s1, acquiring report element data for generating an electronic retrieval report by using the patent text information;
and S2, generating an electronic retrieval report according to the report element data.
Alternatively, the report element data may be, but is not limited to, data related to the search result, and the report element data is obtained by performing statistics and calculation on the search result.
For example, after the patent text information is searched to obtain a search result, the search result is counted to obtain statistical data, the statistical data is used as report element data, or the search result is analyzed to obtain a similarity ranking result of the patent text information, and the similarity ranking result is used as report element data.
According to the embodiment, after the patent text information is retrieved and the retrieval result is obtained, the electronic retrieval report is generated according to the report element data, so that the client displays the electronic retrieval report or downloads the electronic retrieval report, and the flexibility of displaying the patent retrieval result is improved.
As an alternative embodiment, the acquiring of report element data for generating an electronic retrieval report using patent text information includes at least one of:
(1) taking the retrieval result matched with the patent text information as report element data;
for example, after the search result is acquired, the search result is classified and counted, and an electronic search report is generated using the search result after the classification and counting as report element data.
(2) Extracting a first keyword from the patent text information; determining a second keyword according to the first keyword, wherein the association degree of the second keyword and the first keyword is greater than a first threshold value; using the first keyword and the second keyword as report element data;
(3) acquiring a patent classification number matched with the patent text information; taking the patent classification number as report element data;
(4) determining key features in patent text information; retrieving the key features to obtain a retrieval prediction result, wherein the retrieval prediction result is used for indicating a target patent document, and the similarity between the features contained in the target patent document and the key features in the patent text information is higher than a target threshold value; and taking the retrieval prediction result as report element data.
For example, the key features in the patent text information are searched, and the target patent file is searched, wherein the similarity between the target patent file and the key features in the patent text information is higher than the target threshold value.
According to the embodiment, the report element data are acquired by adopting the method, and the electronic retrieval report is generated by using the report element data, so that the client can display or download the electronic retrieval report after receiving the electronic retrieval report, and the display flexibility of the patent retrieval result is improved.
As an alternative embodiment, generating an electronic retrieval report from the report element data includes:
s1, acquiring a report template configured for the electronic retrieval report, wherein the report template is used for indicating the display position of report element data in the electronic retrieval report;
s2, an electronic search report is generated according to the report template.
The report template may be, but is not limited to, a plurality of report templates, and one of the plurality of report templates is selected to generate the electronic search report.
With the present embodiment, when an electronic retrieval report is displayed, one of a plurality of report templates is selected to generate the electronic retrieval report, thereby improving the flexibility of patent retrieval results.
According to still another aspect of the embodiments of the present invention, there is also provided an electronic retrieval report acquisition apparatus for implementing the above-described electronic retrieval report acquisition method. As shown in fig. 8, the apparatus includes:
(1) a first obtaining unit 802, configured to obtain, by a client, patent text information to be retrieved, where the patent text information is text information extracted from a patent document;
(2) the retrieval unit 804 is used for sending the patent text information to the server for retrieval, so that the server returns a retrieval result matched with the patent text information;
(3) a receiving unit 806, configured to receive, in a display interface on which a search result is displayed, an acquisition instruction generated by performing an operation in a client, where the acquisition instruction is used to acquire an electronic search report that is automatically generated by a server for patent text information;
(4) a second obtaining unit 808, configured to obtain, in response to the obtaining instruction, an electronic retrieval report, where the electronic retrieval report is used to provide an analysis result after analyzing the patent text information.
Alternatively, as an alternative example, the electronic retrieval report acquiring apparatus may be, but is not limited to, applied to a patent retrieval process. For example, in the patent retrieval process, after the patent text information to be retrieved is acquired, the patent text information is sent to the server for retrieval, and after a retrieval result fed back by the server is acquired, the retrieval result is displayed. And when the retrieval result is displayed, receiving an acquisition instruction, and acquiring the electronic retrieval report according to the acquisition instruction.
For example, as shown in fig. 2, the client 201 acquires the patent text information in step S202 and sends the patent text information to the server 203 in step S204, and after acquiring the patent text information, the server 203 searches the patent text information in step S206 to obtain a search result and returns the search result in step S208. After receiving the search result, the client 201 displays the search result in step S210. Upon receiving the acquisition instruction through step S212, the server 203 transmits the acquisition instruction to the server 203 through step S214, and the server 203 returns an electronic retrieval report to the client 201 through step S216.
Alternatively, the client may be, but not limited to, a hardware device, such as a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a notebook computer, a PC, and the like, and may also be, but not limited to, a software application running on the hardware device. The server may include, but is not limited to, any hardware device capable of performing computations.
