A backflow system is formed in the sealed heating environment of the sealing cover, the temperature can be rapidly increased to 106 ℃ through continuous heating of the heater, real-time temperature monitoring is carried out through the internal temperature measuring unit, and the solution in the digestion pool is digested at the stable temperature when the temperature reaches 106 ℃, wherein the time is 30 minutes. Then, the temperature is smoothly reduced and is maintained at 86 ℃. The digestion tank solution was then titrated. Therefore, a micro reflux system is formed in the digestion tank, the volatile substances in the gas form are condensed when encountering the tank wall with low temperature, and then flow back to the test solution along the tank wall, so that the loss of the volatile substances is reduced, and the accuracy and the anti-interference capability of the measurement result are improved.
The external heat preservation chamber is arranged, because a stable environment temperature is needed after the internal heating, the temperature consistency in the test process at each time can be ensured, and the repeatability precision of the measured value is ensured. The outside is subjected to heat preservation treatment to obtain a constant temperature environment. Rapid heat dissipation is also required in order not to affect the start time of the next test. After the test, the inside and the outside are rapidly cooled through the convection fan, and in the test process, the convection fan is provided with the sealing blocking piece, so that the outside is insulated from the air, and the temperature is not transferred.
