The spraying-free PP/PCTG alloy material with the multicolor effect comprises 1-2 parts of lubricant, preferably 1 part, based on the mass parts of homopolymerized PP resin. In the present invention, the lubricant preferably comprises oxidized polyethylene.
Based on the mass parts of homopolymerized PP resin, the spraying-free PP/PCTG alloy material with the multicolor effect comprises 0.5-1.5 parts of weather-resistant agent, preferably 1 part. In the present invention, the weather resistant agent preferably includes an ultraviolet absorber UV531, an ultraviolet absorber UV328, an antioxidant 1010 and an antioxidant 168; the mass ratio of the ultraviolet absorber UV531 to the ultraviolet absorber UV328 to the antioxidant 1010 to the antioxidant 168 is preferably 1:1:1: 1.
Based on the mass parts of homopolymerized PP resin, the spraying-free PP/PCTG alloy material with the multicolor effect comprises 5-15 parts of multicolor pearl master batches, and preferably 6-10 parts.
The spraying-free PP/PCTG alloy material with the multicolor effect comprises 0-5 parts of compatilizer II, preferably 0-5 parts of compatilizer II, and the mass part of the compatilizer II is 3-5 parts of the compatilizer II. In the embodiment of the invention, the compatilizer II is used in an amount of 0 part and 3 parts. In the invention, the compatilizer II is preferably polyolefin elastomer grafted glycidyl methacrylate, and the grafting rate is preferably 1-2%.
The invention provides a preparation method of a spray-free PP/PCTG alloy material with a colorful effect, which comprises the following steps:
weighing the components according to the formula, and mixing the components except for the colorful pearlescent master batch to obtain a mixture; and feeding the colorful pearlescent master batches in a side feeding manner, and extruding and granulating the mixture together to obtain the spraying-free PP/PCTG alloy material with the colorful effect.
The invention mixes the other components except the colorful pearly-luster master batch to obtain the mixture. Before mixing, the PCTG is preferably dried at the temperature of 80-90 ℃. In the invention, the mixing is preferably carried out in a high-speed mixing device, and the rotating speed of the high-speed mixing device is preferably 500-700 r/min, and more preferably 600 r/min.
After the mixture is obtained, the multicolor pearlescent master batch is fed in a side feeding mode and extruded and granulated together with the mixture to obtain the spraying-free PP/PCTG alloy material with the multicolor effect. In the present invention, the extrusion granulation is preferably performed in an extruder, and more preferably in a twin-screw extruder. In the invention, the temperature of the extruder is preferably 180-220 ℃, the rotating speed of a main machine is preferably 200-250 rpm, and more preferably 200 rpm; the feeding speed of the mixture is preferably 12-15 rpm, and more preferably 12 rpm; the preferred rotation speed of the side feeding is 5-10 rpm; the temperature of the side feeding equipment is preferably 180-205 ℃. The invention has no special requirements on the specific type of the side feeding equipment, and can realize the function of side feeding. In the embodiment of the invention, a single screw extruder is adopted to play a role in material addition.
The multicolor pearly-luster master batch disclosed by the invention is extruded and granulated with PP resin and PCTG resin in a side feeding mode, so that the shearing of an extruder to the multicolor pearly-luster master batch can be effectively reduced, the effect of the multicolor pearly-luster master batch is retained to the maximum extent, and the spraying-free PP/PCTG alloy material with high impact resistance and high gloss and the multicolor effect is obtained after melt extrusion and granulation.
The invention provides a spraying-free PP/PCTG alloy material with fantasy-color effects and a preparation method thereof, which are described in detail in the following with reference to examples, but the invention is not to be construed as limiting the protection scope of the invention.
Example 1
The glittering pearlescent masterbatch was prepared from the materials and components of table 1.
The preparation method comprises the following steps: the method comprises the steps of mixing homopolymerized PP resin, a compatilizer I, a multicolor pearlescent pigment, an antioxidant and a lubricant for one minute by using a low-speed mixer, spraying and adding a coupling agent and a directional arrangement agent, pouring the mixture into a continuous internal mixer for extrusion granulation, wherein the temperature of an internal mixing chamber is 180-190 ℃, the internal mixing speed is 180rpm, the feeding speed is 12rpm, the temperature of the internal mixer is 180-205 ℃, and the main machine speed is 200rpm, so that the multicolor pearlescent master batches 1-4 are obtained.
In Table 1, the homopolymeric PP resin is a high flow transparent grade PP pellet with a melt flow rate of 28g/10 min; the compatilizer I is maleic anhydride grafted polypropylene, the grafting rate is 1.2 percent, and the melt index is 100g/10 min; the magic color pearlescent pigment is a three-color-changing dragon pigment (red-purple-blue) with the particle size of 50-20 microns, the coupling agent is a mixture of KH550 and KH570 in a mass ratio of 1:1, the directional arrangement agent is a high molecular polymer (model SP-1004) containing silanol functional groups, the lubricant is oxidized polyethylene, the antioxidant is a compound of hindered phenol antioxidant (antioxidant 1010) and phosphite antioxidant (antioxidant 168), and the mass ratio of the hindered phenol antioxidant to the phosphite antioxidant is 1.5: 1.