In the related art, when displaying the patent search result, the patent search result is usually directly displayed after the patent search result is acquired. In this embodiment, after the retrieval result is obtained and displayed, the obtaining instruction may be further received, the electronic retrieval report is obtained after the obtaining instruction is received, and the analysis result obtained after analyzing the patent text information is displayed in the electronic retrieval report, so that the patent text information is further analyzed in detail on the basis of displaying the retrieval result, and the display flexibility of displaying the retrieval result is improved.
Alternatively, the above patent text information may be, but is not limited to, words, sentences, paragraphs, dates, inventor information, applicant information, and the like in the patent text.
For example, taking patent text information as a date in a patent text as an example, after the date is acquired by the client, the client sends the date to the server, the server performs retrieval to obtain a retrieval result, the retrieval result is sent to the client, and the client displays the retrieval result.
Optionally, the obtaining of the patent text information to be retrieved by the client may be, but not limited to, identifying the patent file after the client obtains the patent file, and taking an identification result extracted from the patent text as the patent text information. For example, after the client acquires the patent text, the client identifies the patent text to obtain inventor information of the patent text, and then the inventor information is used as the patent text information.
Optionally, the above-mentioned receiving the obtaining instruction generated by performing the operation in the client may be, but is not limited to, receiving a downloading instruction generated by performing a click operation on a downloading button provided in the display interface, as the obtaining instruction; or receiving a voice instruction acquired by performing a long-press operation on a voice input button arranged in the display interface as an acquisition instruction.
Alternatively, a download button or a voice input button may be displayed on the display interface of the terminal, but not limited thereto. And after the download button is pressed, the client generates an acquisition instruction, sends the acquisition instruction to the server, and sends an electronic retrieval report to the client by the server. Or after the voice input button is pressed, the voice instruction is received, the client identifies the voice instruction, if the identification result is to acquire the electronic retrieval report, the acquisition instruction is generated and sent to the server, and if the identification result of the client identifying the voice instruction is not to acquire the electronic retrieval report, the acquisition instruction is not generated and prompt information is displayed. To indicate a failure to generate the fetch instruction.
Optionally, after the obtaining instruction is obtained and the electronic retrieval report is obtained according to the obtaining instruction, the electronic retrieval report may be, but is not limited to, displayed on a display interface of the client, or downloaded in a file form and stored in a storage area of the client.
For example, after the client sends the acquisition instruction to the server, the server returns the electronic retrieval report to the client, and the client displays the electronic retrieval report in a display interface of the client.
Optionally, the client may decide, but is not limited to, the content of the displayed or downloaded electronic retrieval report according to the viewing permissions of the account used by the client when displaying the electronic retrieval report or when downloading the electronic retrieval report.
For example, when the viewing authority of the account is insufficient, only the electronic search report corresponding to the viewing authority owned by the account is displayed or downloaded, and not all the electronic search reports are displayed or downloaded. And if the viewing authority of the account is sufficient, all the electronic retrieval reports can be viewed or downloaded.
The method for acquiring the electronic search report will be described with reference to the following examples. Taking patent text information as inventor information as an example, after the client side obtains the patent text, the client side identifies the patent text, identifies the information of a bright person, sends the inventor information to the server, the server searches the inventor information to obtain a search result, returns the search result to the client side, and displays the search result by the client side. A button for generating a fetch instruction is displayed on the client. After receiving the instruction that the button is pressed, the client generates an acquisition instruction, the server sends the acquisition instruction, and the server returns an electronic retrieval report generated by analyzing and summarizing the retrieval result to the client.
According to the embodiment, the patent text information to be retrieved is acquired through the client; sending the patent text information to a server for retrieval; receiving an acquisition instruction generated by executing operation in a client in a display interface displaying a retrieval result; and responding to the acquisition instruction, and acquiring an electronic retrieval report, wherein the electronic retrieval report is used for providing a method for analyzing the patent text information. In the method, after the retrieval result is obtained, the obtaining instruction is received on the display interface for displaying the retrieval result, and the electronic retrieval report is obtained according to the obtaining instruction, so that the analysis result of the patent text information can be flexibly displayed by using the obtained electronic retrieval report, the monotonous display of the patent retrieval result is avoided, and the display flexibility of the patent retrieval result is improved.
As an alternative embodiment, the receiving unit includes:
(1) the first receiving module is used for receiving a downloading instruction generated by executing click operation on a downloading button arranged in the display interface as an acquisition instruction; or
(2) And the second receiving module is used for receiving a voice instruction acquired by executing long-time pressing operation on a voice input button arranged in the display interface as an acquisition instruction.
