Background
After partial hot waste gas generated in chemical treatment processes such as a lime calcining kiln carbonization section, a coking section, a rosin modification section, a cooling tower section and the like is subjected to water spraying treatment, the waste gas is humidified due to the contact of the hot waste gas and water, exhaust gas with high moisture content and low temperature is formed, water vapor in the exhaust gas is condensed after being discharged into the atmospheric environment, and the phenomenon of 'white smoke' occurs, soluble salt, sulfuric acid mist and organic matter condensable particles are carried in the 'white smoke', so that the environmental quality is seriously influenced by large amount of discharged water vapor, and the formation of haze is also intensified to a certain degree.
The existing white smoke eliminating technology adopts a tower type series connection mode, hot air flows are contacted with a circulating aqueous medium through a filling section, so that water vapor in the hot air flows is condensed and cooled, hot water formed after the circulating water absorbs heat in the hot air flows is used for heating and diluting supplementary air for waste gas at a rear section, and the purpose of eliminating the white smoke is achieved. However, this process requires a large tower to absorb the heat from the hot gas stream, raise the temperature of the circulating water, then transfer the recovered heat to make-up air by a large fan and heater, and then dilute the exhaust gas with the high temperature make-up dry air. The disadvantages of the method are that the equipment volume is large, the investment is large, the air quantity to be configured is large, the power consumption is also large, and the method is not beneficial to saving energy and reducing the investment.

s3: the low-temperature gas rises to the air rising pipe 11 and is fully mixed with the air entering from the air inlet 12 through the fan 10, then the air enters the air heater 9, the medium in the air heater 9 is condensed by the low-temperature gas, the condensed medium enters the medium buffer tank 4 through the medium cold flow pipe 6, and simultaneously the low-temperature gas is heated and then is exhausted to the atmosphere through the exhaust funnel 8.

6. A heat pump white smoke abatement apparatus according to claim 1, wherein said heat pump evaporator (13) and air heater (9) are plate fin heat exchange elements.
7. A heat pump type white smoke elimination method based on the device of any one of claims 1 to 6, characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1: hot waste gas enters the white smoke eliminating composite tower from a hot gas inlet (16) and is dedusted by spraying liquid sprayed by a dedusting baffle plate (15) and a spray header (14) to obtain dedusted hot gas;
