Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, an apparatus for turning a vertical tail comprises a combined base, wherein clamping frames are symmetrically arranged and fixedly connected to the upper side of the combined base, the upper ends and the lower ends of the two clamping frames are connected through a pull rod assembly 1 arranged in parallel, a plurality of pressing devices 2 are arranged on the side end faces of the clamping frames, and the pressing devices 2 penetrate through the side walls of the clamping frames.
The combined base is composed of a left base 3 and a right base 4, the clamping frame is composed of a left clamping frame 5 and a right clamping frame 6, the lower end of the left clamping frame 5 is fixedly connected with the left base 3, and the lower end of the right clamping frame 6 is fixedly connected with the right base 4.

3) hoisting the vertical fin by using a special hoisting tool, hoisting the vertical fin to the middle of the left clamping frame 5 and the right clamping frame 6, rotating each compactor 2 on the left clamping frame 5 and the right clamping frame 6, and clamping the vertical fin;
4) one end of the pull rod assembly 1 is connected with a left clamping frame 5 through lugs 1-5, and the other end of the pull rod assembly is connected with a right clamping frame 5 through the lugs 1-5;
5) taking down the connecting structure of the left clamping frame 5 and the left base 3; the connecting structure is in bolt connection or screw connection;
6) opening the left support structure I8;
7) the right actuating cylinder 10 is driven by a driving system 12 to turn the vertical tail to be in a horizontal state for riveting work;
8) after the vertical fin completes the riveting work, the driving system 12 drives the right actuating cylinder 10 to turn the vertical fin to a vertical state;
9) and (3) opening each pressing device 2 on the left clamping frame 5 and the right clamping frame 6, putting the vertical tail down through a special lifting appliance, and controlling the oppositely arranged pressing seats 2-1 to clamp or loosen the vertical tail through the control handles 2-3.