Alternatively, but not limited to, a button may be displayed in the display interface, and the obtaining instruction is generated after the button is clicked or pressed, or a voice instruction is received after the button is clicked or pressed, the voice instruction is recognized, and if the voice instruction is recognized to be a preset instruction, the obtaining instruction is generated.
For example, a report generation button is displayed in the interface, and the button is pressed to generate an acquisition instruction, as shown in fig. 3. FIG. 3 is a diagram of an alternative interface for displaying search results. After the account is logged in on the left side in fig. 3, the patent text information may be extracted after the patent text is obtained, and the patent text information may be retrieved, and the retrieval result may be displayed on the right side in fig. 3. Or after the patent text information is obtained, the patent text information can be set or added, deleted and modified, and then retrieved. After the search result is displayed, a report generation button is displayed in fig. 3, and after the report generation button is pressed, an acquisition instruction for acquiring the electronic search report to the server so that the server returns the electronic search report after receiving the acquisition instruction is generated.
Through this embodiment, through set up the button in the display interface to obtain the acquisition instruction after the button is pressed, thereby improved the efficiency that generates the acquisition instruction, and then when having guaranteed the flexibility that shows patent retrieval result, improved the efficiency that obtains patent retrieval result.
As an alternative embodiment, the above apparatus further comprises:
(1) a display unit for displaying the electronic retrieval report in the client after acquiring the electronic retrieval report in response to the acquisition instruction; or
(2) The downloading unit is used for downloading the electronic retrieval report in the client after responding to the acquisition instruction and acquiring the electronic retrieval report; and storing the electronic retrieval report in a storage area corresponding to the client.
Taking the case of directly displaying an electronic search report as an example, as shown in fig. 4, a display report button and a download report button are displayed in fig. 4, and after the display report button is pressed, the electronic search report is directly displayed on the display interface of the client, and the electronic search report includes an analysis result obtained by analyzing the patent text information. Meanwhile, the retrieval results are sorted according to the similarity between the retrieval results and the patent text information, and the retrieval results with the similarity higher than a preset threshold are displayed according to the similarity in high-low order.
Alternatively, for example, in the case of downloading an electronic search report, after the download button is pressed, a display interface as shown in fig. 5 is displayed, and the storage location of the electronic search report can be selected. Or after the default storage position is set, the electronic retrieval report is directly stored to the default storage position after the download button is clicked.
Through the embodiment, the flexibility of displaying the patent retrieval result is improved by displaying the electronic retrieval report or downloading the electronic retrieval report according to the requirement.
As an alternative embodiment, the display unit includes:
(1) the first identification module is used for identifying the viewing permission of the account used by the client;
(2) the first display module is used for displaying part of report information of the electronic retrieval report in the client under the condition that the viewing permission is indicated as the first permission;
(3) and the second display module is used for displaying all report information of the electronic retrieval report in the client under the condition that the viewing permission is indicated as the second permission.
Alternatively, different clients may correspond to the same or different permissions. For example, the description will be made with reference to fig. 4 and 6. As shown in fig. 4, the account in fig. 4 is a formal account, and when the electronic search report is displayed, all the contents in the electronic search report may be displayed. The account in fig. 6 is a test account, and if the authority corresponding to the test account is insufficient, only a part of the content in the electronic search report can be displayed. The additional content is not displayed.
It should be noted that, if a test account is used for logging in and a part of the electronic retrieval report is displayed, a prompt message may be displayed to prompt that only a part of the current electronic retrieval report is displayed and the other part of the current electronic retrieval report needs to be displayed with permission.
Through the embodiment, different authorities are set, so that the content of the electronic retrieval report is determined to be checked according to different authorities, the flexibility of displaying the patent retrieval result is guaranteed, and meanwhile, the safety of displaying the patent retrieval result is improved.
As an alternative embodiment, the downloading unit includes:
(1) the second identification module is used for identifying the downloading permission of the account used by the client;
(2) and the downloading module is used for downloading the electronic retrieval report under the condition that the downloading permission indicates permission to download.
Optionally, after receiving the obtaining instruction, the server returns the electronic retrieval report, and if the authority of the account is insufficient, the electronic retrieval report is not allowed to be downloaded. The account number authority is required to be sufficient to allow the electronic retrieval report to be downloaded.
In the case of insufficient authority, a part of the electronic search report may be downloaded.
Through the embodiment, different authorities are set, so that whether the electronic retrieval report can be downloaded or not is determined according to different authorities, the flexibility of displaying the patent retrieval result is guaranteed, and meanwhile, the safety of displaying the patent retrieval result is improved.
