Because the rotating shaft 3 is respectively connected with the first flexible part 5 and the winding driving part 4, when the first flexible part 5 is wound, the rotating shaft 3 is driven by the winding driving part 4 to rotatably wind the first flexible part 5, so that the connecting device 2 is driven to approach the rotating shaft 3 by shortening the release length of the first flexible part 5, and further the recovery of the connecting device 2 is indirectly realized; when the first flexible piece 5 is released, the rotating shaft 3 is rotated to release the first flexible piece 5 by the movement of the connecting device 2, so that the connecting device 2 and an external interface are installed by extending the release length of the first flexible piece 5, therefore, the first flexible piece can be adjusted according to actual needs by the active driving of the rolling driving piece 4 and the free stretching of the first flexible piece 5, the length of the first flexible piece 5 is accurately shortened or extended, the good connection between the connecting device 2 of the infant car seat and the interface of the car seat is ensured, and the infant car seat and the car seat are more attached, so that the infant can obtain better use feeling and the safety is high; moreover, the user releases the first flexible part 5 firstly when using, and then winds the first flexible part 5 through the winding driving part 4, so that the first flexible part 5 can be accurately adjusted.

2. The base of claim 1, wherein the rolling driving member is a second flexible member, one end of the second flexible member is wound around the rotating shaft, and the winding direction of the second flexible member is opposite to the winding direction of the first flexible member.

9. The base of claim 1, wherein the base body is provided with a through hole, and the rolling driving member passes through the through hole to extend to the outside of the base body.
10. The base of claim 1, wherein the bottom of the holder body has a receiving groove for receiving the connecting device, and the receiving groove has a communication hole for passing the first flexible member.
11. The base of claim 1, wherein the rotating shaft is arranged along a left-right direction of the base body, the rotating shaft of the rotating shaft is arranged parallel to the left-right direction of the base body, and the first flexible member is wound around an end of the rotating shaft and extends along a front-back direction of the base body.
