技术领域
本申请涉及汽车动力领域,具体涉及一种混联多档汽车动力***。
背景技术
当前普遍使用的燃油发动机汽车存在种种弊病,随着世界各国对改善环保的呼声日益高涨,各种各样的电动汽车脱颖而出。虽然人们普遍认为未来是电动汽车的天下,但是电池技术问题阻碍了电动汽车的应用。由于电池的能量密度与汽油相比差上百倍,远未达到人们所要求的数值,电动汽车还无法取代燃油发动机汽车,于是混合动力装置的汽车应运而生。这种混合动力装置既发挥了发动机持续工作时间长的优点,又有利于减少污染排放。
由于汽车动力***由单动力变为混合动力,因此汽车的变速器结构也发生改变。随着对汽车性能要求的越来越高,多档混合动力***应运而生,但是目前多档双电机混联***结构复杂,并且变速器设计体积大,不易布置在汽车机舱内。同时,在汽车需要大动力输出时,发动机介入的工况较多,燃油经济性较差。
发明内容
鉴于上述问题,本申请提出了一种混联多档汽车动力***,以便解决或者部分解决上述问题。
为了达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
本发明提供一种混联多档汽车动力***,所述动力***包括发动机、发动机传动机构、切分离合器、同步器、驱动电机、驱动电机传动机构、ISG电机、ISG电机传动机构和动力输出轴;其中,所述发动机、所述ISG电机和所述驱动电机均设置在不同轴上。
所述发动机传动机构包括发动机输出轴和发动机齿轮组,所述同步器和所述切分离合器设置在所述发动机输出轴上,且所述发动机齿轮组的末端齿轮设置在所述动力输出轴的一端。
所述驱动电机传动机构包括驱动电机输出轴和驱动电机齿轮组,所述驱动电机齿轮组的末端齿轮设置在所述动力输出轴的另一端。
所述ISG电机传动机构包括ISG电机输出轴和ISG电机减速齿轮组,所述ISG电机通过ISG减速齿轮组驱动所述发动机输出轴旋转。
进一步的,所述ISG电机的设置方式包括如下的任一种:
所述ISG电机和所述驱动电机叠放,且所述ISG电机减速齿轮组和所述驱动电机齿轮组置于远离发动机端。

进一步的,所述同步器包括同步器毂和滑套,所述同步器毂固定在所述发动机输出轴上且置于所述发动机传动齿轮组和所述驱动电机齿轮组中间,所述滑套上设有结合齿且可在所述同步器毂上左右滑动,分别与所述发动机传动齿轮组和所述驱动电机齿轮组上的结合齿啮合。
进一步的,所述发动机齿轮组包括第一齿轮和第二齿轮,所述第一齿轮套设在所述发动机输出轴上,所述第二齿轮固设在所述动力输出轴的一端上。
进一步的,所述驱动电机齿轮组包括第五齿轮、第六齿轮、第七齿轮、第八齿轮,所述第七齿轮固设在所述驱动电机输出轴上,所述第五齿轮、第八齿轮套设在所述发动机输出轴上,或者固设或套设在与所述发动机输出轴同轴设置的中间轴上;所述第六齿轮固设在所述动力输出轴的另一端上。

进一步的,所述动力输出轴中间部位设置有第三齿轮,所述第三齿轮通过第四齿轮驱动差速器旋转。

本发明通过驱动电机、ISG电机、切分离合器和同步器的位置设置,可以实现至少六种工作模式;本发明的双电机驱动模式可在任何车速下启动,使发动机介入工况减少,更加经济环保;并且驱动电机和ISG电机均是三级传动设置,提高了汽车的动力输出,同时使动力***体积更小,便于在汽车机舱内布置;发动机两级传动输出,使车辆在高速行驶时发动机处于高效工作区。

