responding to the received information triggering mode matched with the target contact person, acquiring the information triggering mode of the target contact person, and screening out the target information triggering mode matched with the received information triggering mode from the information triggering modes of the target contact person;
and establishing an information channel with the target contact person through the target information triggering mode, so that the target message is sent to the target contact person through the information channel.
6. A contact information processing apparatus, characterized in that the apparatus comprises:
a receiving unit, configured to receive a query request;
the query unit is used for querying in a preset contact database according to the query request to obtain a target contact, wherein the preset contact database comprises the associated information of the contacts with multiple dimensions;
the judging unit is used for judging whether an information triggering mode matched with the target contact person is received or not, if so, an information channel of the target contact person is established through the information triggering mode, and a target message is sent to the target contact person through the information channel;
and the generating unit is used for generating a graphic code matched with the target contact person if the target contact person is not the contact person, and sending the graphic code to a terminal matched with the inquiry request sender.
7. The apparatus of claim 6, further comprising:
the first acquisition subunit is used for acquiring first information of the contact persons in each acquisition dimension, and the acquisition dimension represents a source dimension of an original address book of the contact persons;
the second obtaining subunit is used for obtaining second information of the contact persons in each information dimension, and the information dimension represents the dimension of the contact data of the contact persons;
and the creating subunit is used for creating and obtaining a preset contact database according to the first information and the second information.
8. The apparatus of claim 7, wherein the collection dimensions comprise a local address book dimension, an intranet address book dimension, an extranet address book dimension, and a personal address book dimension;
the information dimension comprises one or more dimensions of a name, a mobile phone number, a telephone number, a mail address, position information and company information.
9. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the query unit comprises:
the analysis subunit is used for analyzing the query request to obtain a query identifier;
the query subunit is used for querying in a preset contact database according to the query identifier to obtain an initial contact;
a third obtaining subunit, configured to obtain, if the initial contact includes at least two contacts, a user identifier matching with the query request issuer;
and the determining subunit is used for determining a target contact in the initial contacts according to the user identification.
10. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the determining unit further comprises:
the screening subunit is used for responding to the received information trigger mode matched with the target contact person, acquiring the information trigger mode of the target contact person, and screening the target information trigger mode matched with the received information trigger mode from the information trigger modes of the target contact person;
and the establishing subunit is used for establishing an information channel with the target contact person through the target information triggering mode, so that the target message is sent to the target contact person through the information channel.
