Abstract
The invention provides a safe priming part, which comprises a tubular shell, an ignition medicament, a covering explosive and an end cover, wherein the tubular shell is provided with a plurality of ignition holes; one end of the tubular shell is open, the other end of the tubular shell is closed, and the closed end is provided with a through hole as an ignition hole; the ignition agent and the covering explosive are sequentially loaded into the tubular shell through the open end and are pressed together with the end cover into the tubular shell, so that an integrated safe detonating piece is formed. The detonator can be independently packaged and transported, has high safety, and can be assembled with a tube shell filled with a base explosive to form the detonator.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of civil blasting equipment, in particular to a safe detonating piece.
Background
The industrial detonator is a widely used civil detonating device, and under the requirements and promotion of policies related to the industrial department, the informatization department and the public security department, the industrial detonator with high safety and good reliability is widely and comprehensively popularized and used in China. However, the safety performance and reliability of the industrial detonators produced by various enterprises are different due to different types and properties of the initiating explosive, and the detonators using sensitive initiating explosive cannot well meet the purposes of safe production and safe use. Meanwhile, each detonator factory needs to build a full-automatic, unmanned and intelligent production line of the initiating explosive, which meets the new standard requirement, according to the requirement of technical progress guidance suggestion of civil blasting equipment of Ministry of industry and informatization for producing the initiating explosive, so that the situations of similar process technology, repeated investment construction, low utilization and serious resource waste are caused.
In order to fully implement the requirements of technical progress guidance suggestions in the civil blasting industry, realize intensive production of important parts of civil blasting equipment and realize distribution targets nationwide, a high-performance blasting element which has high safety and good reliability, can widely meet the use requirements of the blasting equipment, is safe and non-explosive under normal pressure and can be detonated under a specific charging structure and use conditions needs to be developed.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the invention provides a safe initiation part which can be independently packaged and independently transported, has high safety, and can be assembled with a tube shell filled with a base explosive to form a detonator.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
a safe priming member comprises a tubular shell, an ignition agent, a covering explosive and an end cover;
one end of the tubular shell is open, the other end of the tubular shell is closed, and the closed end is provided with a through hole as an ignition hole; the ignition agent and the covering explosive are sequentially loaded into the tubular shell through the open end and are pressed together with the end cover into the tubular shell, so that an integrated safe detonating piece is formed.
Further, the open end of the end cap is mounted towards the inside of the tubular shell or the outside of the tubular shell; the end cap is made of aluminum foil, copper foil, steel foil or plastic.
Further, the outer diameter of the tubular shell is between 3.0mm and 8.0mm, the inner diameter of the tubular shell is between 2.5mm and 7.5mm, the diameter of the through hole on the end face of the tubular shell is between 0.5mm and 5.0mm, and the length of the tubular shell is between 5.0mm and 20.0 mm.

Further, the covering explosive is a pure crystalline explosive which is a pure crystalline Taian explosive, or a pure crystalline hexogen explosive, or a pure crystalline octogen explosive, or a mixed explosive which is prepared by mixing and granulating the pure crystalline explosive and a high polymer material, or ceresin, or shellac.
Further, the loading amount of the ignition agent is between 20mg and 300mg, and the loading amount of the covering explosive is between 20mg and 200 mg.
Further, the press fitting pressure is between 4MPa and 40 MPa.

Has the advantages that:
1. the invention can only burn and can not be converted into detonation components under the condition of normal atmospheric pressure, so that each component or part is safe, can be independently packaged and transported during split charging, and is convenient for intensive production and use of medicaments and initiating parts; after the initiation piece and the tube shell filled with the basic explosive are assembled to form the detonator, the detonator is ignited under a closed condition, the combustion to detonation can be reliably realized, and the function of the detonator is realized.
2. The size of the tubular shell can be matched with the size of the shell of the existing detonator, the shell structure of the initiating part is not required to be changed, and the tubular shell can be directly assembled with the shell filled with the basic explosive together, so that after the detonator is formed, the ignition is carried out under the closed condition, the combustion-to-detonation can be reliably realized, and the function of the detonator is realized.
3. The ignition agent can only burn and does not generate detonation in the conventional atmospheric pressure environment, the ignition agent is the ignition powder under the conventional atmospheric pressure condition, the ignition agent is the initiating powder which is converted from combustion to detonation under the sealing condition, the safety is very high, the technology is mature, the service performance is good, and the popularization and use values are wide in the national range.