如图1-3所示,本发明提供一种混联多档汽车动力***,动力***包括发动机1、发动机传动机构、切分离合器2、同步器3、驱动电机4、驱动电机传动机构、ISG电机5、ISG电机传动机构和动力输出轴;其中,发动机1、ISG电机5和驱动电机4均设置在不同轴上,驱动电机4为大扭矩输出电机,可为TM电机。发动机传动机构包括发动机输出轴和发动机齿轮组,同步器3和切分离合器2设置在发动机输出轴上,切分离合器2可为断开或结合状态,通过结合或断开状态来实现发动机1是否实现驱动,当切分离合器2断开时,发动机1不能驱动发动机输出轴转动,当切分离合器2结合时,发动机1能驱动发动机输出轴转动。同步器3可为空挡或一挡或二挡三个状态,通过同步器3的挡位改变,进而改变本动力***中动力提供的来源,发动机1也可以实现直接驱动ISG电机5进行发电,且发动机齿轮组的末端齿轮设置在动力输出轴的一端,发动机1通过发动机齿轮组来驱动动力输出轴转动。驱动电机传动机构包括驱动电机输出轴和驱动电机齿轮组,驱动电机齿轮组的末端齿轮设置在动力输出轴的另一端,驱动电机4通过驱动电机齿轮组,进而驱动动力输出轴转动。ISG电机传动机构包括ISG电机输出轴和ISG电机减速齿轮组,ISG电机5通过ISG电机减速齿轮组驱动发动机输出轴旋转。
本发明提供的动力***可实现六种工作模式,如表1所示,即为单电机纯电模式、双电机纯电模式、串联模式、并联模式、发动机直驱模式和制动回收模式。
当驱动模式为单电机纯电模式时,发动机1不工作,切分离合器2处于断开状态,ISG电机5不工作,同步器3处于空挡状态,只有驱动电机4工作,此时只有驱动电机4驱动车辆。
当驱动模式为双电机纯电模式时,发动机1不工作,切分离合器2处于断开状态,ISG电机5工作,同步器3处于一挡或二挡状态,驱动电机4工作,此时ISG电机5和驱动电机4一起驱动车辆。
当驱动模式为串联模式时,发动机1工作,切分离合器2处于结合状态,ISG电机5工作,同步器3处于空挡状态,驱动电机4工作,此时发动机1驱动ISG电机5发电,驱动电机4驱动车辆。
当驱动模式为并联模式时,发动机1工作,切分离合器2处于结合状态,ISG电机5工作或不工作,同步器3处于一挡或二挡状态,驱动电机4工作,此时发动机1和驱动电机4一起驱动车辆,ISG电机5处于发电或不发电状态。
当驱动模式为发动机直驱模式时,发动机1工作,切分离合器2处于结合状态,ISG电机5工作或不工作,同步器3处于二挡状态,驱动电机4不工作,此时发动机1驱动车辆,驱动电机4空转,ISG电机5处于发电或不发电状态。
当驱动模式为制动回收模式时,发动机1不工作,切分离合器2处于任意状态,ISG电机5不工作,同步器3处于任意状态,驱动电机4工作,此时驱动电机4反拖制动车辆,对车辆进行制动,驱动电机4把车辆的动能转换成电能,储存回汽车电池。

ISG电机5和驱动电机4叠放,ISG电机5和驱动电机4并列设置,且ISG电机减速齿轮组和驱动电机齿轮组置于远离发动机1端,参见图1。
ISG电机5和驱动电机4叠放,ISG电极和驱动电机4并列设置,且ISG电机减速齿轮组置于邻近发动机1端,驱动电机齿轮组置于远离发动机1端,参见图2。
ISG电机5和动力输出轴同轴间隔设置,且ISG电机减速齿轮组置于远离发动机1端,驱动电机齿轮组置于邻近发动机1端,参见图3。
在一个实施例中,同步器3包括同步器毂和滑套,同步器毂固定在发动机输出轴上且置于发动机传动齿轮组和驱动电机齿轮组中间,当发动机输出轴转动时,可带动同步器3跟着转动,滑套上设有结合齿且可在同步器毂上左右滑动,分别与发动机传动齿轮组和驱动电机齿轮组上的结合齿啮合,可实现和第一齿轮Z1或第五齿轮Z5的啮合。当滑套和第一齿轮Z1啮合时,同步器3为一种挡位,当滑套不啮合时,为空挡,当滑套和第五齿轮Z5啮合时,同步器3为另一种挡位。
