Detailed Description
To further illustrate the present invention, a specific embodiment of a pipe feeding and transferring mechanism is further illustrated below with reference to the accompanying drawings, and the following examples are illustrative of the present invention and the present invention is not limited to the following examples.
As shown in fig. 1, the pipe fitting feeding and transferring mechanism of the present invention comprises a feeding base 1, a conduit mechanism 2, a transferring mechanism 3 and a material conveying mechanism 4, wherein the conduit mechanism 2 and the transferring mechanism 3 are sequentially and fixedly arranged on one side of the feeding base 1 from top to bottom along a vertical direction, and the material conveying mechanism 4 is horizontally arranged on the feeding base 1 on one side of the transferring mechanism 3. As shown in figure 2, the pipe mechanism 2 of the invention comprises a pipe 5, a stop gear 6, a pressing gear 7, a stop connecting plate 8, a translational pressing block 9 and a blanking cylinder 10, wherein the pipe 5 is vertically arranged on one side above a feeding base 1, a lower pipe channel 11 is vertically arranged in the pipe 5, the stop gear 6 and the pressing gear 7 are coaxially and vertically arranged on the feeding base 1 on one side of the pipe 5, the diameter of the stop gear 6 is twice of the diameter of the pressing gear 7, an upper rack sleeve 12 and a lower rack sleeve 13 are sequentially arranged on the feeding base 1 on one side of the pipe 5 from top to bottom, a stop rack 14 is horizontally and slidably arranged in the lower rack sleeve 13, the stop rack 14 is meshed with the stop gear 6, the stop connecting plate 8 is horizontally and fixedly arranged at one end of the stop rack 14, a baffle through hole 15 matched with the stop connecting plate 8 is arranged on one side of the lower end of the pipe 5, a material pressing rack 16 is arranged in the upper rack sleeve 12 in a sliding manner along the horizontal direction, the material pressing rack 16 is meshed with a material pressing gear 7, one end of the material pressing rack 16 is vertically and fixedly provided with a translation pressing block 9, one side of the conduit pipe 5 is provided with a pressing block through hole 17 matched with the translation pressing block 9, a rack bracket 18 is horizontally and fixedly arranged on the material feeding base 1 at the upper side of the material blocking gear 6, a translation rack 19 is arranged in the rack bracket 18 in a sliding manner along the horizontal direction, the translation rack 19 is meshed with the upper side of the material blocking gear 6, a discharging cylinder 10 is horizontally and fixedly arranged at one side of the rack bracket 18, the output end of the discharging cylinder 10 is fixedly connected with one end of the translation rack 19, a pipe bearing bracket 20 is vertically and fixedly arranged at one side of the conduit pipe 5, a lifting guide rod 21 is vertically and fixedly arranged on the, a pipe bearing electromagnet 23 is vertically and fixedly arranged on one side of the guide pipe base 22, a magnet channel 24 matched with the pipe bearing electromagnet 23 is vertically arranged on the guide pipe 5, and a reset spring 25 is sleeved on the lifting guide rod 21 on the lower side of the guide pipe base 22. As shown in FIG. 3, the transferring mechanism 3 of the present invention comprises a tube transferring rotating shaft 26, a reciprocating rotating plate 27, a tube bearing mechanism 28, an arc connecting plate 29, a transferring gear 30 and a transferring motor 31, wherein the tube transferring rotating shaft 26 is horizontally and rotatably connected to the feeding base 1 at the lower side of the catheter material tube 5, the reciprocating rotating plate 27 is arranged at one side of the feeding base 1, the middle part of one side of the reciprocating rotating plate 27 is fixedly connected with the end part of the tube transferring rotating shaft 26, the tube bearing mechanism 28 and the arc connecting plate 29 are respectively arranged at the two ends of the reciprocating rotating plate 27 along the radial direction of the rotation of the reciprocating rotating plate 27, the outer side of the arc connecting plate 29 is provided with an arc rack 32, the feeding base 1 at the lower side of the reciprocating rotating plate 27 is vertically and rotatably connected with the transferring gear 30 matched with the arc rack 32, the transferring gear 30 is an intermittent gear, the transferring gear 30 is intermittently engaged with the arc rack 32, the transferring motor 31, the vertical main belt pulley 33 that is provided with of transport motor 31 output, the vertical coaxial auxiliary belt pulley 34 that is provided with in transport gear 30 one side, adopt between main belt pulley 33 and the auxiliary belt pulley 34 to transport the belt 35 transmission and connect. As shown in fig. 4, 5 and 6, the pipe bearing mechanism 28 of the present invention comprises a pipe releasing round rod 36, a round rod base 37, a pipe clamping cylinder 38 and a pipe pushing cylinder 39, wherein the round rod base 37 is fixedly arranged at the end of the reciprocating rotating plate 27, the pipe releasing round rod 36 is fixedly arranged at one side of the round rod base 37 along the radial direction of the rotation of the reciprocating rotating plate 27, pipe clamping brackets 40 are respectively fixedly arranged on the round rod base 37 at both sides of the pipe releasing round rod 36, the pipe clamping cylinder 38 is respectively horizontally arranged at both sides of the pipe releasing round rod 36, the pipe clamping cylinder 38 is fixedly arranged at one side of the pipe clamping bracket 40, a pipe clamping connecting plate 41 is fixedly arranged at the output end of the pipe clamping cylinder 38, the pipe clamping connecting plate 41 is of an L-shaped structure, the pipe clamping connecting plate 41 is slidably arranged on the pipe clamping bracket 40, the pipe pushing cylinder 39 is fixedly arranged at the inner wall of the reciprocating rotating plate 27 along the radial direction of the rotation of the reciprocating rotating plate 27, the output end of the pipe pushing cylinder 39 is vertically arranged with a pipe pushing connecting plate, the pipe pushing connecting plate 42 is sleeved on the pipe placing round rod 36 in a sliding mode along the radial direction of the rotation of the reciprocating rotating plate 27, a reset tension spring 44 is obliquely arranged between the end of the pipe bearing mechanism 28 and the feeding base 1 of the reciprocating rotating plate 27, and a reset baffle 45 is fixedly arranged on the feeding base 1 on one side of the reciprocating rotating plate 27. The end part of the pipe placing round rod 36 is of a hemispherical structure, so that the pipe fittings in the pipe guiding pipe 5 can be smoothly sleeved on the pipe placing round rod 36 in the falling process.
By adopting the technical scheme, when the pipe fitting feeding and transferring mechanism is used, the pipe fitting feeding and transferring mechanism is fixedly arranged on one side of the feeding
