In the steam dish washing and disinfecting process, the temperature is quickly increased, and the scale generated in the steam work is less; a small amount of scale generated in the working process of the evaporator can be washed away by the final hot acidic water, so that the effect of purifying the evaporator is achieved, and the service life of the evaporator is prolonged; the steam dish-washing machine does not need to use purified water, and the tap water is softened by using the water softener of the steam dish-washing machine, so that the hardness is reduced, and the trouble of adding purified water by a user is reduced; the descaling device has the characteristics of flexible operation, safety, reliability, effective saving of the production and later maintenance costs of the dishwasher, improvement of the convenience of descaling and improvement of user experience.

a. the dishwasher is fed with water, the supplied tap water is preliminarily softened by the water softener, and the water enters the bottom of the dishwasher cavity after the hardness of the water is reduced;
b. starting a washing motor and a heating system to work by controlling a switch, heating water entering the cavity to 70-80 ℃ according to the step a, simultaneously raising the temperature inside the whole cavity to 70-80 ℃, and then supplying hot water to a steam generator, so that the steam generation efficiency and the temperature raising speed inside the dish washing machine are improved, and the aim of quickly disinfecting is fulfilled;
c. b, according to the step b, the washing motor works all the time in the water heating process, so that the water in the cavity circulates quickly to wash the surface of the tableware, meanwhile, the dish washer distributor works, acid substances are put into hot water, and the added acid substances are dissolved quickly by the quickly circulating hot water;
d. and c, supplying acidic hot water to the steam generator according to the step c, quickly generating required steam, reducing the retention time of the water in the steam generator, reducing the scale generation amount in the evaporator and prolonging the service life of the evaporator.
Also comprises the following steps
e. After the steam generator rapidly heats the cavity to 100 ℃, the steam generator is switched to be in discontinuous on-off work so as to achieve the effects of heat preservation and low power consumption;

c. b, according to the step b, the washing motor works all the time in the water heating process, so that the water in the cavity circulates quickly to wash the surface of the tableware, meanwhile, the dish washer distributor works, acid substances are put into hot water, and the added acid substances are dissolved quickly by the quickly circulating hot water;