在一个实施例中,发动机齿轮组包括第一齿轮Z1和第二齿轮Z2,第一齿轮Z1套设在发动机输出轴上,第二齿轮Z2固设在动力输出轴的一端上,第一齿轮Z1和第二齿轮Z2啮合。
在一个实施例中,驱动电机齿轮组包括第五齿轮Z5、第六齿轮Z6、第七齿轮Z7、第八齿轮Z8,第七齿轮Z7固设在驱动电机输出轴上,第五齿轮Z5、第八齿轮Z8套设在发动机输出轴上,或者固设或套设在与发动机输出轴同轴设置的中间轴上,第五齿轮Z5和第八齿轮Z8设置在同一轴上,可实现同步转动;第六齿轮Z6固设在动力输出轴的另一端上。驱动电机4通过第七齿轮Z7和第八齿轮Z8的啮合驱动第八齿轮Z8转动,同时和第八齿轮Z8同轴设置的第五齿轮Z5也跟着转动,第五齿轮Z5和第六齿轮Z6啮合,进而驱动动力输出轴转动。
在一个优选实施例中,ISG电机减速齿轮组包括第九齿轮Z9和第十齿轮Z10,第九齿轮Z9固设在ISG电机输出轴上,第十齿轮Z10固设在发动机输出轴上,第九齿轮Z9和第十齿轮Z10啮合。发动机1通过第九齿轮Z9和第十齿轮Z10的啮合进而驱动ISG电机5进行发电。当同步器3的滑套和第一齿轮Z1啮合时,发动机输出轴可通过第一齿轮Z1和第二齿轮Z2的啮合驱动动力输出轴转动,当同步器3的滑套和第五齿轮Z5啮合时,发动机输出轴可通过第五齿轮Z5和第六齿轮Z6的啮合驱动动力输出轴转动。
在一个实施例中,当ISG电机5和驱动电机4叠放,且ISG电机减速齿轮组和驱动电机齿轮组置于远离发动机1端时,如图1所示,第五齿轮Z5和第八齿轮Z8套设在发动机输出轴上,第一齿轮Z1和第五齿轮Z5相向一侧设置有结合齿,可用于与同步器3的滑套进行啮合,实现挡位改变。
在一个实施例中,当ISG电机5和驱动电机4叠放,且ISG电机减速齿轮组置于邻近发动机1端,驱动电机齿轮组置于远离发动机1端时,如图2所示,第五齿轮Z5和第八齿轮Z8固设在驱动电机齿轮组的中间轴上,且中间轴与发动机输出轴间隔同轴设置,第一齿轮Z1和第五齿轮Z5相向一侧设置有结合齿,可用于与同步器3的滑套进行啮合,实现挡位改变。
在一个实施例中,ISG电机5和动力输出轴同轴间隔设置,且ISG电机减速齿轮组置于远离发动机1端,驱动电机齿轮组置于邻近发动机1端时,如图3所示,第五齿轮Z5和第八齿轮Z8套设在发动机输出轴上且置于邻近发动机1端,第一齿轮Z1和第五齿轮Z5相向一侧设置有结合齿,可用于与同步器3的滑套进行啮合,实现挡位改变,第十齿轮Z10固设在发动机输出轴的端部,第十齿轮Z10与第九齿轮Z9啮合。
在一个实施例中,动力输出轴中间部位设置有第三齿轮Z3,第三齿轮Z3通过第四齿轮Z4驱动差速器6旋转。
综上,本发明公开一种一种混联多档汽车动力***,所述动力***包括发动机、发动机传动机构、切分离合器、同步器、驱动电机、驱动电机传动机构、ISG电机、ISG电机传动机构和动力输出轴;其中,所述发动机、所述ISG电机和所述驱动电机均设置在不同轴上。所述发动机传动机构包括发动机输出轴和发动机齿轮组,所述同步器和所述切分离合器设置在所述发动机输出轴上,且所述发动机齿轮组的末端齿轮设置在所述动力输出轴的一端。所述驱动电机传动机构包括驱动电机输出轴和驱动电机齿轮组,所述驱动电机齿轮组的末端齿轮设置在所述动力输出轴的另一端。所述ISG电机传动机构包括ISG电机输出轴和ISG电机减速齿轮组,所述ISG电机通过ISG减速齿轮组驱动所述发动机输出轴旋转。本发明通过驱动电机、ISG电机、切分离合器和同步器的位置设置,可以实现至少六种工作模式,本发明的双电机驱动模式可实现发动机介入工况减少,更加经济环保。并且驱动电机和ISG电机均是三级传动设置,提高了汽车的动力输出,同时使动力***体积更小,便于在汽车机舱内布置。