As an alternative embodiment, the second acquiring unit includes:
(1) an obtaining module, configured to obtain an electronic retrieval report generated according to a preconfigured report template, where the electronic retrieval report includes: the method comprises the steps of searching results matched with the patent text information, searching keywords matched with the patent text information, patent classification numbers matched with the patent text information and searching prediction results associated with the patent text information, wherein the searching prediction results are used for indicating target patent files, and the similarity between the features contained in the target patent files and the key features in the patent text information is higher than a target threshold value.
By the embodiment, the flexibility of displaying the electronic retrieval report is improved by displaying the contents in the displayed retrieval report.
According to another aspect of the embodiment of the present invention, there is also provided an electronic retrieval report acquisition apparatus for implementing the above electronic retrieval report acquisition method. As shown in fig. 9, the apparatus includes:
(1) the system comprises a first receiving unit, a second receiving unit and a searching unit, wherein the first receiving unit is used for receiving a searching instruction sent by a client, the searching instruction carries patent text information to be searched, and the patent text information is text information extracted from a patent document;
(2) the retrieval unit is used for retrieving the patent text information to obtain a retrieval result; generating an electronic retrieval report for the patent text information;
(3) the second receiving unit is used for receiving an acquisition instruction sent by the client, wherein the acquisition instruction is used for acquiring the electronic retrieval report;
(4) and the pushing unit is used for pushing the electronic retrieval report to the client side for displaying, wherein the electronic retrieval report is used for providing an analysis result after the patent text information is analyzed.
Alternatively, as an alternative example, the electronic retrieval report acquiring apparatus may be, but is not limited to, applied to a patent retrieval process. For example, in the patent retrieval process, the server receives a retrieval instruction sent by the client, retrieves the patent text information carried by the retrieval instruction to obtain a retrieval result, generates an electronic retrieval report, and returns the electronic retrieval report to the client after receiving an acquisition instruction sent by the client.
For example, as shown in fig. 2, the client 201 acquires the patent text information in step S202 and sends the patent text information to the server 203 in step S204, and after acquiring the patent text information, the server 203 searches the patent text information in step S206 to obtain a search result and returns the search result in step S208. After receiving the search result, the client 201 displays the search result in step S210. Upon receiving the acquisition instruction through step S212, the server 203 transmits the acquisition instruction to the server 203 through step S214, and the server 203 returns an electronic retrieval report to the client 201 through step S216.
In the related art, when displaying the patent search result, the patent search result is usually directly displayed after the patent search result is acquired. In this embodiment, after the retrieval result is obtained and displayed, the obtaining instruction may be further received, the electronic retrieval report is obtained after the obtaining instruction is received, and the analysis result obtained after analyzing the patent text information is displayed in the electronic retrieval report, so that the patent text information is further analyzed in detail on the basis of displaying the retrieval result, and the display flexibility of displaying the retrieval result is improved.
Optionally, generating an electronic retrieval report for the patent text information comprises: acquiring report element data for generating an electronic retrieval report by using patent text information; an electronic retrieval report is generated from the report element data.
Optionally, the report element data may be obtained by, but not limited to, at least one of the following methods: taking the retrieval result matched with the patent text information as report element data; extracting a first keyword from the patent text information; determining a second keyword according to the first keyword, wherein the association degree of the second keyword and the first keyword is greater than a first threshold value; using the first keyword and the second keyword as report element data; acquiring a patent classification number matched with the patent text information; taking the patent classification number as report element data; determining key features in patent text information; retrieving the key features to obtain a retrieval prediction result, wherein the retrieval prediction result is used for indicating a target patent document, and the similarity between the features contained in the target patent document and the key features in the patent text information is higher than a target threshold value; and taking the retrieval prediction result as report element data.
Optionally, after the report element data is acquired, a report template configured for the electronic retrieval report may also be acquired, where the report template is used to indicate a display position of the report element data in the electronic retrieval report; and generating an electronic retrieval report according to the report template.
According to the embodiment, after the acquisition instruction is received by the server, the element data of the patent text information is acquired according to the search result, the electronic search report is generated according to the element data and the report template of the electronic search report, and the electronic search report is sent to the client side for the client side to display or download, so that the display flexibility of displaying the patent search result is improved.
As an alternative embodiment, the search unit includes:
(1) the acquisition module is used for acquiring report element data for generating an electronic retrieval report by utilizing the patent text information;
(2) and the generating module is used for generating the electronic retrieval report according to the report element data.
Alternatively, the report element data may be, but is not limited to, data related to the search result, and the report element data is obtained by performing statistics and calculation on the search result.
For example, after the patent text information is searched to obtain a search result, the search result is counted to obtain statistical data, the statistical data is used as report element data, or the search result is analyzed to obtain a similarity ranking result of the patent text information, and the similarity ranking result is used as report element data.

