The capsule wall material has low water content, the drying speed is shortened to 1/3-1/2 of the normal time, the production efficiency is greatly improved, and each quality index after the capsule is prepared can meet the requirement of industrially rolling the capsule filter stick.

(3) taking out the wet capsule, and cleaning with edible ethanol;
(4) putting the washed wet capsules into drying equipment, and shaping and drying at 38 ℃ for 1-3 h to obtain dry capsules;
(5) and (3) balancing the dry capsule for more than 72 hours in an environment with the temperature of 22 +/-2 ℃ and the humidity of 50 +/-5 percent to obtain a finished product.

The following examples are given for the detailed implementation and specific operation of the present invention, but the scope of the present invention is not limited to the following examples.
Example 1
(1) Respectively weighing 10kg of carrageenan, 1kg of gelatin, 100kg of deionized water, 0.2kg of sorbitol, 0.3kg of sodium pyrophosphate and 0.2kg of potassium chloride, adding the materials into a gelatin melting tank, heating to 80 ℃, stirring at constant temperature until the mixture is completely dissolved, adding 15g of brilliant blue, continuously stirring at constant temperature until the brilliant blue is completely dissolved and uniformly dispersed, stopping stirring, keeping the temperature and standing for 1h to remove bubbles, and sieving with an 80-mesh sieve to obtain a wall material gelatin solution.
(2) Adopting a dripping device with a coaxial double-layer dripper, wherein the coaxial double-layer dripper has an internal pulse function; adding wall material glue solution and capsule content (essence for orange flavor cigarette) into a corresponding storage tank of dripping equipment, and conveying to a coaxial double-layer dripper through a pipeline; the mass ratio of the wall material glue solution to the capsule content is 4:1, the outlet temperature of the coaxial double-layer dripper is set to be 85 ℃, when the wall material glue solution and the capsule content pass through the coaxial double-layer dripper, the capsule content is subjected to pulse cutting to form liquid drops, and the liquid drops are dripped into paraffin oil at the temperature of 16 ℃ for cooling to form spherical wet capsules.
(3) Taking out the wet capsule, and cleaning with 99% edible ethanol;
(4) putting the washed wet capsules into drying equipment, and shaping and drying at 38 ℃ for 2h to obtain dry capsules;
(5) and (3) balancing the dry capsules for more than 72 hours in an environment with the temperature of 22 +/-2 ℃ and the humidity of 50 +/-5 percent to obtain the finished product.
The final capsule weight of the present example is 12.0 + -1.0 mg, wherein the content weight is 10.8 + -1.0 mg, the capsule particle size is 2.70 + -0.2 mm, and the capsule pressure mean value is 1.2 + -0.2 kg.