1.一种混联多档汽车动力***,其特征在于,所述动力***包括发动机、发动机传动机构、切分离合器、同步器、驱动电机、驱动电机传动机构、ISG电机、ISG电机传动机构和动力输出轴;其中,
所述发动机、所述ISG电机和所述驱动电机均设置在不同轴上;
所述发动机传动机构包括发动机输出轴和发动机齿轮组,所述同步器和所述切分离合器设置在所述发动机输出轴上,且所述发动机齿轮组的末端齿轮设置在所述动力输出轴的一端;
所述驱动电机传动机构包括驱动电机输出轴和驱动电机齿轮组,所述驱动电机齿轮组的末端齿轮设置在所述动力输出轴的另一端;
所述ISG电机传动机构包括ISG电机输出轴和ISG电机减速齿轮组,所述ISG电机通过ISG减速齿轮组驱动所述发动机输出轴旋转。
2.根据权利要求1所述的动力***,其特征在于,所述ISG电机的设置方式包括如下的任一种:
所述ISG电机和所述驱动电机叠放,且所述ISG电机减速齿轮组和所述驱动电机齿轮组置于远离发动机端;
所述ISG电机和所述驱动电机叠放,且所述ISG电机减速齿轮组置于邻近发动机端,所述驱动电机齿轮组置于远离发动机端;
所述ISG电机和动力输出轴同轴间隔设置,且所述ISG电机减速齿轮组置于远离发动机端,所述驱动电机齿轮组置于邻近发动机端。
3.根据权利要求2所述的动力***,其特征在于,所述同步器包括同步器毂和滑套,所述同步器毂固定在所述发动机输出轴上且置于所述发动机传动齿轮组和所述驱动电机齿轮组中间,所述滑套上设有结合齿且可在所述同步器毂上左右滑动,分别与所述发动机传动齿轮组和所述驱动电机齿轮组上的结合齿啮合。
4.根据权利要求3所述的动力***,其特征在于,所述发动机齿轮组包括第一齿轮和第二齿轮,所述第一齿轮套设在所述发动机输出轴上,所述第二齿轮固设在所述动力输出轴的一端上。
5.根据权利要求4所述的动力***,其特征在于,所述驱动电机齿轮组包括第五齿轮、第六齿轮、第七齿轮、第八齿轮,所述第七齿轮固设在所述驱动电机输出轴上,所述第五齿轮、第八齿轮套设在所述发动机输出轴上,或者固设或套设在与所述发动机输出轴同轴设置的中间轴上;所述第六齿轮固设在所述动力输出轴的另一端上。
6.根据权利要求5所述的动力***,其特征在于,所述ISG电机减速齿轮组包括第九齿轮和第十齿轮,所述第九齿轮固设在所述ISG电机输出轴上,所述第十齿轮固设在所述发动机输出轴上。
7.根据权利要求6所述的动力***,其特征在于,当所述ISG电机和所述驱动电机叠放,且所述ISG电机减速齿轮组和所述驱动电机齿轮组置于远离发动机端时,
所述第五齿轮和所述第八齿轮套设在所述发动机输出轴上,所述第一齿轮和第五齿轮相向一侧设置有结合齿。
8.根据权利要求6所述的动力***,其特征在于,当所述ISG电机和所述驱动电机叠放,且所述ISG电机减速齿轮组置于邻近发动机端,所述驱动电机齿轮组置于远离发动机端时,
所述第五齿轮和所述第八齿轮固设在所述驱动电机齿轮组的中间轴上,且中间轴与所述发动机输出轴间隔同轴设置,所述第一齿轮和第五齿轮相向一侧设置有结合齿。
9.根据权利要求6所述的动力***,其特征在于,所述ISG电机和动力输出轴同轴间隔设置,且所述ISG电机减速齿轮组置于远离发动机端,所述驱动电机齿轮组置于邻近发动机端时,
所述第五齿轮和所述第八齿轮套设在所述发动机输出轴上且置于邻近发动机端,所述第一齿轮和第五齿轮相向一侧设置有结合齿,所述第十齿轮固设在所述发动机输出轴的端部。
10.根据权利要求1-9任一项所述的动力***,其特征在于,所述动力输出轴中间部位设置有第三齿轮,所述第三齿轮通过第四齿轮驱动差速器旋转。
