A film leveling apparatus in accordance with claim 6 wherein: the flexible pressing device further comprises a rubber diaphragm, the rubber diaphragm is arranged between the inflation chamber and the elastic piece, one end of the rubber diaphragm is connected with the other end of the inflation chamber, and the other end of the rubber diaphragm is connected with one end of the elastic piece.
9. A film leveling apparatus in accordance with claim 8 wherein: the other end of the rubber diaphragm is a cambered surface, and the cambered surface of the rubber diaphragm and the vacuum roll are arranged concentrically.
10. A film leveling apparatus in accordance with claim 9 wherein: the diameter of the leveling roller is smaller than that of the vacuum roller, the leveling roller and the elastic piece form leveling units, the number of the leveling units is a plurality, the leveling units are all arranged corresponding to the vacuum roller, and the leveling units are distributed on the cambered surface of the rubber diaphragm at intervals along the moving direction of the film.