As an alternative embodiment, the generating module includes at least one of:
(1) the first determining submodule is used for taking a retrieval result matched with the patent text information as report element data;
for example, after the search result is acquired, the search result is classified and counted, and an electronic search report is generated using the search result after the classification and counting as report element data.
(2) The second determining submodule is used for extracting the first key words from the patent text information; determining a second keyword according to the first keyword, wherein the association degree of the second keyword and the first keyword is greater than a first threshold value; using the first keyword and the second keyword as report element data;
(3) the first obtaining submodule is used for obtaining a patent classification number matched with the patent text information; taking the patent classification number as report element data;
(4) the third determining submodule is used for determining key features in the patent text information; retrieving the key features to obtain a retrieval prediction result, wherein the retrieval prediction result is used for indicating a target patent document, and the similarity between the features contained in the target patent document and the key features in the patent text information is higher than a target threshold value; and taking the retrieval prediction result as report element data.
For example, the key features in the patent text information are searched, and the target patent file is searched, wherein the similarity between the target patent file and the key features in the patent text information is higher than the target threshold value.
According to the embodiment, the report element data are acquired by adopting the method, and the electronic retrieval report is generated by using the report element data, so that the client can display or download the electronic retrieval report after receiving the electronic retrieval report, and the display flexibility of the patent retrieval result is improved.
As an optional implementation, the generating module further includes:
(1) the second acquisition submodule is used for acquiring a report template configured for the electronic retrieval report, wherein the report template is used for indicating the display position of report element data in the electronic retrieval report;
(2) and the generation submodule is used for generating the electronic retrieval report according to the report template.
The report template may be, but is not limited to, a plurality of report templates, and one of the plurality of report templates is selected to generate the electronic search report.
With the present embodiment, when an electronic retrieval report is displayed, one of a plurality of report templates is selected to generate the electronic retrieval report, thereby improving the flexibility of patent retrieval results.
According to a further aspect of the embodiment of the present invention, there is also provided an electronic device for implementing the above electronic retrieval report acquisition method, as shown in fig. 10, the electronic device includes a memory 1002 and a processor 1004, the memory 1002 stores therein a computer program, and the processor 1004 is configured to execute the steps in any one of the above method embodiments through the computer program.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the electronic apparatus may be located in at least one network device of a plurality of network devices of a computer network.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the processor may be configured to execute the following steps by a computer program:
s1, extracting the article characteristics of the target article placed in the designated area, wherein the target article is not configured with the image recognition identifier;
s2, determining a unit virtual resource value matched with the target item according to the item characteristics of the target item;
s3, generating order information to be processed according to the unit virtual resource value and the metering information corresponding to the target object placed in the designated area, wherein the order information carries a total virtual resource value for exchanging and acquiring the target object;
and S4, performing self-service information processing on the order information by using the physiological characteristic information matched with the object for placing the target object.
Alternatively, it can be understood by those skilled in the art that the structure shown in fig. 10 is only an illustration, and the electronic device may also be a terminal device such as a smart phone (e.g., an Android phone, an iOS phone, etc.), a tablet computer, a palm computer, a Mobile Internet Device (MID), a PAD, and the like. Fig. 10 is a diagram illustrating a structure of the electronic device. For example, the electronic device may also include more or fewer components (e.g., network interfaces, etc.) than shown in FIG. 10, or have a different configuration than shown in FIG. 10.
The memory 1002 may be used to store software programs and modules, such as program instructions/modules corresponding to the electronic retrieval report obtaining method and apparatus in the embodiments of the present invention, and the processor 1004 executes various functional applications and data processing by running the software programs and modules stored in the memory 1002, that is, implementing the electronic retrieval report obtaining method described above. The memory 1002 may include high-speed random access memory, and may also include non-volatile memory, such as one or more magnetic storage devices, flash memory, or other non-volatile solid-state memory. In some examples, the memory 1002 may further include memory located remotely from the processor 1004, which may be connected to the terminal over a network. Examples of such networks include, but are not limited to, the internet, intranets, local area networks, mobile communication networks, and combinations thereof. The memory 1002 may be, but not limited to, specifically configured to store information such as patent text information and search results. As an example, as shown in fig. 10, the memory 1002 may include, but is not limited to, a first obtaining unit 802, a retrieving unit 804, a receiving unit 806, and a second obtaining unit 808 of the electronic retrieval report obtaining apparatus. In addition, other module units in the electronic retrieval report obtaining apparatus may also be included, but are not limited to, and are not described in detail in this example.
Optionally, the above-mentioned transmission device 1006 is used for receiving or sending data via a network. Examples of the network may include a wired network and a wireless network. In one example, the transmission device 1006 includes a Network adapter (NIC) that can be connected to a router via a Network cable and other Network devices so as to communicate with the internet or a local area Network. In one example, the transmission device 1006 is a Radio Frequency (RF) module, which is used for communicating with the internet in a wireless manner.
