本发明涉及管件制造领域,具体是一种复合保温水管。
背景技术
在日常生活中,水管作为供水用具,在生活中扮演了重要的角色。水管给水***在建筑生活等领域得到广泛使用,然而现有技术中的水管的保温性能较差,在冬天的寒冷天气中,水管极易冻住,致使居民用水不便。更重要的一点是在供暖***中,由于水管没有保温的功能,导致供暖过程中,热量大量从水管流失,造成资源的极大浪费。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的问题,本发明的目的是提供一种复合保温水管。
本发明采用的技术方案是:一种复合保温水管,包括金属薄管,所述金属薄管外覆复合保温层。
优选地,所述金属薄管使用304号不锈钢、316L号不锈钢或317L号不锈钢;所述金属薄管厚度不超过1mm。
进一步地,所述复合保温层为多层结构,其由5-10层气凝胶毡复合纤维叠加而成。
优选地,所述气凝胶毡复合纤维由气凝胶复合粉体、热熔胶和基材纤维热复合而成;
所述气凝胶复合粉体包括二氧化硅气凝胶、膨胀珍珠岩、纳米孔金属有机化合物、发泡高分子树脂、发泡酚醛树脂和活性炭;
所述基材纤维包括碳纤维、聚酯纤维、氨纶、丙纶、尼龙和聚乙烯。
进一步地,所述复合保温层的外侧还具有一个橡胶保护层。
本发明的一种复合保温水管,在轻薄的金属薄管外侧复合多层气凝胶复合毡纤维,使水管具有极佳的保温性能和较好的力学强度,其热导系数低于0.015W/m.K,同时,其重量降低了80%以上。

进一步地,所述复合保温层2为多层结构,其由5-10层气凝胶毡复合纤维4叠加而成。
优选地,所述气凝胶毡复合纤维4由气凝胶复合粉体、热熔胶5和基材纤维热复合而成;