Example 2
The spray-free PP/PCTG alloy material with the multicolor effect is prepared according to the materials and the components in the table 2.
The preparation method comprises the following steps: the homopolymerization PP resin, the copolymerization PP resin, the PCTG, the POE, the compatilizer II, the lubricant and the weather-resistant agent are fully mixed in a high-speed mixing pot for 6-10 minutes, the mixture is extruded and granulated at a feed opening of an extruder, and the colorful pearlescent master batch is fed in a side feeding mode, so that the shearing of a screw rod on the colorful pearlescent master batch is effectively reduced. The temperature of the extruder is 180-220 ℃, the rotating speed of a main machine is 200rpm, and the feeding rotating speed is 12 rpm; the side feeding is 5-10 rpm, and the temperature of side feeding equipment is 180-205 ℃; and performing melt extrusion granulation to obtain the spray-free PP/PCTG alloy material with the multicolor effect.
In Table 2, the copolymerized PP resin was a high-flow random copolymer particle having a melt flow rate of 22g/10 min; the compatilizer II is polyolefin elastomer grafted glycidyl methacrylate (POE-g-GMA), and the grafting rate is 1.5%; the PCTG is polyethylene glycol terephthalate-1, 4-cyclohexanedimethanol, and the content of CHDM (1, 4-cyclohexanedimethanol) in the PCTG is 33 percent; the weather resisting agent is a mixture of an ultraviolet absorbent UV531, an ultraviolet absorbent UV328, an antioxidant 1010 and an antioxidant 168 according to the mass ratio of 1:1:1: 1; the lubricant is oxidized polyethylene.

The PP/PCTG alloy materials prepared in the examples 1-3 and the comparative examples 1-3 are subjected to injection molding to form standard test strips on a standard-sized mold, the performances of the test strips are respectively tested according to the standards, and the performances are shown in Table 3.

