Abstract

This dyeing machine waste gas collection processing system can reduce dyeing material gas and spill over from the jar mouth, and then reduces and causes the pollution to the air, reaches fine treatment effect.

Background
Currently, in the textile dyeing and finishing industry, dyeing machines are used to dye fabrics. In the prior art, when the dyeing machine is used for dyeing, a cloth inlet and outlet is closed, no dye solution gas overflows, but when part of processes and the dyeing machine is used for feeding and discharging cloth, a cover is not closed, and a small amount of dye gas overflows, so that air pollution is caused. Each dyeing machine is provided with two cloth outlets.
The air inlet end of the alkali liquor spraying device is arranged at the bottom of the alkali liquor spraying device, and the air outlet end of the alkali liquor spraying device is arranged at the top of the alkali liquor spraying device.
The waste gas that alkali lye spray set got into is transmitted from bottom to top, alkali lye spray set's alkali lye sprays from top to bottom.
