparatus may further include: the third receiving module is used for receiving an operation instruction of the management terminal for the personnel information participating in the activity after generating the sign-in mark based on the starting request and displaying the sign-in mark in the first area of the display terminal, wherein the operation instruction comprises at least one of the following operations on the personnel information: adding, modifying and deleting; and the operation module is used for carrying out corresponding operation on the personnel information based on the operation instruction.
Optionally, the apparatus may further include: the fourth receiving module is used for receiving a closing request of the management terminal for the check-in mark after the check-in conditions of the plurality of activity fields are displayed in the second area of the display terminal based on the check-in information; and the closing module is used for canceling the sign-in identifier based on the closing request and closing a channel for receiving the sign-in information of any user terminal.

Example 5
According to the embodiment of the present invention, an active check-in apparatus is provided, and it should be noted that the active check-in apparatus according to the embodiment of the present application may be used to execute the active check-in method according to embodiment 2 of the present application. The following describes an active check-in device provided by an embodiment of the present invention.
FIG. 9 is a schematic diagram of an active check-in device according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 9, the apparatus 900 is applied to user terminals distributed in a plurality of event sites, and includes an identifying module 902 and a transmitting module 904.
The identification module 902 is configured to identify a sign-in identifier displayed in a first area of the display terminal; the sending module 904 is configured to generate sign-in information based on the sign-in identifier, and send the sign-in information to the display terminal, where the sign-in information carries user information of the user terminal, and after the display terminal receives the sign-in information, the display terminal displays sign-in conditions of the plurality of activity venues in a second area of the display terminal based on the sign-in information.
Optionally, the sending module 904 includes: the display module is used for displaying a personnel list participating in the activity on each activity site on a display interface of the user terminal by taking the activity site as a unit based on the sign-in; and the selection module is used for selecting the personnel information matched with the user terminal from the personnel list so as to generate the check-in information.
It should be noted that the above-mentioned identifying module 902 and sending module 904 correspond to steps S502 to S504 in embodiment 2, and the two modules are the same as the examples and application scenarios implemented by the corresponding steps, but are not limited to the disclosure of embodiment 2.
Example 6
According to the embodiment of the present invention, an active check-in apparatus is provided, and it should be noted that the active check-in apparatus according to the embodiment of the present application may be used to execute the active check-in method according to embodiment 3 of the present application. The following describes an active check-in device provided by an embodiment of the present invention.
FIG. 10 is a schematic diagram of an active check-in device according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 10, the apparatus 1000 is applied to a management terminal and includes a first sending module 1002, a second sending module 1004, and a first receiving module 1006.
The first sending module 1002 is configured to send a start request for an activity to a display terminal, where the display terminal generates a check-in identifier based on the start request after receiving the start request, displays the check-in identifier in a first area of the display terminal, receives check-in information of a user terminal, displays check-in conditions of a plurality of activity sites in a second area of the display terminal based on the check-in information, the check-in information is generated based on the check-in identifier, the check-in information carries user information of the user terminal, and the user terminal is distributed in the plurality of activity sites; a second sending module 1004, configured to send an obtaining instruction to the display terminal, where the obtaining instruction is used to obtain a check-in condition; the first receiving module 1006 is configured to receive a check-in status from the display terminal.
Optionally, the apparatus further comprises: a third sending module, configured to send a setting instruction to the display terminal, where the setting instruction is used to set a display mode of the check-in situation, and the display mode includes at least one of the following: transparency, size, position, style, list of candidates, list of volunteers.
Optionally, the apparatus further comprises: the fourth sending module is used for sending an operation instruction to the display terminal, wherein the operation instruction comprises at least one of the following operations on the personnel information participating in the activity: adding, modifying and deleting;

It should be noted that the first sending module 1002, the second sending module 1004, and the first receiving module 1006 correspond to steps S702 to S706 in embodiment 3, and the three modules are the same as the corresponding steps in the implementation example and application scenario, but are not limited to the disclosure in embodiment 3.
Example 7
According to an embodiment of the present invention, an active check-in system is provided, and it should be noted that the active check-in system according to the embodiment of the present invention may be used to perform the check-in method for the activity provided in embodiment 1, 2, or 3 of the present application, and may also include the active check-in apparatus provided in embodiment 4, 5, or 6 of the present application. An example of an active check-in system provided by embodiments of the present invention is described below.
The active check-in system includes: the management terminal sends a starting request for the activity to the display terminal; the display terminal is in communication connection with the management terminal, generates a sign-in identifier based on the starting request after receiving the starting request, and displays the sign-in identifier in a first area of the display terminal; the user terminal is in communication connection with the display terminal and is used for identifying the sign-in mark and generating sign-in information based on the sign-in mark, wherein the sign-in information carries user information of the user terminal, and the user terminals are distributed in a plurality of activity places; the display terminal is further used for displaying the check-in conditions of the plurality of event venues in a second area of the display terminal based on the check-in information.

