The chain 4 is preferably arranged to be inclined, so that the connection with the roller shaft is more convenient, and the gear 11 arranged at the front end of the speed reducer 1 is in adaptive connection with the chain 4; the fixing frame 3 is used for fixing the arch-shaped element 2, the speed reducer 1 is arranged in the middle arch-shaped hole of the arch-shaped element 2, preferably, a circular cavity is arranged in the arch-shaped hole and is used for accommodating the speed reducer 1, and the rotating device can be a rotating shaft, a rotating gear and the like, which is not the key point of the invention and is omitted. In a preferred embodiment, the front disc 51 includes two oval disc bodies 511 disposed corresponding to each other and a disc connecting column 512 connected between the two disc bodies 511.