In addition, the electronic device further includes: a display 1008 for displaying the above search results or electronic search reports; and a connection bus 1010 for connecting the respective module parts in the above-described electronic apparatus.
According to still another aspect of the embodiments of the present invention, there is further provided an electronic device for implementing the above electronic retrieval report acquisition method, as shown in fig. 11, the electronic device includes a memory 1102 and a processor 1104, the memory 1102 stores therein a computer program, and the processor 1104 is configured to execute the steps in any one of the above method embodiments through the computer program.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the electronic apparatus may be located in at least one network device of a plurality of network devices of a computer network.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the processor may be configured to execute the following steps by a computer program:
s1, extracting the article characteristics of the target article placed in the designated area, wherein the target article is not configured with the image recognition identifier;
s2, determining a unit virtual resource value matched with the target item according to the item characteristics of the target item;
s3, generating order information to be processed according to the unit virtual resource value and the metering information corresponding to the target object placed in the designated area, wherein the order information carries a total virtual resource value for exchanging and acquiring the target object;

The memory 1102 may be used to store software programs and modules, such as program instructions/modules corresponding to the electronic retrieval report obtaining method and apparatus in the embodiments of the present invention, and the processor 1104 executes various functional applications and data processing by running the software programs and modules stored in the memory 1102, that is, implementing the electronic retrieval report obtaining method described above. The memory 1102 may include high-speed random access memory, and may also include non-volatile memory, such as one or more magnetic storage devices, flash memory, or other non-volatile solid-state memory. In some examples, the memory 1102 can further include memory located remotely from the processor 1104 and such remote memory can be coupled to the terminal via a network. Examples of such networks include, but are not limited to, the internet, intranets, local area networks, mobile communication networks, and combinations thereof. The memory 1102 may be specifically but not limited to be used for storing information such as patent text information and search results. As an example, as shown in fig. 11, the memory 1102 may include, but is not limited to, the first receiving unit 902, the retrieving unit 904, the second receiving unit 906, and the pushing unit 908 in the electronic retrieval report obtaining apparatus. In addition, other module units in the electronic retrieval report obtaining apparatus may also be included, but are not limited to, and are not described in detail in this example.
Optionally, the transmitting device 1106 is used for receiving or transmitting data via a network. Examples of the network may include a wired network and a wireless network. In one example, the transmission device 1106 includes a Network adapter (NIC) that can be connected to a router via a Network cable to communicate with the internet or a local area Network. In one example, the transmission device 1106 is a Radio Frequency (RF) module, which is used for communicating with the internet in a wireless manner.
In addition, the electronic device further includes: a display 1108 for displaying the search results, electronic search reports, and the like; and a connection bus 1110 for connecting the respective module parts in the above-described electronic apparatus.
According to a further aspect of embodiments of the present invention, there is also provided a storage medium having a computer program stored therein, wherein the computer program is arranged to perform the steps of any of the above-mentioned method embodiments when executed.
Alternatively, in the present embodiment, the storage medium may be configured to store a computer program for executing the steps of:
s1, acquiring the patent text information to be retrieved through the client, wherein the patent text information is extracted from the patent document;
s2, sending the patent text information to the server for retrieval, so that the server returns a retrieval result matched with the patent text information;
s3, receiving an acquisition instruction generated by executing operation in the client in a display interface displaying the retrieval result, wherein the acquisition instruction is used for acquiring an electronic retrieval report automatically generated for the patent text information by the server;
and S4, responding to the acquisition instruction, and acquiring an electronic retrieval report, wherein the electronic retrieval report is used for providing an analysis result after the patent text information is analyzed.
Or in the present embodiment, the storage medium may be configured to store a computer program for executing the steps of:
s1, receiving a retrieval instruction sent by a client, wherein the retrieval instruction carries patent text information to be retrieved, and the patent text information is text information extracted from a patent document;
s2, searching the patent text information to obtain a search result, and generating an electronic search report for the patent text information;
s3, receiving an acquisition instruction sent by the client, wherein the acquisition instruction is used for acquiring the electronic retrieval report;
and S4, pushing the electronic retrieval report to the client for display, wherein the electronic retrieval report is used for providing an analysis result after analyzing the patent text information.
Alternatively, in this embodiment, a person skilled in the art may understand that all or part of the steps in the methods of the foregoing embodiments may be implemented by a program instructing hardware associated with the terminal device, where the program may be stored in a computer-readable storage medium, and the storage medium may include: flash disks, Read-Only memories (ROMs), Random Access Memories (RAMs), magnetic or optical disks, and the like.

