in the invention, the casting part to be conveyed is placed on the hook, the chain wheel is driven to rotate by starting the servo motor, so that the chain moves, the pulley is driven to move on the sliding rail, the casting part on the hook is conveyed, the pulley can be prevented from moving and falling off on the sliding rail by arranging the protection device, the roller moves in the annular groove by arranging the annular groove, the roller can be limited and protected by arranging the second U-shaped support frame, the roller moves in the annular groove for a long time, the movement is inconvenient due to abrasion and needs to be lubricated by adding lubricating oil, the T-shaped plate is driven to move upwards by arranging the lubricating box and the T-shaped plate when the roller vibrates due to the inconvenient movement, the lubricating oil stored in the lubricating box flows out from the two L-shaped oil outlets and flows onto the roller to lubricate the roller, so that the lubricating oil is saved, and the operation is simple and convenient.

As shown in fig. 1-4, the conveying section of the automatic production line for automobile casting parts comprises an annular conveying frame 10, wherein servo motors 1 are arranged at four corners of the top of the annular conveying frame 10, the output ends of the servo motors 1 penetrate through the annular conveying frame 10 through couplers and are connected with chain wheels 2, the four chain wheels 2 are in transmission connection through chains 3, two symmetrical sliding rails 4 are arranged on the annular conveying frame 10, pulleys 5 are arranged in the two sliding rails 4 in a sliding manner, every two pulleys 5 are connected with a first U-shaped supporting frame 6 together, the first U-shaped supporting frame 6 is connected with the chain wheels 2, the bottom ends of every two first U-shaped supporting frames 6 penetrate through the chain wheels 2 and are fixedly connected with a bearing plate 7 together, a hook 8 is arranged at the bottom of the bearing plate 7, a plurality of protection devices 9 are arranged at the top of the annular conveying frame 10, and casting parts to be conveyed are placed on the, drive the rotation of sprocket 2 through starting servo motor 1 to make chain 3 remove, drive pulley 5 and remove on slide rail 4, thereby realized carrying the casting on couple 8, through setting up protection device 9, can prevent that pulley 5 from removing on slide rail 4 and droing.
Protection device 9 includes second U type support frame 901, the both ends of second U type support frame 901 rotate with two corresponding pulleys 5 respectively and are connected, the top of second U type support frame 901 is provided with lubricated case 902, be provided with T template 903 in the lubricated case 902, through-hole 904 has been seted up at the top of second U type support frame 901, T template 903 passes through-hole 904 and is connected with gyro wheel 905 through the universal joint rotation, ring channel 906 has been seted up on annular carriage 10, gyro wheel 905 and ring channel 906 sliding connection.
Lubricating box 902 is wide at the top and narrow at the bottom, and T-shaped plate 903 is connected with lubricating box 902 at the narrow part in a sliding manner.
Two symmetrical L-shaped oil outlets 11 are formed in the T-shaped plate 903, the top ends of the two oil outlets 11 are communicated with an oil cavity of the lubricating box 902, and an outlet at the bottom end is located above the roller 905.
Through setting up ring channel 906, gyro wheel 905 removes in ring channel 906, and it can carry on spacingly and the protection to gyro wheel 905 to set up second U type support frame 901, gyro wheel 905 removes in ring channel 906 for a long time, probably cause to remove inconveniently because wearing and tearing, need add lubricating oil to its lubrication, through setting up lubricated case 902 and T template 903, when gyro wheel 905 causes vibrations owing to removing inconveniently, drive T template 903 and up remove, the lubricating oil of storing in lubricated case 902 flows out from two L type oil outlet 11, flow to and lubricate it on gyro wheel 905, lubricating oil has not only been practiced thrift, and easy operation is convenient.
Top fixedly connected with telescopic link 12 in the lubricated case 902, the bottom of telescopic link 12 is connected with the top of T template 903, is provided with spring 13 on the telescopic link 12, through being equipped with telescopic link 12 and spring 13, is convenient for close L type oil-out 11.
The working principle is as follows: by placing the casting to be conveyed on the hook 8, driving the chain wheel 2 to rotate by starting the servo motor 1, thereby moving the chain 3, driving the pulley 5 to move on the sliding rail 4, thereby realizing the conveying of the casting on the hook 8, preventing the pulley 5 from moving and falling off on the sliding rail 4 by arranging the protection device 9, moving the roller 905 in the annular groove 906 by arranging the annular groove 906, limiting and protecting the roller 905 by arranging the second U-shaped support frame 901, moving the roller 905 in the annular groove 906 for a long time, causing inconvenience in movement due to abrasion, needing lubricating oil to lubricate the roller, driving the T-shaped plate 903 to move upwards by arranging the lubricating box 902 and the T-shaped plate 903, when the roller 905 vibrates due to inconvenience in movement, and allowing the lubricating oil stored in the lubricating box 902 to flow out from the two L-shaped oil outlet holes 11, the lubricating oil is lubricated by flowing to the roller 905, so that the lubricating oil is saved, and the operation is simple and convenient.
