Abstract
The invention relates to an inspection system and method based on an intelligent mobile terminal, wherein the system comprises a PC management end, a web server, a mobile terminal and inspection labels, the web server is connected with the PC management end, the inspection labels are NFC labels with two-dimensional codes, the NFC labels are arranged at all inspection points, the mobile terminal is provided with an NFC reading module, a camera scanning module, a wireless network module, a processor and a memory, and the processor is respectively connected with the NFC reading module, the camera scanning module, the wireless network module and the memory. Compared with the prior art, the method can effectively reduce the prior work, and only the corresponding two-dimensional code needs to be replaced without replacing the NFC label when the information is replaced at the same inspection point, so that the overall cost is reduced; need not to patrol and examine personnel and open intelligent terminal at every point initiative of patrolling and examining, greatly improved the convenience of using, help promoting whole efficiency of patrolling and examining.

The wireless network module is a 4G module, a 5G module or a WIFI module, and the mobile terminal is connected with the web server through the wireless network module.
The inspection personnel begin to inspect according to a preset inspection route within the execution time period of an inspection task (a task generated according to an inspection plan), contact a corresponding NFC label through the mobile terminal after each inspection point is reached, and then scan the two-dimensional code on the NFC label by using the camera scanning module, so that the check-in position can be obtained. Meanwhile, according to the planned requirement setting, information such as whether relevant photos exist in the inspection and whether abnormal conditions exist in the inspection, instrument value records and the like is uploaded to a web server, and the inspection task of the inspection point is completed.

After logging in the routing inspection software, the software retrieves unfinished task information, then automatically pops out routing inspection point information to be detected according to the task information, and after the two-dimensional of the routing inspection point is scanned, task display is finished.
