Background
The conventional rotating-tube weapon barrel assembly generally comprises 3 barrels (or more), a joint sleeve, a barrel hoop and the like, wherein the barrels are fixed on the joint sleeve, and the barrel hoop provides radial positioning for the barrels and improves the axial rigidity of the barrels so as to ensure the shooting precision. In the shooting process, hundreds of megabytes of chamber pressure are generated in the barrel bore after the gun and the bullet is fired, certain acting force is generated on the barrel by the rotation of the bullet in the chamber, and the reliability and the precision performance of the light weapon can be ensured only by ensuring that the barrel is fixed reliably.
The common fixing modes of the barrel, the joint sleeve and the barrel hoop of the rotating-barrel weapon include bolt fixing, thread fixing, partition groove fixing and the like. The bolt fixing mode needs drilling holes and pin punching in groups, has poor assembly manufacturability, and damages the barrel substrate, thereby influencing the shooting precision; the fixed mode of the isolating groove has higher requirements on the processing precision of parts, and leads to larger radial size of the weapon.

An adjusting gasket 10 is arranged between the barrel 1 and the positioning hoop 5.

A plurality of anti-rotation planes 19 are circumferentially distributed on the barrel 1. The number of the inner holes of the cover plate 2 corresponds to the number of the barrel 1 and is uniformly distributed along the circumference. The cover plate 2 is fixedly mounted to the socket 3 by means of screws 12.