1. A movable check-in method is applied to a display terminal and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving a starting request of a management terminal to the activity;
generating a check-in identifier based on the starting request, and displaying the check-in identifier in a first area of the display terminal;
receiving check-in information of a user terminal, wherein the check-in information is generated based on the check-in identification, the check-in information carries user information of the user terminal, and the user terminal is distributed in a plurality of activity places;
and displaying the check-in conditions of a plurality of the activity places in a second area of the display terminal based on the check-in information.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein each of the event venues includes at least one community, and wherein displaying check-ins for a plurality of the event venues within a second area of the display terminal based on the check-in information comprises:
and displaying the check-in condition of at least one group on each activity site by taking the activity site as a unit based on the check-in information.
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein a display mode of the check-in situation can be set by the management terminal, wherein the display mode includes at least one of: transparency, size, position, style, list of candidates, list of volunteers.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein after generating a check-in identifier based on the launch request and displaying the check-in identifier in the first area of the display terminal, the method further comprises:
receiving an operation instruction of the management terminal on the personnel information participating in the activity, wherein the operation instruction comprises at least one of the following operations on the personnel information: adding, modifying and deleting;
and performing corresponding operation on the personnel information based on the operation instruction.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein after displaying check-in conditions for a plurality of the event venues within a second area of the display terminal based on the check-in information, the method further comprises:
receiving a closing request of the management terminal to the check-in mark;
and based on the closing request, canceling the check-in identification and closing a channel for receiving check-in information of any user terminal.
6. The method of claim 5, further comprising:
and displaying the active sharing picture in a third area of the display terminal.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein after revoking the check-in identity and closing a channel for receiving check-in information of any user terminal based on the close request, the method further comprises:
and displaying the sharing picture on the display terminal in a full screen mode.
8. The method of claim 1, wherein after displaying check-in conditions for a plurality of the event venues within a second area of the display terminal based on the check-in information, the method further comprises:
receiving an acquisition instruction of the management terminal, wherein the acquisition instruction is used for acquiring the check-in condition;
and sending the check-in condition to the management terminal based on the acquisition instruction.
9. An activity check-in method is applied to a management terminal and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
sending a starting request for the activity to a display terminal, wherein the display terminal generates a check-in identifier based on the starting request after receiving the starting request, displays the check-in identifier in a first area of the display terminal, receives check-in information of a user terminal, displays check-in conditions of a plurality of activity sites in a second area of the display terminal based on the check-in information, the check-in information is generated based on the check-in identifier, the check-in information carries user information of the user terminal, and the user terminal is distributed in the plurality of activity sites;
sending an acquisition instruction to the display terminal, wherein the acquisition instruction is used for acquiring the check-in condition;
and receiving the check-in condition from the display terminal.
10. The method of claim 9, further comprising:
sending a setting instruction to the display terminal, wherein the setting instruction is used for setting a display mode of the check-in situation, and the display mode comprises at least one of the following modes: transparency, size, position, style, list of candidates, list of volunteers.
11. The method of claim 9, further comprising:
sending an operation instruction to the display terminal, wherein the operation instruction comprises at least one of the following operations on the personnel information participating in the activity: addition, modification and deletion.
12. The method of claim 9, further comprising:
and sending a closing instruction to the display terminal, wherein the closing instruction is used for revoking the check-in identification and closing a channel for receiving check-in information of any user terminal.
13. A check-in method of an activity is applied to a user terminal, and is characterized in that the user terminal is distributed in a plurality of activity sites, and the method comprises the following steps:
identifying a sign-in identifier displayed in a first area of a display terminal;
and generating sign-in information based on the sign-in identifier, and sending the sign-in information to the display terminal, wherein the sign-in information carries user information of the user terminal, and after receiving the sign-in information, the display terminal displays a plurality of sign-in conditions of the activity site in a second area of the display terminal based on the sign-in information.
14. The method of claim 13, wherein generating check-in information based on the check-in identification comprises:
based on the sign-in, displaying a personnel list participating in the event on each event site on a display interface of the user terminal by taking the event site as a unit;
and selecting the personnel information matched with the user terminal from the personnel list to generate the check-in information.
15. An active check-in device applied to a display terminal is characterized by comprising:
the first receiving module is used for receiving a starting request of the management terminal to the activity;
the first display module is used for generating a check-in identifier based on the starting request and displaying the check-in identifier in a first area of the display terminal;
the second receiving module is used for receiving check-in information of the user terminal, wherein the check-in information is generated based on the check-in identification, the check-in information carries user information of the user terminal, and the user terminal is distributed in a plurality of activity fields;
and the second display module is used for displaying the check-in conditions of the plurality of activity places in a second area of the display terminal based on the check-in information.

the user terminal is in communication connection with the display terminal and is used for identifying the sign-in mark and generating sign-in information based on the sign-in mark, wherein the sign-in information carries user information of the user terminal, and the user terminals are distributed in a plurality of activity places;
the display terminal is further used for displaying the check-in conditions of the plurality of activity places in a second area of the display terminal based on the check-in information.