From the comparative analysis of example 1 and example 2 in Table 3, it was found that the notched impact strength after the addition of PCTG was from 20.72KJ/m2Increased to 25.66KJ/m2The glossiness is improved from 85.3 degrees to 88.7 degrees, which shows that the addition of PCTG can effectively improve the impact resistance and the glossiness of PP; the comparative analysis of the embodiment 2 and the embodiment 3 shows that the addition of the compatilizer II effectively improves the compatibility between PP and PCTG, and effectively improves the mechanical property (especially the impact resistance) and the glossiness of the PP alloy material; the embodiment 3, the comparative example 1, the comparative example 2 and the comparative example 3 are analyzed to obtain that the magic color pigment is firstly prepared into master batches, the damage of a screw rod to the magic color pigment can be effectively weakened, but the defects exist, the glossiness of the magic color pearl master batches processed by the coupling agent is improved, the flow mark is weakened, the glossiness of the magic color pearl master batches processed by the coupling agent and the directional arrangement agent is obviously improved, the flow mark is obviously weakened, and the perfect product without the flow mark and with high glossiness can be obtained by the proper proportion of the coupling agent and the directional arrangement agent.
The embodiments show that the PP/PCTG composite material disclosed by the invention can obtain the colorful pearlescent metal effect by direct injection molding without spraying, and compared with the traditional paint spraying material, the PP/PCTG composite material has the characteristics of energy conservation, environmental protection, low comprehensive cost and the like, and can be widely applied to the fields of automobiles, household appliances and the like.
The foregoing is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and it should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, various modifications and decorations can be made without departing from the principle of the present invention, and these modifications and decorations should also be regarded as the protection scope of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. The spraying-free PP/PCTG alloy material with the multicolor effect is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by mass: 10-35 parts of homopolymerized PP resin, 40-65 parts of copolymerized PP resin, 5-15 parts of PCTG resin, 4-8 parts of POE toughening agent, 1-2 parts of lubricant, 0.5-1.5 parts of weather resistant agent, 5-15 parts of multicolor pearlescent master batch and 0-5 parts of compatilizer II;
the colorful pearlescent master batch comprises the following preparation raw materials in parts by mass: 60-90 parts of homopolymerized PP resin, 3-5 parts of compatilizer I, 10-30 parts of multicolor pearlescent pigment, 1-5 parts of coupling agent, 1-5 parts of directional arrangement agent, 1-2 parts of lubricant and 0.1-0.5 part of antioxidant.
2. The free-spraying PP/PCTG alloy material with fantasy-color effects is characterized in that the compatilizer II is polyolefin elastomer grafted glycidyl methacrylate, and the grafting rate is 1-2%; the compatilizer I is maleic anhydride grafted polypropylene, the grafting rate is 1-1.2%, and the melt flow rate is 100g/10 min.
3. The free-spraying PP/PCTG alloy material with fantasy-color effects as claimed in claim 1, wherein the homopolymerized PP resin is high-fluidity transparent grade particles, and the melt flow rate is 10-30 g/10 min.
4. The free-spraying PP/PCTG alloy material with fantasy-color effects as claimed in claim 1, wherein the copolymerized PP resin is high-flow copolymerized particles, and the melt flow rate is 15-25 g/10 min.
5. The free-spray PP/PCTG alloy material with fantasy-color effect of claim 1, wherein the coupling agent comprises KH550 and KH 570;
the directional arrangement agent is a high molecular polymer containing a silanol functional group;
the antioxidant is a compound of hindered phenol antioxidant and phosphite antioxidant;
the lubricant comprises oxidized polyethylene.

The free-spray PP/PCTG alloy material with fantasy-color effect of claim 1, wherein the weather resisting agent comprises ultraviolet ray absorbers UV531, UV ray absorbers UV328, antioxidants 1010 and antioxidants 168; the mass ratio of the ultraviolet absorbent UV531 to the ultraviolet absorbent UV328 to the antioxidant 1010 to the antioxidant 168 is 1:1:1: 1.
7. The spray-free PP/PCTG alloy material with magical color effect as claimed in claim 1, wherein the magical color pearlescent pigment is red-purple-blue trichromatic dragon pigment, and the grain size of the magical color pearlescent pigment is 5-20 μm.
8. The spray-free PP/PCTG alloy material with fantasy-color effect as claimed in claim 1, wherein the fantasy-color pearl master batch is prepared by mixing raw materials and then performing extrusion granulation.
9. The preparation method of the non-spraying PP/PCTG alloy material with the multicolor effect as claimed in any one of claims 1-8, characterized by comprising the following steps:
weighing the components according to the formula, and mixing the components except for the colorful pearlescent master batch to obtain a mixture; and feeding the colorful pearlescent master batches in a side feeding manner, and extruding and granulating the mixture together to obtain the spraying-free PP/PCTG alloy material with the colorful effect.

The preparation method of claim 9, wherein the extrusion granulation is performed in an extruder, the temperature of the extruder is 180-220 ℃, the rotation speed of a main engine is 200-250 rpm, and the feeding rotation speed of the mixture is 12-15 rpm; the side feeding rotating speed is 5-10 rpm, and the temperature of the side feeding equipment is 180-205 ℃.
