The inner pot assembly as claimed in claim 2, wherein the inner pot (10) comprises a pot body (12) and the deformation part (14), the food steamer (30) is detachably sleeved in the pot body (12), an opening (13) is formed in one side of the pot body (12) facing the food steamer (30), the deformation part (14) is hermetically assembled at the opening (13) and has deformation capacity in the lifting direction of the food steamer (30).

The inner pot assembly as claimed in claim 4, wherein a receiving chamber (121) is formed by recessing a part of the bottom wall of the pot body (12) in a direction extending into the pot body (12), the receiving chamber (121) is provided with the opening (13), the deformation part (14) is hermetically assembled at the opening (13) of the receiving chamber (121), and the force-bearing rod 16 is received in the receiving chamber (121).

The inner pot assembly according to claim 5, characterized in that a part of the bottom wall of the food steamer (30) is concavely formed with a matching bin (31) towards the direction extending into the food steamer (30), and the matching bin (31) is detachably sleeved outside the accommodating bin (121).

Inner pot assembly according to claim 5, characterized in that the deformation (14) comprises a fitting end (141) and a deformation end (143), the fitting end (141) is sealingly fitted at the opening (13), and the deformation end (143) is connected with the fitting end (141) and has at least two folds in the lifting direction of the basket (30).
8. Inner pot assembly according to claim 5, further comprising a pressure plate (50), wherein the pressure plate (50) fits inside the receiving bin (121), and the fitting end (141) is fixed abutting between the pressure plate (50) and the inner wall of the receiving bin (121).

Inner pot assembly according to claim 7 or 8, characterized in that the deformation (14) further comprises a water-proof wall (145), the water-proof wall (145) is arranged at the mounting end (141) and forms a water-proof groove with the mounting end (141), and the edge of the opening (13) on the accommodating bin (121) is sleeved in the water-proof groove.
10. An outer pot assembly adapted to mate with an inner pot assembly according to any one of claims 1 to 9 and comprising:
an outer pot (210) having a mounting cavity (212) formed thereon;
the driving piece (211) is matched and connected in the installation cavity (212) and is detachably abutted with the deformation part (14);
wherein, the driving piece (211) is controlled to drive the deformation part (14) to deform.
11. The outer pot assembly of claim 10 wherein the driving member (211) comprises a fixed portion (213) and a lifting portion (214) for providing a driving force for lifting the food steamer (30);
wherein the lifting part (214) is in separable abutting contact with a stress rod (16) positioned on the stress side of the deformation part (14).
12. The outer pan assembly of claim 10, further comprising a bracket (214), the mounting cavity (212) having a mounting opening for allowing the driving member (211) to pass through, the bracket (214) being detachably coupled to the mounting opening and supporting the driving member (211) within the mounting cavity (212).
13. A cooking appliance comprising an inner pan assembly (100) as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9 and an outer pan assembly as claimed in any one of claims 10 to 12.
