step S102, detecting whether the heating module of the cooking utensil is in failure.
And step S104, sending out prompt information under the condition that the heating module is detected to be in fault, wherein the prompt information is used for prompting a user that the heating module of the cooking utensil is in fault.
By applying the technical scheme of the invention, whether the heating module of the cooking appliance is in fault is detected, and the prompt message is sent out under the condition that the heating module is detected to be in fault, so that the user is prompted by the prompt message that the heating module of the cooking appliance is in fault. The heating module of the cooking appliance is subjected to fault detection, and is timely processed when the heating module breaks down, the heating module is controlled to normally work, the risk of abnormal work of the heating module of the cooking appliance is reduced, the use experience of a user is improved, the problem that the controller cannot control the disconnection of the relay in the cooking appliance in the related technology is solved, and the heating module is in an abnormal heating state to cause potential safety hazards is solved.
The above steps will be described in detail below.
Step S102, detecting whether the heating module of the cooking utensil is in failure.
Alternatively, the cooking appliance may include, but is not limited to: an electric pressure cooker.
For the heating module in this example, it may indicate a heating plate in the cooking appliance, which may heat the inner pot of the cooking appliance.
The invention can detect whether the heating module of the cooking utensil is in fault in two modes, namely detection by a temperature sensor and detection by a detection circuit. Wherein, to detecting through temperature sensor, this temperature sensor can set up around the module that generates heat of cooking utensil to the temperature that the module that generates heat of real-time detection diverges, optionally, when detecting whether the module that generates heat of cooking utensil breaks down, include: detecting a first temperature value at a first time point and a second temperature value at a second time point in a pot of the cooking appliance when the cooking appliance is in a power-on standby state, wherein a preset time length is arranged between the second time point and the first time point; calculating the difference value between the first temperature value and the second temperature value to obtain a temperature difference value; judging whether the temperature difference is larger than a preset temperature difference or not; recording an abnormal temperature difference once under the condition that the temperature difference is larger than a preset temperature difference; and determining whether the heating module has a fault according to the abnormal temperature difference.
Whether the heating module is abnormal or not is determined according to the temperature difference change inside the cooking appliance by detecting the temperature change in the preset time, and the accuracy of the heating module for detecting the cooking appliance is improved.
In the embodiment of the present invention, specific time points of the first time point and the second time point are not specifically limited, and the first time point and the second time point are separated by a preset time length, that is, a temperature value is detected every preset time length. The second time point may be after the first time point, after the temperature values of the two time points are detected, the temperature difference value may be calculated, and if the temperature difference value exceeds the preset threshold, it is determined that the heating module may malfunction. Optionally, the preset temperature difference in the embodiment of the present invention may be set by itself, and the range of the preset temperature difference may be 10 to 50, for example, the preset temperature difference may be set to 20 degrees celsius.
As another optional example of the present invention, detecting whether a heat generating module of the cooking appliance malfunctions further includes: counting the times of abnormal temperature difference in a preset time period; and if the times exceed the preset temperature difference times, determining that the heating module breaks down. By counting the times of abnormal temperature difference in the preset time period, if the continuous temperature difference exceeds the threshold value for multiple times, the heating module is indicated to be in fault, and the accuracy of detecting the fault of the heating module is improved. Namely, whether the heating module breaks down or not can be determined by detecting the continuous times of abnormal temperature difference, if the abnormal temperature difference occurs for 3 times, the heating module is indicated to break down out of control, and the controller can control the prompt module to prompt the user that the cooking appliance is abnormal.
Another way of detecting whether the heat generating module is faulty or not by an electrical signal is described below.
Optionally, the step S102 further includes: detecting whether a current signal or a voltage signal exists at the output end of the relay or not when the cooking appliance is in a power-on standby state; and determining that the heating module has a fault under the condition that the output end of the relay has a current signal or a voltage signal. Whether detection circuitry through detecting be connected with the relay has electric current or current signal to whether have the signal of telecommunication under the definite standby state, thereby confirm whether the relay contact adhesion, and then confirm whether the module that generates heat is trouble, improve the precision that detects from the signal of telecommunication detection angle.
That is, when the detection module is a hardware detection circuit, the detection circuit can be loaded to the output end of the relay, and the detection circuit can be connected with a port of a controller (such as a single chip microcomputer) to detect the current or voltage signal at the output end of the relay. In the power-on standby state, the relay should be in an off state, if an electric signal is detected at the moment, the contact adhesion of the relay is indicated, and the heating module has an out-of-control fault at the moment, namely the contact adhesion of the relay causes the possible fault of the heating module.
In step S104, when the failure of the heat generating module is detected, a prompt message is issued.
Optionally, sending the prompt message includes: the voice control module is used for controlling the voice alarm information to send out voice alarm information, wherein the voice alarm information is used for informing a user that the cooking appliance is in failure; and/or displaying the fault information through a display module. Through the modes of sending out voice alarm or displaying faults and the like, a user can know that the cooking appliance has faults in time, and the power supply is closed in time, so that the equipment is prevented from catching fire or exploding.
When the heating module is detected to be out of order, the contact of the relay is bonded, or the heating module is out of order, so that the heating module is out of control and fails, and prompt information can be sent out.
The voice alarm information can be the voice broadcast by the voice alarm module, such as sending out' the rice cooker is abnormal when heating! | A ' waiting for voice alarm information. The step of displaying the fault information may be to display the fault information of the heating module by using a display panel or a control panel of the cooking appliance, for example, to display characters of "heating plate fault" or "relay fault", and to display the fault of the heating module by using a fault code.
The present invention will be described with reference to the above-described determination of whether the heat generating module is abnormal by detecting the temperature inside the cooking appliance, the issuance of a prompt, and the like.

In step S203, a temperature difference value △ T is calculated every T1, wherein T1 indicates the above preset time period, △ T indicates the temperature difference value between two adjacent time points, and △ T can indicate T1-Tn.
In step S204, it is determined △ T whether it is greater than the preset temperature difference T.
If yes, go to step S205, otherwise, go back to step S202.
And S205, determining that the heating module of the electric pressure cooker is abnormal, sounding a buzzer, and prompting related information by a display screen.
Wherein the buzzer indicates the voice alarm module in the above example. While the display screen may indicate the display panel in the above example, the related information may include, but is not limited to: heating module fault information, power supply information, etc.
Through the steps, when the abnormal environment temperature in the pot of the cooking appliance is detected, the abnormal heating module is determined, and then the alarm prompt and the display screen prompt are carried out, so that a user can know the abnormal heating module of the cooking appliance in time, and the cooking appliance is controlled to execute subsequent operation.
