The invention relates to the technical field of drying, in particular to a drying device.
Background
The bedding is easily affected with damp in humid weather, and is not dried for a long time, so that bacteria such as mites are easily bred, and the human health is affected. For solving the problem, the current solution is to dry the bedding by blowing through a dryer, for drying the bedding, the bedding needs to be supported by a supporting device to form a ventilation space, and then the dryer blows into the ventilation space, thereby realizing the drying of the bedding. However, in the existing drying process, a supporting device is required to be prepared in addition to the dryer, which is very inconvenient.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a drying device, and aims to solve the technical problem that in the existing drying process, a supporting device needs to be prepared in addition to a dryer.
The present invention is achieved as such, a drying apparatus comprising:
a wind power generator for generating wind power;
casing assembly, including mutual sliding connection's first casing and second casing, first casing has the lid and closes position and holding position, works as first casing is in when the lid closes the position, first casing lid fits on the second casing, works as when first casing is in holding position, the one end of first casing with the second casing is connected, and the other end with second casing interval, the second casing is the cavity casing to be equipped with air intake and air outlet, the wind generator includes the fan export, the fan export with the air intake intercommunication.
Further, the first shell is provided with a first fixing piece and a second fixing piece, the top surface of the second shell is provided with a first fixing groove, the side surface of the second shell is provided with a second fixing groove, when the first shell is located at a supporting position, the first fixing piece is fixed in the first fixing groove, and the second fixing piece is fixed in the second fixing groove.
Further, the first shell comprises a top wall and side walls extending downwards from the side edges of the top wall, when the first shell is in the covering position, the top wall of the first shell is abutted to the top surface of the second shell, and the side walls of the first shell are respectively abutted to the side surfaces of the second shell.
Further, the first fixing member is disposed at an end of the top wall, the second fixing member is disposed at a bottom of the side wall, the second fixing member has a rotation position in the second fixing groove and a fixing position in the second fixing groove, the rotation position is rotatable relative to the second fixing groove, the fixing position is fixed relative to the second fixing groove, when the second fixing member rotates to the fixing position, the first fixing member is fixed in the first fixing groove, a tail end of the first housing is fixedly connected to the second housing, and a head end of the first housing is spaced from the second housing.
Furthermore, the two side faces of the second shell are provided with sliding grooves, the second fixing grooves are formed in one ends, close to the head of the second shell, of the sliding grooves, and the second fixing pieces are connected in the sliding grooves in a sliding mode.

Furthermore, the wind power generator comprises a shell and an air feeder, a fan inlet and a fan outlet are arranged on the shell, the air feeder is installed in the shell and used for generating wind power, the drying device further comprises an air guide pipe, and the fan outlet is communicated with the air inlet through the air guide pipe.
Further, the wind generator further comprises a heater installed in the housing and located at the outlet of the fan.
The drying device has the following beneficial effects: including wind power generator and housing assembly, its wind power generator is used for producing wind-force, and housing assembly includes mutual sliding connection's first casing and second casing, and first casing has lid and closes position and support position, and the second casing is the cavity casing to be equipped with air intake and air outlet, wind power generator includes the fan export, fan export and air intake intercommunication. When personal articles such as cotton-wadded quilt are dried to needs, adjust the support position with first casing for support personal articles such as cotton-wadded quilt, improve the area of contact of articles such as cotton-wadded quilt with production wind-force, improve drying efficiency and stoving effect, after the stoving process, adjust first casing to the position of closing, reduce drying device's volume, the drying device's of being convenient for accomodate.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a drying device according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a wind generator 2 and a housing assembly 1. Wherein the wind power generator 2 is used for generating wind power. Casing assembly 1, including mutual sliding connection's first casing 10 and second casing 20, when first casing 10 is in the lid and closes the position, first casing 10 lid fits on second casing 20, when first casing 10 is in the support position, the one end and the second casing 20 of first casing 10 are connected, and the other end and the second casing 20 interval, second casing 20 is the cavity casing to be equipped with air intake 21 and air outlet, wind generator 2 includes the fan export, the fan export communicates with air intake 21.

Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the first housing 10 is provided with a first fixing member 111 and two second fixing members 121, the top surface 23 of the second housing 20 is provided with a first fixing groove 231, and two side surfaces 24 are provided with second fixing grooves 241, when the first housing 10 is at the supporting position, the first fixing member 111 is fixed in the first fixing groove 231, and the two second fixing members 121 are respectively fixed in the two second fixing grooves 241. Specifically, the first fixing member 111 may be a first clamping piece, and correspondingly, the first fixing groove 231 is a first clamping groove, and when the first housing 10 is at the supporting position, the first clamping piece is clamped in the first clamping groove; the second fixing member 121 may be a second clip, and correspondingly, the second fixing groove 241 is a second slot, and when the first housing 10 is at the supporting position, the second clip is clipped in the second slot. The first housing 10 includes a top wall 11 and two side walls 12 extending downward from two side edges of the top wall 11, when the first housing 10 is in the closed position, the top wall 11 of the first housing 10 abuts against a top surface 23 of the second housing 20, and the two side walls 12 of the first housing 10 abut against two side surfaces 24 of the second housing 20, respectively.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the two side surfaces 24 of the second casing 20 are further provided with a sliding groove 242 and a limiting groove 243, the second fixing groove 241 is disposed at one end of the sliding groove 242 close to the head of the second casing 20, the limiting groove 243 is disposed at one end of the sliding groove 242 close to the tail of the second casing 20, the second fixing member 121 is slidably connected in the sliding groove 242, the first fixing member 111 is disposed at the tail end of the top wall 11, the two second fixing members 121 are respectively disposed at the tail ends of the bottoms of the two side walls 12, and the second fixing member 121 has a rotating position capable of rotating relative to the second fixing groove 241 and a fixing position fixed relative to the second fixing groove 241 in the second fixing. Further, the sliding slot 242 may be disposed obliquely, so as to facilitate the first housing 10 to change states.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, when the first housing 10 is in the covering position, the first fixing element 111 is separated from the first fixing groove 231, the top wall 11 of the first housing 10 abuts against the top surface 23 of the second housing 20, the second fixing element 121 is located in the limiting groove 243, the two side walls 12 of the first housing 10 abut against the two side surfaces 24 of the second housing 20, respectively, the limiting groove 243 is used for limiting the first housing 10 in the covering state, and the second fixing element 121 can be pulled out from the limiting groove 243 by a certain pulling force to prevent the first housing 10 in the covering position from being displaced randomly; when the first casing 10 needs to be adjusted to the supporting position, a force is applied to the first casing 10 in a direction towards the head of the second casing 20, the second fixing member 121 at the bottom end of the sidewall 12 of the first casing 10 moves towards the head of the second casing 20 along the sliding slot 242, until the second fixing member 121 slides into the second fixing slot 241 at the end of the sliding slot 242 close to the head of the second casing 20, the second fixing member 121 is at a rotation position rotatable with respect to the second fixing groove 241, then, the second fixing member 121 is driven to rotate in the second fixing groove 241 until the second fixing member 121 rotates to a fixed position, at this time, the second fixing member 121 is fixedly connected with the second fixing groove 241, and the first fixing member 111 is fixed in the first fixing groove 231, that is, the tail end of the first casing 10 is fixedly connected to the second casing 20, and the head end of the first casing 10 is spaced from the second casing 20, at this time, the first casing 10 is in the supporting position. It should be noted that the movement of the first housing 10 can be adjusted manually by the operator, or can be accomplished by a mechanical drive.
When the first housing 10 is at the supporting position, the positions of the three fixing points of the first fixing member 111 and the two second fixing members 121 form an isosceles triangle structure, so that the present embodiment realizes stable support of the first housing 10 by the number of the fixing points as small as possible, and prevents the first housing 10 from falling down during the supporting process of the cotton quilt and other objects. Optionally, the first casing 10 may further include more than three fixing members, and correspondingly, the second casing 10 may include more than three fixing grooves.
Referring to fig. 2, the air outlets include a top air outlet 221, a side air outlet 222, and a head air outlet 223. Wherein, the top air outlet 221 is a plurality of air outlets; the side air outlet 222 is located on at least one of the two sides 24 of the second casing 20; the head air outlet 223 is located the head of second casing 20, and drying device is still including expanding fragrant box 30, expands fragrant box 30 and is used for depositing the champignon, and detachably installs in the position of head air outlet 223, and its effect adds fragrant smell for article such as cotton-wadded quilt.
The wind power generator 2 comprises a shell and a wind feeder, a fan inlet and a fan outlet are formed in the shell, the wind feeder is installed in the shell and used for generating wind power, the drying device further comprises a wind guide pipe 3, and the fan outlet is communicated with the air inlet 21 through the wind guide pipe 3. The wind generator 2 further comprises a heater mounted within the housing at the outlet of the fan.
