The air supply pipe is of an L-shaped structure, the bottom edge of the L-shaped structure is arranged on the bottom plate of the outer box, and the vertical edge of the L-shaped structure extends upwards along the corner of the inner side wall of the outer box and penetrates through the reserved space to be connected with the air bag.
The air bag and the air storage bag are made of thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer rubber (TPU material). The thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer rubber, the air bag and the air storage bag are adopted to ensure the service life of the bag, and meanwhile, the halogen-free flame-retardant TPU can also replace soft PVC to meet the environmental protection requirements in more and more fields.
The shockproof express delivery box also comprises a bottom plate arranged on the upper surface of the gas storage bag, and the bottom plate is made of an EVA shockproof sponge plate.
By additionally arranging the bottom plate, on one hand, the goods are prevented from contacting the gas storage bag, and the abrasion of the gas storage bag is reduced; on the other hand, when the air in the air storage bag is completely extruded into the surrounding air bags due to overlarge cargo volume, the shockproof capability of the bottom can be ensured by the EVA shockproof sponge plate.
The shockproof express delivery box also comprises a visual drawing plate which is slidably arranged between the outer cover and the outer box, and the visual drawing plate and the end part of the visual drawing plate are fixed with the outer cover through sealing labels; the material of enclosing cover is transparent material, the material of visual board of taking out is non-transparent material.

The use principle of the invention is as follows:
the air bag and the air storage bag form the shockproof air bag, gas can flow between the air bag and the air storage bag, and when the shockproof air bag is used, goods are put on the upper part of the air storage bag and are surrounded by the air storage bag and the air bags on the periphery.
Through the technical scheme of the invention, the air storage bag is inflated once when leaving a factory, and the whole shockproof air bag expands and jacks up the bottom plate; in the process of putting goods into the express box, the bottom plate presses the air storage bag downwards by the dead weight of the goods (or the pressure at the top of the express box), the air in the air storage bag is pressed into the air bags around, and the air bags expand to play a role in shock resistance. After the goods are taken out, the gas storage bag shape is reduced, the surrounding gas bag shape is enlarged, part of gas in the surrounding gas bag returns to the gas storage bag, and meanwhile, the bottom plate is lifted to restore the initial position.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
(1) through the design of arranging the air bag at the bottom of the express box, the effect that the shock can be prevented for multiple times by one-time inflation is realized, the energy consumption of multiple constant-pressure inflation by other inflatable shock-proof means is greatly saved in the service cycle, the shock-proof cost is reduced, and meanwhile, the express box is more convenient to use;
(2) the express box is recycled, the use of disposable shockproof foam and air bags is reduced, and the express box is more environment-friendly;
(3) through visual function, let the customer can confirm the goods freight condition under the condition of not unsealing the express delivery, guaranteed consumer's right benefit.

Examples
A shockproof express box, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, comprises an outer box 1 with an outer cover, wherein the outer box 1 is a hollow box body with an opening at the upper end, the outer cover is rotatably connected with the outer box 1 through a hinge, the outer cover is fixedly connected with the outer box 1 through a seal tag after being closed, a clamp 5 is fixedly connected with the inner side wall of the outer box 1, the upper plane of the clamp 5 is slightly lower than the upper surface of the outer box 1, an air bag 2 is fixed on the clamp 5, an air storage bag 3 is arranged at the bottom of the outer box 1, the air bag 2 is communicated with the air storage bag 3 through an air supply pipe 6, the air storage bag 3 and the air storage bag form a shockproof air bag, the air storage bag 3 is arranged in an inner cavity enclosed by the air bag 2, a bottom plate 4 is arranged on the upper surface of the air storage bag 3; the air bags 2 arranged around the box body of the outer box 1 are used for preventing the periphery of the box body from being shocked, and the bottom plate 4 is made of an EVA shockproof sponge plate.
In order to ensure the firmness and tightness of the connection between the gas supply pipe 6 and the gas sack 2 and the gas storage bag 3, the gas supply pipe 6 is designed as a single piece with the gas sack 2 and the gas storage bag 3. The gas storage bag 3 has a small wall thickness, and the gas bag 2 and the gas supply pipe 6 have large wall thicknesses, so that the inflation resistance of the gas storage bag 3 and the inflation resistance of the gas supply pipe 2 are different during inflation, and most of gas can be kept in the gas storage bag 3 after inflation.
The clamp 5 has the detachable characteristic and is connected with the outer box 1 through a bolt, the upper plane of the clamp 5 is slightly lower than the upper surface of the outer box 1, and the frame of the clamp 5 is used for fixing the air supply pipe 6; as shown in fig. 3, the fixture 5 includes fixing parts 51 fittingly installed at corners of the inner side walls of the outer box 1 and a connecting rod 52 provided between adjacent two fixing parts 51; the sidewall of the airbag 2 is fixed on the connecting rod 52, wherein both ends of the fixing portion 51 are fixedly connected with the sidewall of the outer box 1, and the middle of the fixing portion 51 and the corner of the sidewall of the outer box 1 form a reserved space for the air supply pipe 6 to pass through for fixing the air supply pipe 6. The air bag 2 and the air storage bag 3 are made of thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer rubber TPU materials, the shockproof air bag ensures the service life of the shockproof air bag, and meanwhile, the halogen-free flame-retardant TPU can replace soft PVC to meet the environment-friendly requirements of more and more fields.
As shown in fig. 2 and 4, the air supply pipe 6 has an L-shaped structure, the bottom of the L-shape is placed on the bottom plate of the outer box 1, and the vertical side of the L-shape extends upward along the corner of the inner sidewall of the outer box 1, and penetrates through the reserved space to be connected to the air bag 2.
As shown in fig. 5, the express delivery box of this embodiment further includes a visual pulling plate 7 slidably mounted between the outer cover and the outer box 1, and a shockproof plate 8 glued to the lower side of the visual pulling plate 7, wherein the outer cover is made of a transparent material, the visual pulling plate 7 is made of a non-transparent material, and the shockproof plate 8 is made of a non-transparent material; the visual drawing plate 7 and the end part and the outer cover are fixed through a seal 10; as shown in fig. 6, the outer cover is provided with a groove for accommodating the bottom plate of the visual drawing plate 7, the end side plate of the visual drawing plate 7 is matched with the end shape of the outer cover, the seal 10 is horizontally installed on the end side plate of the visual drawing plate 7 and the upper surface of the outer cover, and the visual drawing plate drives the shockproof plate 8 to be drawn out from between the outer cover and the outer box 1, in order to ensure that the shockproof plate 8 can also be drawn out, the shockproof plate 8 and the visual drawing plate 7 can form an integral structure designed to be matched with the groove structure on the outer cover, so that the bottom surface of the shockproof plate 8 is not lower than the upper surface of the outer box 1, or an opening capable of ensuring that the shockproof plate 8 is drawn out is arranged on the side wall of.