The integrated unit in the above embodiments, if implemented in the form of a software functional unit and sold or used as a separate product, may be stored in the above computer-readable storage medium. Based on such understanding, the technical solution of the present invention may be embodied in the form of a software product, which is stored in a storage medium and includes several instructions for causing one or more computer devices (which may be personal computers, servers, network devices, etc.) to execute all or part of the steps of the method according to the embodiments of the present invention.

Claims (22)

1. An electronic search report acquisition method, comprising:
acquiring patent text information to be retrieved through a client, wherein the patent text information is text information extracted from a patent document;
sending the patent text information to a server for retrieval, so that the server returns a retrieval result matched with the patent text information;
receiving an acquisition instruction generated by executing operation in the client in a display interface on which the retrieval result is displayed, wherein the acquisition instruction is used for acquiring an electronic retrieval report automatically generated by the server for the patent text information;
and responding to the acquisition instruction, and acquiring the electronic retrieval report, wherein the electronic retrieval report is used for providing an analysis result after the patent text information is analyzed.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the receiving, in the display interface on which the search result is displayed, a fetch instruction generated by performing an operation in the client comprises:
receiving a download instruction generated by executing click operation on a download button arranged in the display interface, wherein the download instruction is used as the acquisition instruction; or
And receiving a voice instruction acquired by executing long-time pressing operation on a voice input button arranged in the display interface as the acquisition instruction.
3. The method of claim 1, further comprising, after said retrieving said electronic search report in response to said retrieving instruction,:
displaying the electronic retrieval report in the client; or
Downloading the electronic retrieval report in the client; and storing the electronic retrieval report to a storage area corresponding to the client.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein displaying the electronic search report in the client comprises:
identifying viewing permissions of accounts used by the client;
displaying part of report information of the electronic retrieval report in the client in the case that the viewing permission indication is a first permission;
displaying all report information of the electronic retrieval report in the client in case the viewing permission indication is a second permission.
5. The method of claim 3, wherein downloading the electronic retrieval report in the client comprises:
identifying a download permission of an account used by the client;
and downloading the electronic retrieval report under the condition that the download permission indicates that the download is allowed.
6. The method of any of claims 1-5, wherein said retrieving the electronic retrieval report in response to the retrieval instruction comprises:
obtaining the electronic retrieval report generated according to a preconfigured report template, wherein the electronic retrieval report comprises: the retrieval result matched with the patent text information, the retrieval key words matched with the patent text information, the patent classification number matched with the patent text information and the retrieval prediction result associated with the patent text information, wherein the retrieval prediction result is used for indicating a target patent file, and the similarity between the features contained in the target patent file and the key features in the patent text information is higher than a target threshold value.
7. An electronic search report acquisition method, comprising:
receiving a retrieval instruction sent by a client, wherein the retrieval instruction carries patent text information to be retrieved, and the patent text information is text information extracted from a patent document;
searching the patent text information to obtain a search result, and generating an electronic search report for the patent text information;
receiving an acquisition instruction sent by the client, wherein the acquisition instruction is used for acquiring the electronic retrieval report;
and pushing the electronic retrieval report to the client side for displaying, wherein the electronic retrieval report is used for providing an analysis result after analyzing the patent text information.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein generating an electronic search report for the patent text information comprises:
acquiring report element data for generating the electronic retrieval report by using the patent text information;
generating the electronic retrieval report from the report element data.
9. The method of claim 8, wherein said utilizing said patent text information to obtain report element data for generating said electronic search report comprises at least one of:
taking the retrieval result matched with the patent text information as the report element data;
extracting a first keyword from the patent text information; determining a second keyword according to the first keyword, wherein the association degree of the second keyword and the first keyword is greater than a first threshold value; taking the first keyword and the second keyword as the report element data;
acquiring a patent classification number matched with the patent text information; taking the patent classification number as the report element data;
determining key features in the patent text information; retrieving the key features to obtain a retrieval prediction result, wherein the retrieval prediction result is used for indicating a target patent document, and the similarity between the features contained in the target patent document and the key features in the patent text information is higher than a target threshold value; and taking the retrieval prediction result as the report element data.
10. The method of claim 8, wherein generating the electronic retrieval report from the report element data comprises:
acquiring a report template configured for the electronic retrieval report, wherein the report template is used for indicating the display position of the report element data in the electronic retrieval report;
and generating the electronic retrieval report according to the report template.
