3. The method for issuing the gray scale of the application program according to claim 2, wherein the determining a new characteristic corresponding to the second user information that satisfies the preset condition as a target new characteristic specifically includes:
according to a preset grading rule, grading the user information of each dimension in the second user information corresponding to each new characteristic respectively;
respectively carrying out weighted summation on the scoring results of all dimensions in the second user information corresponding to each new characteristic, and determining the scoring result of each new characteristic;
and if the scoring result of the at least one new characteristic is greater than the corresponding score threshold value, determining the at least one new characteristic as a target new characteristic.
4. The method for issuing the gray scale of the application program according to claim 2, wherein the determining a new characteristic corresponding to the second user information that satisfies the preset condition as a target new characteristic specifically includes:
respectively determining whether the user information of each dimension of the second user information meets the corresponding judgment condition; wherein, the user information of each dimension corresponds to a judgment condition;
and if the user information of all dimensions meets the corresponding judgment conditions, determining the new characteristic corresponding to the second user information as the target new characteristic.
5. The gray scale release device of an application program is characterized in that the number of new characteristics of the application program is one or more, and the new characteristics comprise new functional characteristics and/or new product characteristics; the device comprises:

the first new characteristic is different from the second new characteristic, and the second user information corresponding to the first new characteristic is different from the second user information corresponding to the second new characteristic.
7. The gradation issuing apparatus of an application program according to claim 6, comprising:
the determining unit is further used for scoring the user information of each dimension in the second user information corresponding to each new characteristic according to a preset scoring rule;
respectively carrying out weighted summation on the scoring results of all dimensions in the second user information corresponding to each new characteristic, and determining the scoring result of each new characteristic;
and if the scoring result of the at least one new characteristic is greater than the corresponding score threshold value, determining the at least one new characteristic as a target new characteristic.
8. The gradation issuing apparatus of an application program according to claim 6, comprising:
the determining unit is specifically further configured to determine whether the user information of each dimension of the second user information meets a corresponding decision condition; wherein, the user information of each dimension corresponds to a judgment condition;
and if the user information of all dimensions meets the corresponding judgment conditions, determining the new characteristic corresponding to the second user information as the target new characteristic.
9. A computer-readable storage medium storing one or more programs, the one or more programs comprising instructions, which when executed by a computer, cause the computer to perform the gray scale publishing method of an application program according to any one of claims 1-4.
10. A computer program product comprising instructions which, when run on a computer, cause the computer to carry out the method of grey scale publishing for an application program according to any one of claims 1-4.

A gradation issuance apparatus comprising: a processor, a memory, and a communication interface; wherein the communication interface is for communicating with other devices or a communication network, and the memory is for storing one or more programs, the one or more programs comprising computer executable instructions which, when the apparatus is run, the processor executes the computer executable instructions stored by the memory to cause the apparatus to perform the method of grayscale distribution of application programs as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4.