Detailed Description
The invention is described in detail below by way of example with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The present embodiment provides a safety initiating element, as shown in fig. 1, comprising a tubular housing 2, an ignition charge 3, a covering explosive 4 and an end cap 5.
The tubular housing 2 is a tubular member made of iron, steel, stainless steel, aluminum and its alloy, or plastic pipe, the outer diameter of the tubular housing 2 is between 3.0mm and 8.0mm, and the best usage range is between 4.0mm and 7.0mm, the inner diameter of the tubular housing 2 is between 2.5mm and 7.5mm, and the best usage range is between 3.6mm and 6.6mm, the diameter of the ignition port 1 of the tubular housing 2 is between 0.5mm and 5.0mm, and the best usage range is between 1.0mm and 2.5mm, and the length of the tubular housing 2 is between 5.0mm and 20.0mm, and the best usage range is between 8.0mm and 15.0 mm.
The ignition medicament 3 is a perchloric acid carbohydrazide metal complex medicament, or a perchloric acid amine salt medicament, or a hexogen/potassium chlorate mixed medicament, or a picrate/perchlorate mixed medicament, or a teran/potassium chlorate mixed medicament, or a hexogen/potassium perchlorate mixed medicament, or a teran/potassium perchlorate mixed medicament, or a pure crystal teran explosive, or a pure crystal hexogen explosive, or a pure crystal octogen explosive. The agent is an ignition powder which can only burn and does not generate detonation under the condition of normal atmospheric pressure, and is an initiating powder which can be converted into detonation by burning under the sealed condition.
The covering explosive 4 is a pure crystalline Taian explosive, a pure crystalline hexogen explosive or a pure crystalline octogen explosive, or a mixed explosive prepared by mixing and granulating the pure crystalline Taian explosive, the pure crystalline hexogen explosive or the pure crystalline octogen explosive and additives such as a high polymer material or ceresin or lac. The use of the cover charges 4 is mainly intended to avoid accidental ignition due to direct friction between the end cap 5 and the ignition charge 3 during press-fitting.
The end cover 5 is a sheet-shaped flanged small cup which is made of iron, steel, stainless steel, aluminum and alloy thereof, celluloid or plastics, has the outer diameter consistent with the inner diameter of the tubular shell 2 and has the thickness of 0.01mm to 1.0mm, and as shown in fig. 3, the open end of the end cover 5 can be attached to the covering explosive 4 towards the inside of the tubular shell 2 or can be installed towards the outside of the tubular shell 2.
As shown in fig. 2, one end of the tubular housing 2 is open, the other end is closed, and a through hole is opened on the end face of the closed end to serve as an ignition port 1; the explosive charge of the ignition agent 3 is 20mg to 300mg, the explosive charge of the covering explosive 4 is 20mg to 200mg, the ignition agent 3 and the covering explosive 4 are sequentially filled into the tubular shell 2 through the open ends, and the ignition agent 3 and the covering explosive 4 are pressed into the tubular shell 2 through the end cover 5 at a certain pressure to form an integrated safe initiation part. The press fitting pressure is between 4MPa and 40MPa, and the optimal pressure range is between 10MPa and 25 MPa.
The safety priming piece and the tube shell filled with the basic explosive are assembled together to form the detonator, and at the moment, the end cover 5 is in contact with the end of the basic explosive and is ignited under a closed condition, so that the purpose of converting combustion into detonation can be realized, and the function of the detonator is realized.

Claims (10)
1. A safety priming member is characterized by comprising a tubular shell, an ignition agent, a covering explosive and an end cover;
one end of the tubular shell is open, the other end of the tubular shell is closed, and the closed end is provided with a through hole as an ignition hole; the ignition agent and the covering explosive are sequentially loaded into the tubular shell through the open end and are pressed together with the end cover into the tubular shell, so that an integrated safe detonating piece is formed.
2. The safety initiator according to claim 1, wherein the end cap open end is mounted towards the inside of the tubular casing or the outside of the tubular casing; the end cap is made of aluminum foil, copper foil, steel foil or plastic.
3. The safety detonator of claim 1 wherein the tubular casing has an outer diameter of between 3.0mm and 8.0mm, an inner diameter of between 2.5mm and 7.5mm, a diameter of the tubular casing end face through bore of between 0.5mm and 5.0mm, and a length of between 5.0mm and 20.0 mm.

A safety detonator as claimed in claim 3 wherein the outer diameter of the tubular casing is between 4.0mm and 7.0mm, the inner diameter of the tubular casing is between 3.6mm and 6.6mm, the diameter of the tubular casing end face through bore is between 1.0mm and 2.5mm and the length of the tubular casing is between 8.0mm and 15.0 mm.

The safety detonator as claimed in claim 1, wherein the ignition agent is a carbohydrazide perchlorate-based agent, or an amine perchlorate-based agent, or a hexogen/potassium chlorate mixed agent, or a picrate/perchlorate mixed agent, or a taian/potassium chlorate mixed agent, or a hexogen/potassium perchlorate mixed agent, or a taian/potassium perchlorate mixed agent, or a pure crystalline taian explosive, or a pure crystalline hexogen explosive, or a pure crystalline octogen explosive.
6. The safety detonator of claim 1 wherein said cap explosive is a pure crystalline explosive, either pure crystalline Taian explosive, or pure crystalline hexogen explosive, or pure crystalline octogen explosive, or a blended explosive formed by mixing and granulating said pure crystalline explosive with a polymeric material, or ceresin, or shellac.
7. The safety initiator of claim 1 wherein the ignition charge is between 20mg and 300mg and the cap explosive charge is between 20mg and 200 mg.
8. The safety initiator of claim 1 wherein the press-fit pressure is between 4MPa and 40 MPa.
9. The safety initiator of claim 8 wherein the press-fit pressure is between 10MPa and 25 MPa.
10. A safety primer according to claim 1, for use as a firing element, or primer, in a detonator.