11. An electronic retrieval report acquisition apparatus, comprising:
the system comprises a first acquisition unit, a second acquisition unit and a search unit, wherein the first acquisition unit acquires patent text information to be retrieved through a client, and the patent text information is text information extracted from a patent file;
the retrieval unit is used for sending the patent text information to a server for retrieval so as to enable the server to return a retrieval result matched with the patent text information;
a receiving unit, configured to receive, in a display interface on which the search result is displayed, an acquisition instruction generated by executing an operation in the client, where the acquisition instruction is used to acquire an electronic search report that is automatically generated by the server for the patent text information;
and the second acquisition unit is used for responding to the acquisition instruction and acquiring the electronic retrieval report, wherein the electronic retrieval report is used for providing an analysis result after the patent text information is analyzed.
12. The apparatus of claim 11, wherein the receiving unit comprises:
the first receiving module is used for receiving a downloading instruction generated by executing click operation on a downloading button arranged in the display interface, and the downloading instruction is used as the acquisition instruction; or
And the second receiving module is used for receiving a voice instruction acquired by executing long-time pressing operation on the voice input button arranged in the display interface, and the voice instruction is used as the acquisition instruction.
13. The apparatus of claim 11, further comprising:
a display unit configured to display the electronic retrieval report in the client after the electronic retrieval report is acquired in response to the acquisition instruction; or
A downloading unit, configured to download the electronic retrieval report in the client after the electronic retrieval report is acquired in response to the acquisition instruction; and storing the electronic retrieval report to a storage area corresponding to the client.
14. The apparatus of claim 13, wherein the display unit comprises:
the first identification module is used for identifying the viewing permission of the account used by the client;
the first display module is used for displaying part of report information of the electronic retrieval report in the client under the condition that the viewing permission indication is a first permission;
and the second display module is used for displaying all report information of the electronic retrieval report in the client under the condition that the viewing permission indication is a second permission.
15. The apparatus of claim 13, wherein the downloading unit comprises:
the second identification module is used for identifying the downloading permission of the account used by the client;
and the downloading module is used for downloading the electronic retrieval report under the condition that the downloading permission indicates permission to download.
16. The apparatus according to any one of claims 11 to 15, wherein the second obtaining unit comprises:
an obtaining module, configured to obtain the electronic retrieval report generated according to a preconfigured report template, where the electronic retrieval report includes: the retrieval result matched with the patent text information, the retrieval key words matched with the patent text information, the patent classification number matched with the patent text information and the retrieval prediction result associated with the patent text information, wherein the retrieval prediction result is used for indicating a target patent file, and the similarity between the features contained in the target patent file and the key features in the patent text information is higher than a target threshold value.
17. An electronic retrieval report acquisition apparatus, comprising:
the system comprises a first receiving unit, a retrieval unit and a retrieval unit, wherein the first receiving unit is used for receiving a retrieval instruction sent by a client, the retrieval instruction carries patent text information to be retrieved, and the patent text information is text information extracted from a patent document;
the retrieval unit is used for retrieving the patent text information to obtain a retrieval result; generating an electronic retrieval report for the patent text information;
a second receiving unit, configured to receive an acquisition instruction sent by the client, where the acquisition instruction is used to acquire the electronic retrieval report;
and the pushing unit is used for pushing the electronic retrieval report to the client side for displaying, wherein the electronic retrieval report is used for providing an analysis result after the patent text information is analyzed.
18. The apparatus of claim 17, wherein the retrieving unit comprises:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring report element data for generating the electronic retrieval report by utilizing the patent text information;
a generating module for generating the electronic retrieval report according to the report element data.
19. The apparatus of claim 18, wherein the generating module comprises at least one of:
a first determination submodule configured to use the search result matched with the patent text information as the report element data;
the second determining submodule is used for extracting a first keyword from the patent text information; determining a second keyword according to the first keyword, wherein the association degree of the second keyword and the first keyword is greater than a first threshold value; taking the first keyword and the second keyword as the report element data;
the first obtaining submodule is used for obtaining a patent classification number matched with the patent text information; taking the patent classification number as the report element data;
the third determining submodule is used for determining key features in the patent text information; retrieving the key features to obtain a retrieval prediction result, wherein the retrieval prediction result is used for indicating a target patent document, and the similarity between the features contained in the target patent document and the key features in the patent text information is higher than a target threshold value; and taking the retrieval prediction result as the report element data.
20. The apparatus of claim 18, wherein the generating module further comprises:
a second obtaining sub-module, configured to obtain a report template configured for the electronic retrieval report, where the report template is used to indicate a display position of the report element data in the electronic retrieval report;
and the generation submodule is used for generating the electronic retrieval report according to the report template.
21. A storage medium comprising a stored program, wherein the program when executed performs the method of any of claims 1 to 10.
22. An electronic device comprising a memory and a processor, characterized in that the memory has stored therein a computer program, the processor being arranged to execute the method of any of claims 1 to 10 by means of the computer program.
